Never arrived ,wasted time and money

Terrible, so late it was flat cold, mixed starter was just thrown in a bag. Curry sauce congealed, ribs had zero meat. Wings were ok that's about it.

The food was cold and tasted stale, some food was missing just like before, i definitely won’t be ordering from here again

Soggy food looks likes it been run over 10 times and put into a tray very bad food

My order never turned up I waited up till 2.30am rung the shop no answer no food was delivered massive disappointment I want a refund as I will be ringing the shop once it opens again

After waiting from 6.30 to 7.45 (yes they did keep saying it was delayed) the food was cold. The 1/2 a duck went straight into the bin and the fish curry was battered fish with curry sauce. Diabolical and what a waste of £44. never again

it was too spicy, not really much of A "chinese"

all the food was cold once finally turned up. i have never had problems before. food us normally really hot and nice. but today it took over 2 hrs from ordering. when rang restaurant was told really busy and on its way.

I am not happy with my order, I ordered a chicken and sweetcorn soup that wasn't in my order plus I did not order extra noodles with sauce and the food was cold, Waste of money ☹️

0 food never arrived!!! after waiting nearly 2 hours

The chips were soggy we waited just over 15 mins etc as it was late

Placed an early order to be delivered at 17:35, as that was the time we needed to eat before departing. The order was accepted at 16:05. I received a notification at approximately 17:20 indicating that the order was being delivered. However, it arrived late, prompting me to request an update. The restaurant informed me that the delivery would be 10 minutes later, but it was still not received on time. I subsequently contacted the restaurant, who advised me that the driver had not yet departed. Eventually, the order was delivered, but due to the tardiness, we were unable to consume it that evening. I am deeply dissatisfied with the situation and am uncertain whether the error was made by the restaurant or the delivery service. I believe I am entitled to a full and immediate refund.

I put food order for delivery and it changed to collection some how so I rang and asked what’s going on in total took an hour and half to receive my food order and was flat cold and small portions. My partner said his rice was hard too.

Food cold and meat dry - 75% gone in the bin . Delivery time of 50minutes was actually 2 hours and ten minutes

food is down as delivered since 20 minute. I have not received any food and it's late

Chicken balls where horrid and tiny no wonder it was BOGOF avoid the chicken balls they aren’t what you would expect, rice was lovely shame about the rest and waste of £20

Not only the delivery was late but I ordered 2 cans of Coca Cola and they sent me Barr cola . Food was at best acceptable. Won’t be using this place again

Food is one star at best ! If you order at home and select Coca Cola they will send you BARR cola 😅 would not dare using these ones again

The food was cold, dry. Chicken ball was look like 2 days old, inedible.

I had to contact just eat for an update of my delivery, when it still hadn't arrived i ended up phoning the company who told me the driver was 12 minutes away, i told him that my food would be cold by the time he got here and sire enought i was right

the food was not delivered at all and customer service was awful and was very rude when trying to resolve this.

It wasnt delievered at all as no drivers and had to cancel after 90 mins

First time I ordered from here and food was really lovely. Delivery was a little late because of rush hour traffic, but shop kept in touch about delay. Would definitely order again. Many thanks.

Ordered at 435pm, delivered 710pm. Not happy at all, I want some money back. You wouldn't stand for this in a restaurant and just because I'm at home, does not make this ok. Restaurant said to mention issue next time I order an they will send freebies. Given the experience, I won't be ordering again.

Ordered 1 meal, a side dish and a pudding which took nearly 2 hours to arrive. The driver didn't come to the door and also had no apology. The food is the worst Chinese I have ever tasted!

The food was an hour late and when the food got he it was flat cold, the rice was as dry as a bone and the ok sauce was so spicy it was inedible. The quality of food was horrendous for the prices they sell it at. Never gonna eat from here again.

If I could give zero stars I would as EVERYTHING was appalling from the delivery to food quality, even found egg shells in the fried rice which also had mixed veg in that wasn't mentioned on the menu which was an issue for the person eating it never mind the chicken obviously being at least a day old. The curry sauce and chips had no flavor at all along side the prawn toast having no prawns inside whatsoever and it was topped off with waiting a grand 2 hours for our meal to be in this condition.

Took nearly 2 and a half hours to arrive. Food was nice, if a little hotter (spice, not heat) than we would expect from these dishes. Plenty of meat and very well cooked. Starter box food was a little cooler but still nice.

arrived on time but took a long time to get here from when it said it was leaving. food was terrible, very salty and spicy and didn't receive cans which were included

The food was cold and not very nice to eat, also the prawn toast was greasy and hard, the spare ribs were battered and was dumped onto a chilli salad when i asked for nothing with them, i will certainly never order from here again.

I FOUND A FLY IN THE CHOWMEIN This was the gravest issue but not the only 1. Food tasted like it was cooked by someone who watched a YouTube video once and was let into the kitchen 2. None of the ingredients were fresh - it was clearly days old and used. Meat tasted like rubber 3. Sooo much oil. I've eaten Chinese food and yes it can get oily. But this one looked like if they would be singularly responsible for an oil shortage crisis. Never ever ordering from here. Ever.

the chicken curry was just curry flavoured water and the chicken was so dry and hard like it’s was several days old and was then recooked

worse Chinese iv ever had.arrived cold beef & chicken was chewy, no meat on the pork ribs, rice was hard in places,prawn toast soggy, prawn crackers was all broken up into small pieces, salt&pepper seasons all over the spring rolls n onion rings. never order from here again at all. would of been better off having toast.

sorry to say.... I didn't enjoy the food. Prawn toast was burnt, rice was ok. Crispy beef was definitely not Crispy, it ended up in a big ball. The driver was polite.
