Ordered my food last night I am hospital the chicken and beef where very dry really tough rice was unflavoured horrible never order from here again it was like it had been made two days ago, want my money back thankyou

The food was great hot and very good I will be ordering again from them.

left order outside my flat and left didn't inform me it was there and made me leave my kids alone in my flat to go out and get it

The food was an hour late and when the food got he it was flat cold, the rice was as dry as a bone and the ok sauce was so spicy it was inedible. The quality of food was horrendous for the prices they sell it at. Never gonna eat from here again.

If I could give zero stars I would as EVERYTHING was appalling from the delivery to food quality, even found egg shells in the fried rice which also had mixed veg in that wasn't mentioned on the menu which was an issue for the person eating it never mind the chicken obviously being at least a day old. The curry sauce and chips had no flavor at all along side the prawn toast having no prawns inside whatsoever and it was topped off with waiting a grand 2 hours for our meal to be in this condition.

Tasted like it was from yesterday. All over cooked and rubbery. Will not be ordering again

Took nearly 2 and a half hours to arrive. Food was nice, if a little hotter (spice, not heat) than we would expect from these dishes. Plenty of meat and very well cooked. Starter box food was a little cooler but still nice.

arrived on time but took a long time to get here from when it said it was leaving. food was terrible, very salty and spicy and didn't receive cans which were included

order is wrong, food is dry, leaked everywhere in the bag and was an hour late

The food was cold and not very nice to eat, also the prawn toast was greasy and hard, the spare ribs were battered and was dumped onto a chilli salad when i asked for nothing with them, i will certainly never order from here again.

I was disappointed as part of my order was missing!

The worst chinese i have ever had in all my life it was discusting i asked for less chilli and it was spicy my child couldnt eat it as it was to spicy the chowmain was so dry it was all crispy yuk the starter was like it was yesterday's warm ups

there was no way to contact the restaurant, when the food did actually arrive it was cold and slimy won't be using again

I FOUND A FLY IN THE CHOWMEIN This was the gravest issue but not the only 1. Food tasted like it was cooked by someone who watched a YouTube video once and was let into the kitchen 2. None of the ingredients were fresh - it was clearly days old and used. Meat tasted like rubber 3. Sooo much oil. I've eaten Chinese food and yes it can get oily. But this one looked like if they would be singularly responsible for an oil shortage crisis. Never ever ordering from here. Ever.

The fried was was not well cooked

i dont recommande this chinese to anyone they need to make sure their food is well cooked and not sending burnt food to customers

the chicken curry was just curry flavoured water and the chicken was so dry and hard like it’s was several days old and was then recooked

worse Chinese iv ever had.arrived cold beef & chicken was chewy, no meat on the pork ribs, rice was hard in places,prawn toast soggy, prawn crackers was all broken up into small pieces, salt&pepper seasons all over the spring rolls n onion rings. never order from here again at all. would of been better off having toast.

sorry to say.... I didn't enjoy the food. Prawn toast was burnt, rice was ok. Crispy beef was definitely not Crispy, it ended up in a big ball. The driver was polite.

They didn't delivery the food, and the phone number doesn't work. I want a refund.

disgusting food! all went in the bin! chicken was rubbery duck was inedible noodles were diabolical and the rice was rock hard and I didn't get my spring roll oh and hoisin sauce is watered down needs to be shut down!!!

Prawn toast was burned, special fried rice was bland, veg was too hard, hardly any meat. Ordered just after 9pm, was delayed to 9:50-10-10, after calling twice it arrived at about 10:55.

The food tasted like it was all just warmed back up it was awful the chicken balls where really hard and chewy the chips where overcooked the bbq ribs just wasn’t bbq ribs at all

The noodles were done to perfection. Sometimes noodles can be rubbery, as they are not cooked properly before the veg and meat are put in, so they soak up the juices, but these were just right. The food yung was firm and moist. The chicken rolls were crisp and light. Definitely recommended.

Food wasn’t very good, there was barely any chicken in the salt and pepper popcorn chicken it was mainly over cooked batter, the salt and pepper chips were way too spicy, the curry sauce didn’t even taste like a Chinese curry sauce and it gave me the runs, would not order from here again, delivery was nice and early tho 1/10

Very soggy chips, couldn’t give us more chips if they tried feel like they forgot items from what we ordered and gave us chips with every other dish ordered only sent salt and pepper wings when I wanted both, no sweet and sour sauce sent some next sauce, the chilli crispy beef was good if you actually got some beef most were just pure batter which was disgusting and it was a awful feeling in mouth never had a bad experience with a Chinese but this has topped it

Absolutely shocking. Delivery was originally 17:35-17:55, then updated to 18:10 and finally arrived at 18:17. All food was rubbish, odd tasting where there was flavour or bland everywhere else. Spare ribs were deep fried and disgusting. I am not one to leave bad reviews but this is the worst chinese I’ve ever had.

Do not even consider this place over an hour and 30 minutes late and was delivered stone cold. Most of it ended in the been because after microwaving, it was inedible and rock hard. When asked for a refund, they refused, claiming that they were busier than normal.

First time and last time customer. Cantonese sweet and sour chicken- zero taste blander than rice, batter on chicken half cooked, sweet and sauce was thick like jelly(almost uneatable) . Special vermicelli noodles dish, smelt and taste burnt(partner couldn’t eat it). Wouldn’t recommend from here, I’ll carry on ordering from my usual Chinese as was very disappointed as a new first time customer. Plus note the delivery driver was very polite couldn’t fault him.

Food was late but that could be forgiven if what turned up wasn’t so poor. The Chicken curry is made with frozen chicken that is dry and frozen veg in, carrots and sweetcorn. Fried rice isn’t cooked properly, still has hard bits in. Absolute waste of money.

I ordered the food at 9.15 didn’t arrive until 11 no updates just changed the time of delivery. Food was cold for obvious reasons

Was delivered late and was cold. Chicken chewy, obviously heated up over and over. Sauce was disgusting. Cannot believe we spent £33 on food from here. Never again.

The food was no where near on standard as it usually is. Food was cold, overcooked, watered down sauce. Put me off ordering from there again. Really let us down as we get a few takeaways, and this was the worst by far.

as rice was one of the main features of my order to find that the grains of rice arrived all most uneadble, the beef curry had beef very dry, sweet and sour chicken the battered chicken balls extremely dry and hard to chew.

Not a very good Chinese Takeaway sadly. Food was either overcooked or didn’t taste very fresh. Meat and ingredients in general felt very low in quality. Will not be ordering from here again.

Another driver who can't read instructions!! Driver wouldn't come to the back as requested when I ordered due to a broken front door, driver told me he wasn't going round the back and left the food on the floor outside.

The rice was hard and cold and only half a normal portion. Same with curry sauce they were only half full.

Hands down the worst Chinese we’ve ever had. So dry and awful. The chicken curry had supermarket steamed veg in it. The spring rolls were horrid, the salt and pepper chips were pale and undercooked, the chow mein was so dry and the meat was tough and they forgot the prawn crackers. Just so bad.

Delivery was late and the driver rang us to collect at the bottom of our road for some reason. crispy Duck had no cucumber or spring onion and the Salt and pepper Tofu was only half a portion. I only just covered the base of the tub. Never again
