Came this morning and got two double chocolate chip frappetinos,for me and my daughter,we both was disappointed and could drink.i know they have ice in but this was large chunks and no flavour...

I am disappointed. I ordered from this starbucks thrice, and only once was it actually made properly. I ordered a coffee with specific instructions, once, it was made perfectly. The second time, they didn't have heavy cream. Third time, they didn't have heavy cream and messsed up the order in more than one way. Once the barista knew of the many mistakes that she made when attempting to make my coffee, and instead of saying "Oh, I'm sorry, let me fix it." She left it with a simple, "Oops, I forgot." without even bothering to ask me if I wanted it fixed. Of course, she was frowning when I asked her (politely at the time) to fix my order. Would not recommend. Please fix your lack of heavy cream, and train your workers to be more socially aware. Thank you.

Called to this Starbucks for a coffee and to charge my car, the charger in their carpark has ripped me off (and others). Absolute joke, got ripped off with my overpriced coffee and then got charged £40 for 5mins electric car charge - stay away

A little bit disappointed as they only use take out cups even when sitting in, just a pointless bit of rubbish going to landfill which could be easily avoided especially as I would much prefer to drink out of an actual cup.

I come in here regularly. Usually using the drive thru but it seemed to take a very long time. So i started going into the shop. Tables are normally cluttered with dirty cups and plates. On most occasions there is only me waiting in the queue and i always order a hot drink and a toastie. The staff seem to walk backwards and forwards doing pointless things and blasting out as many drive thru orders as they can. I once waiting 15 mins just for a coffee and a toastie. Staff more than always give me my drink first, and walk backwards and forward leaving my toastie waiting in the oven so it burns when they could just easily pass me it and il be on my way. there are 2 girls (I dont know their names but one has black hair and wears glasses) in there that chat away on their headpieces and are completely oblivious to waiting customers. I waited at the end of the counter one day for 10 mins and the girl said to me "are you waiting for something" ERM YES MY LATTE YOU FOOL they had not even started making it!! Didn't even know that i was waiting for my COFFEE, wasnt evem aware i had ordered one!! Staff need changing desperately. I'm going to start going to Java Joes

Waited quite a will for the drinks to come , but staff were friendly and helpful a bit cluttered with used cups

Popped in for a coffee staff was more interest standing around sorting the paper cups out and serving the drive thro waited for my latte 10mins or more teied talking to staff to ask if he was going to make my coffee or not ignored me a anothor customer complained explained that we are customers who pay their wages then a young lady was asking about her drink i had to tell to shout as the person who should be setving not no notice of me. The manager needs toget to grips or sack him l wiil not use this place again my wife had almost finished her drink when i arrived with mine.

We stop here for coffee and toast every Wednesday, the staff couldnt be more helpful and pleasant. Our coffee is normally waiting on the counter as we get in the door. Keep up the good work, best Starbucks around.

Called in with 3 friends whilst killing time in the area .. only 2 staff visible in store at 11.20am .. every table in cafe was dirty I cleared our table whilst waiting for drinks.. my friend had his drink in a take out as they had no grande cups left ..he took lid off and in the top of his caramel mac was a corner off the new plastic milk container !!! He just picked it out and didn’t complain as the staff were way too busy to help .. not a great experience unfortunately

Good and clean place - but it isn’t as cheap as other coffee shops. Did order black coffee and it was really good - wish the staff did tell me where to find sugar/milk tho.. great location

What a great team of people work here. Friendly, welcoming, cheerful and attentive. This coffee house has most definitely become my favourite, and my local. Well done to you all for making me and my friends feel so welcome and serving sunshine with your coffee.

Being a drive through. The standing que takes twice as long to clear. The poor chap making the drinks is criminally overworked. Even in London branches they have at least two people making the drinks when it's very busy. Not even in London are the drinks this expensive in Starbucks for a gold member. I had to take my drink back as I cannot justify paying £3.80 for a drink they got wrong. They STILL got it wrong upon remaking it! In any other Starbucks, it would have cost no more than £3.30.

Me and my friend wanted somewhere local to have a drink. It didn't disappoint the hot chocolates were perfect and the staff friendly.

The location of this Starbucks is handy for me when working in the local area. Have had a few business meetings here as the wifi is good. Atmosphere is good and generally fairly quiet. Staff have always been friendly and service quick. Typical Starbucks.

You get the service you expect. Drinks are prepared quickly and as nice as they are at any other branch. Good overall and the interior is clean.

Meet my friend here regularly - always nice and clean - nice atmosphere and free parking and wifi!! Machine wasnt working so I couldnt reveive my gold member stars on my card/account (happens quite alot) but given receipt to take to another starbucks which I did and I redeemed my stars!!

I was a regular customer there infact spent at leas 35 pound aday and due to ignorance of staff and me getting upset and angry they have banned me becareful if u go here as u will not be allowed to say o complain
