Called in in a cold wet November day and had one of the best lunches ever. Great choice of fine wines to complement the charcuterie and cheese boards, or you can opt for a simple but nevertheless very tasty baguette, including the Christmas specials. Or you could try the small tapas/ casserole plates ( highly recommended order two for a light lunch, three if you need something more substantial ) or savour the delights of French onion soup and for the cheese lovers there is a Raclette Grill. It’s Menus offer a great range of freshly prepared foods, so don’t expect fast food experience, waiting times are very reasonable given the relaxed and warm atmosphere in the dining area . an Pave also has an excellent range of coffees and teas which is also a must . Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff can advise on food options if you are in any doubt or just need clarity on anything including allergens which are all fully catered for. Totally loved the experience and definitely on our ‘must do again list’

This was a lovely local cafe. I fancied a coffee and toasted tea cake in the morning and they provided it for me and the three others that joined me. Recommended

We popped in here for a drink whilst on a day trip to Haworth. We were looking for a place that was dog friendly and this did not disappoint. Our dog was made welcome and even got given a treat. Our drinks were really nice and our daughter was able to get her drink made with soy milk as she has a lactose intolerance. The place itself is charming and we had a nice break here. We would definitely recommend it.

Ordered our two drinks, but sadly my straight from the fridge cold bottled cider was poured into a glass full of ice without me being asked first, so I was only able to drink the small amount of cider left in the bottom of the bottle! Sat in the window to people & horse watch and tried to chat, but the place was noisy & busy and after my cider disaster we left, but the decor was appealing!

I’ll preface this review by saying the place was absolutely heaving, and was desperately understaffed; the owner or manager needs to maybe have a look at pre-Christmas staffing levels because the people looking after us looked completely defeated really early on in the day We went on a very busy pre-Christmas Saturday lunchtime. The atmosphere of the place is gorgeous, really cosy and homely and the log burner upstairs is a lovely touch. Range of options on the small plates menu was great, perfect pub food; but sadly a few items were not on the menu really early on in service (like 10 mins after service started!) We were disappointed by the offer. What we had was tasty, but paying £7 for four tiny fried cheese curds is an absolute rip off, even considering this is in the middle of a tourist zone. Loaded fries were nice, but were basically just fries with sauce, not what I would consider “loaded” and not worth the £9 we paid for them. Tacos were nice but again, £8 for two little ones was steep and more than we’d pay in an actual Mexican restaurant. However on the brighter side the mulled cider was lovely and really did the trick on a chilly day. The staff were polite, but clearly very stressed. Not keen on taking further orders for drinks and far too run off their feet to really provide much service. We asked to sit at the bar for a drink while we waited for a seated table to open up and they definitely weren’t keen on us being there. Disappointing as we were both looking forward to visiting based on glowing reviews! Hire more staff and give your current staff a raise, it looks like they need it.
