I have ordered food from here for along time & it used to be very good, But the last 5 orderers I have had from here have been horrible, The chicken & beef in the dishes are awful I am sure it's fake meat & pork meat tastes so bad I was nearly sick the prawns were chewy, All special dishes containing all the meats are awful because of the meat used. The shop has either changed hands or they have a new chef or no chef at all, Because I spend about £30 you get free items like cans of pop & everytime for the last 5 times I had to ask for these & this causes some embarrassment on the phone as these items are normally mentioned to me, This place has had chance after chance from me & the last takeaway I had will be my last, I will not be ordering anymore & what is with this horrible meat in the dishes & I have noticed alot of Chinese takeaways are using this horrible type of meat too it must be really cheap for them to stock but we are paying for proper meat here at these prices. Avoid this place at all costs & going by other Chinese takeaways I have tried it might be worth it to try make your own Chinese food, If this is how they want to treat their customers they shouldn't expect to have any customers.

Great service again, the belly buster is well worth the cost and certainly enough for two people. Staff are very friendly.

Wen this cafe was open ot wasnt that good and the choice of food wasnt great cold cafe hard seats no atmosphere and hasn't reopened yet morrisons and other cafes have needs modernising

No chilli in the special black bean sauce, really spoiled it otherwise rest was good

The delivery driver was so Lovley and polite and the service was super fast (13 minutes from ordering), but you do have to question why the delivery was as fast as it was… the chips and rice and sauce was great as I assume it’s pretty hard to mess that up. The Chow Mein just wasn’t it I’m sorry, it was bland and the noodles were soggy and paler than me and I expected abit more vegetables for a vegetable dish… Nail a noodle dish and you have nailed a Chinese but unfortunately it was just not a chow Mein. Everything else was great but I have taken this quite deeply as I’m 9 months pregnant and all I wanted was a chow Mein ☹️

Ordered twice in the last week & both orders were wrong when delivered!! You can’t get hold of anyone at the store as they don’t answer the phone!! Is it really so hard to read an order??? The receipt that came had the correct order on yet the items were different

Ordered from them to see what they are like and unfortunately i normally judge a pizza place by their Garlic Margarita, but i didn't have to as reading orders placed seemed to be very difficult for them. I ordered 3 x 12" pizza: Garlic Margarita, Milano (Stuffed Crust) and Pepperoni pizzas. So the Garlic Margarita was ok, but not very garlicky, but also not very greasy, so i guess they don't use garlic butter. Milano was not too bad tasting, but one massive down fall was they didn't give me stuffed crust, although i paid £1.50 extra for it (this is where they obviously can't read orders correctly). Pepperoni, it seemed to be a deeper base than the other two, so i thought that they had given the stuffed crust on this one, but they hadn't, it was just a deeper.....for some reason and who knows why?! Overall the Pizzas were fairly bland for a pizza and grill takeaway and i will not be ordering the pizzas from here again!

El restaurante estaba helado a solo 9 grados. Como era de esperar, el desayuno se enfrió en el plato en un minuto. El personal estaba en sombreros y guantes y dijo que había sido así durante días. El gerente dijo que no se le permite cerrar el café en estas condiciones ni poner un letrero para advertir a los clientes. Abordé el asunto con la oficina central del CEO y se niegan a responder a mis preguntas. No creen que hubiera un problema y dicen que ofrecieron bebidas calientes gratis a los clientes. ¡Falso! ¿A alguien más le ofrecieron una en la semana sin calefacción? Tratar a los clientes con absoluto desprecio. Seguiré haciendo las preguntas...

Absolutely disgusting ask for a sausage Baguette and said ketchup multiple times and still he put brown sauce, so I walked out never be using this store again
