Lorenzo's Pizza & Grill in Bradford

Ordered from them to see what they are like and unfortunately i normally judge a pizza place by their Garlic Margherita, but i didn't have to as reading orders placed seemed to be very difficult for them. I ordered 3 x 12" pizza: Garlic Margherita, Milano (Stuffed Crust) and Pepperoni pizzas. So the Garlic Margherita was ok, but not very garlicy, but also not very greasy, so i guess they don't use garlic butter. Milano was not too bad tasting, but one massive down fall was they didn't give me stuffed crust, although i paid £1.50 extra for it (this is where they obviously can't read orders correctly). Pepperoni, it seemed to be a deeper base than the other two, so i thought that they had given the stuffed crust on this one, but they hadn't, it was just a deeper.....for some reason and who knows why?! Overall the Pizzas were fairly bland for a pizza and grill takeaway and i will not be ordering the pizzas from here again!

1st time I order yesterday. I never ate such nice pizza and burgers. . Shame I can't give 10 star for great service

Very bad service and disgusting food.

Hygiene poor. Only ordered 1nc n wont again. Found an hair in the food n it put me off str8 away!!!

ABSOLUTELY APPALLED AT THE ONER, HE WAS AN UTTER MINCHER AND TOLD ME TO FOOK OFF, SMELLS LIKE BIRMING(HAM) IN THEIR TOO, MANKY, HE SPIKED MY MEAL WITH BACON KIND REGARDS ABBY SHWEEBY

It's a bit expensive but it's a really cool place to visit

Complete and utter mess .no salad. No mint sauce .shami kebab if thrown at some one could kill them .curry didn't look or even taste like a pathia.and I'm sure it was Quorn and not meat .never again .

Absolutely digested with the owner Not helpful at all sent me a special kebab with half the cold ingredients no sauces or salad and had the balls to get arrogant when I complained Avoid at all costs...... literally

I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ....I worked there for a really short time the boss did not pay.. the amount he owned me was £35 he threw a ten pound note in my face when I was working my ass off for 10 days. Don’t get to work with this business he’s looking for someone to work for free. The food ain’t fresh everything is frozen do not go there food is worser than for dogs😷🤢

Food was undercooked . Chips were dripping with grease and soggy . Threw it away couldnt even eat it absolutely disgusting . Never order here again

Absolutely disgusted !! We have used your takeaway since you opened and did not expect the vile service you displayed tonight . Not only did we not receive the free donner kebab for spending more than £14, but the food we ordered was cold upon arrival . When we phoned to ask for it to be replaced we were met with a nasty attitude and were told that its not their fault ,: very argumentative and then hung up on us !!! I shall be reporting you to Just Eat personally and Enviromental Health . New management is disgusting !!!!

Would never ever order from you again.. i waited nearly 2 hours for a takeaway of cold and late food! And to be offered a free drink! Too what? Wash it down? Rubbish!

Lovely food will bend over backwards to accommodate would recommend great buch of guys can always have a laugh with them

An amazing place to go. The fast foods, curry, deserts and especially the milkshakes! Yum!
