McDonald's in Bradford

Been through the drive thru here a couple times (never dined in) and service is always fast and friendly. Orders are correct. Sometimes the food comes a little cold but hey, it's fast food, what can you do?

Every order is always missing an item or the food is slopped together. Avoid at all costs, company obviously doesn't care about reputation.

Ordered using Mcdelivery and got the new Minecraft meal as I wanted to see what all the fuss was about. Not only did I not get the collectable that makes a regular meal £2-£3 more expensive, my large Coke Zero was half full the burger was a state, the fries were cold and I didn’t even get a straw to drink my half empty cup. Getting delivery can sometimes be a gamble but this just feels like a scam.

Waited 45 min for order for them to cancel it

Too many rude delivery drivers crowd counter instead of waiting in their area.

We ordered on Uber Eats and although the food that arrived was nice it was still disappointing to find items missing. We were missing our dips we paid, the collectable from the big mac Minecraft meal. It seems small but it’s every single time we order online. :(

Food squashed and soggy due to full drink spillage, therefore drink and chips missing

Very arrogant, short server / manager - rude and patronising. Looked like kitchen was being cleaned / repaired during service. Saw gardener walk behind service area complete with equipment Food was very greasy and service very slow ..over 10 minutes for a breakfast muffin meal Earlier in week had witnessed ab angry customer berating staff for their rudeness!!!

Very rude older female member of staff. My 6 yr old wanted the minecraft happy meal as all the posters were up. When our food turned up no minecraft. I asked this woman and she very rudely said well it doesn't start till tomorrow. Questioned why all stuff was up for it and got told it doesn't start till tomorrow so nothing I can do. Oh she did offer him a flag!The manager was lovely and got my son the toy and I said how rude the woman was. He apologised and said he would talk to her. 5 mins later she is stood just past me talking about me complaining. I confronted her about it and another customer whom I assume knew this woman started having a go at me telling me to shut up, then when I tried to talk to another member of staff the older woman told me to shut up. All in front of my child and other children. Disgusting behaviour by an older member of staff who works in customer service.

The courier was waiting for ages, which meant we were too. And why even give the option of a toy with the happy meal when you always get a book

I put in comments no ketchup. it still came with on. second wrap ended up in. had very upset child. she could of had reaction if had eaten it. there comments need to be taken seriously. staff need to be more observant.

this is the second time I'm having to complain about the service given from one of your restaurants. This time the order was still delivered cold, having to microwave the food is unacceptable AGAIN. Also there were were missing items, just like last time. there were missing lg fries from one of the big mac meals, also they did not put in any napkins, straws and sent no sauces/dips what was requested. unbelievable. Do you have any quality controls checks over the restaurants you have registered?

Always the same restaurant always cold always have half the stuff missing . Normally I remember to do from foster square this time I forgot all food was freezing and 1 meal two drinks and a burger missing not happy

it went to the wrong address. this had happened before. woman came from address it was tried to be delivered to and she says it happens a lot with my address. please look into this as she is fed up of it now.

The delivery driver was driving around in circles on the tracking map, suggesting several stop offs. He admited to going to another drop off and made claims that he went back to Mcdonalds to get an item missing from my order but my bags were sealed.
