McDonald's in Bradford

Where to start. Slow isn't the word, glacial might be closer to the truth. Appalling service really. I know it was busy, not helped by the drive through, but waiting for almost 30 mins for standard 'fast' food is not on. Compare with my recent visit to one at Kings Cross, literally had time to walk from the order console to the other side near to the collection point and it was ready. And this was at peak evening time. Bradford 5 Lane End polar opposite.

Wouldn’t even rate it a 1 star if I had the choice! Waited 45 minutes for my order for it to be given to me flat cold! Staff was useless!

The tables are not that clean & the toilet you don't have that much space to move

This place is a full on joke. Not sure I have ever been here and just had my food given without being asked to park up. Get a plain double and parked up for 10 minutes waiting. No apology and food was cold. Fast food more like slow cold and just about edible food.

McDonald's don't care for the customer stood in there shop they prioritise just eat order.

Fries came cold and bitter. Was a take away and not a drive thru. nor a dine in. The dine in and drive in usually seem to be the best. Ive had nonstop issues with the food here. yet i still order due to the mc chickens.... Nonetheless decent place

This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever experienced. Consistently diabolical service and cold food. McDonalds is usually pretty standard, this one is nowhere near any reasonable standard.

The food is good if you get what you ordered and it doesn't come cold...... the last time I went to the mcdonalds at 5 Lane ends, it was full of teens who clearly didn't care about anyone else, just disrespectful sitting on tables in big groups and there rubbish filling a full table it just doesnt look good. One was even riding his bike inside, and nobody said a thing to him or any of them.... mcdonalds has just gone downhill and has been for some time

I don’t think they’ve ever got an order right. The drive through is too busy they can’t handle it.

Staff are horrifically rude, swearing whilst cooking in the kitchen, don’t greet you, no manners, restaurant is nearly always scattered with rubbish and they get almost every order wrong! This has been my local McDonalds all my life but I’ll never go to this one again! Shocking

absolutely disgusted by how treated by staff at McDonald's 5 Lane ends had 6 drinks missing from order I rang up and had very rude staff member who said was manager said can't help as have to go collect I paid for drinks and delivery I don't drive, disabled in bed in pain and he constantly said or come up in few days his attitude was rude and unprofessional I constantly have items missing but not this many and only re order due to kids

Thought it was just busy. so I waited with out complaining. Thought the food would arrive hot. The delivery driver kindly explained how the food was cold when he collected it he couldn't apologise enough I understand the issue was due to McDonald's and not the driver.

Takes ages for food to come not fast food no more, more focused on just eat etc

I watched the driver on the map go to a different location before he made his way to my address the food is flat cold shocking service

Yet again flat cold when arrived 5 lane ends McDonald’s must make the food then let it sit on the shelf until some driver turns up and just picks a bag at random. Last time I order from them. The milkshake was warm and all melted.

What is the point in asking what dips you want then not sending them

Every time we order from here always missing items …won’t be using again …avoid if you want missing items..go to Shipley always spot on from them

The order arrived correct this time. Nothing was missing. The food was hot.

Asked for a grilled chicken ceaser wrap got sweet chilli crispy wrap. Cold £9 box of chicken selects. Like flat cold!

absolutely disgusting over hour late and food missing, diet coke and mcfluffy and other ice cream galaxy tipped over in bag not happy at all McDonald's staff need to check delivery before go as always missing items which not good when kids get upset or go without and I'm paying for missing items

This order was placed at 18.08 and it is now 2 hours later and still not arrived. It is crazy to say it was for a chicken select meal I could have gone and caught the chicken and cooked my self with in 30 mins.

Absolutely disgusted with the food sent to me!! The food was very cold! The cokes were flat with no ice! There was a missing chips and all the chips were quarter cull deliver drive eating them only bags sealed was the drinks bag! Want my money back

I ordered a McFlurry and a Tropicana and the order arrived with the Tropicana sat in my ice cream it was everywhere, so couldn’t eat it. Absolute waste of money and ice cream went all over the fries in the bag. Not happy

20 nuggets coke with 4 dips I got 3, I requested 2 other dips with my other part of my meal and got 1! On top of most of the food been cold! £3.09 refund!! Not happy

How hard is it to follow an order, I asked for a large Philly meal deal with large fries which a luke warm at best. I asked for a Strawberry milkshake and didn't even get the drink, I should of taken head of the other review on this outlet. I wouldn't be doing it again and wasting my money.

Missing items from order!!! Again!!!

Drinks cold, pancakes cold, no syrup or cutlery for pancakes. No sugars for drinks

All 6 of the sauces we ordered were not here. Both drinks had leaked into the food bag and all over the bag on a 4 minute journey from the restaurant. Food flat cold which I can only presume was because of the flooded drinks. Typical for Bradford . Will not be back

Philly cheese stack was missing any sauce. Fruit bags missing (been refunded so not marked down for this) Everything else was good.

My son was really looking forward to a McDonald’s ham burger for his birthday and his happy meal came without one! I now have a very upset little boy and no way of getting him another one!

Fold Cold again I know probably not McDonald’s fault and is the delivery driver but it’s left behind the counter instead of being communicated with just eat drivers and then arrives come to customers!

I would definitely not recommend this restaurant every time I order there is always something missing and generally arrives cold

Absolutely dreadful. Messed up the complete order. Nothing is edible the mozzarella sticks look like they've been booted around the burger was missing it's beef burger and the drink turned up nearly empty. Never again! Ought to be ashamed of themselves charging as much as they do for this abomination

Chips were cold and hard and only half full in the box. Nuggets were ok but could have been warmer also. McFlurry was good, thankfully it was supposed to be cold.

Just got food home. Sat at '2nd window' waiting for food for long time. Lots of customers driving past with food. Clear staff had forgotten our order. Food arrived eventually. Excuse for delay ' waiting on Fries' Food cold , not fresh so not waiting for fries. Items missing from order. Food not nice. Most went in the bin. No star review.

Times due kept changing. Same happened when I used Just Eat and Macdonalds last week. So it’s not a one off it’s every time. The when the food arrived it was cold. Totally unacceptable every time. Delivery driver at Macdonalds for ages both times,

burger and fries arrived stone cold & stale. was 15 minutes late. no condiments or even napkins.

We waited nearly an hour for delivery to recieve 3 portions of cold chips, a cold hot chocolate, our cokes were half full and a cold happy meal, 2 big mac burgers missing, a bbq chicken wrap missing, a sweet chilli wrap missing and a cheese burger

Wouldn't even give it a star. Every single time we order from here food is cold, greasy and straight disgusting. It's never fresh, I don't know how you haven't been shut down it's horrible. Mcdonald's isn't a treat anymore it's just a headache. How can you let food like that leave the kitchen? & you even gave the wrong drink what is going on???

Cold as always as missing items

Big Mac box wide open burger all over place, sauce everywhere and flat cold. Happy meal came with nuggets not cheeseburger so I have now have a child in tears, absolutely useless at this McDonalds!

Literally only ordered 2 meals and 2 sides, tell me why they forgot my wrap for a wrap meal, and both sides, yeah love getting my moneys worth!
