McDonald's in Bradford

Very arrogant, short server / manager - rude and patronising. Looked like kitchen was being cleaned / repaired during service. Saw gardener walk behind service area complete with equipment Food was very greasy and service very slow ..over 10 minutes for a breakfast muffin meal Earlier in week had witnessed ab angry customer berating staff for their rudeness!!!

Very rude older female member of staff. My 6 yr old wanted the minecraft happy meal as all the posters were up. When our food turned up no minecraft. I asked this woman and she very rudely said well it doesn't start till tomorrow. Questioned why all stuff was up for it and got told it doesn't start till tomorrow so nothing I can do. Oh she did offer him a flag!The manager was lovely and got my son the toy and I said how rude the woman was. He apologised and said he would talk to her. 5 mins later she is stood just past me talking about me complaining. I confronted her about it and another customer whom I assume knew this woman started having a go at me telling me to shut up, then when I tried to talk to another member of staff the older woman told me to shut up. All in front of my child and other children. Disgusting behaviour by an older member of staff who works in customer service.

Food was okay missed items out of my order

Ordered twice in the last week & both orders were wrong when delivered!! You can’t get hold of anyone at the store as they don’t answer the phone!! Is it really so hard to read an order??? The receipt that came had the correct order on yet the items were different

It was so slow waited for 20 mins

Rude behaviour by staff. Waited for 15 minutes, no call. Others who came much later were served. I asked. The young lady took my bill. Brought the order, not full. Asked for it. What is it, she asked? I asked her to look at the bill. Brought some sauce and a straw to shove it into my bag in a rude manner. All noted, I said 'thank you' and left. Is it called the McDonald's culture?

I’m not being funny but every single time I order from this place, half my order is always missing yet I never ever get any kind of compensation or refunded for what’s missing, it’s an honest to god joke.

Only got 1/3 of a cup of hot chocolate and tasted like water so didn’t even drink it

Once again our postcode sends the driver to the main road. Our house is over the wall with no access. We didn't get a call from the driver asking where we were. Food cold on arrival. We are only 5 mins drive from the restaurant

Food was delivered early, which was a bonus as is was peak time when we ordered. The food was warm and the delivery guy was very polite and friendly.

Got 20 chicken nuggets and chips for 16 pounds absolute joke and ordered a happy meal and Big Mac meal

The food was saturated in oil and cold. The delivery driver didn’t even use his delivery bag just carried the food in his hand. I paid over £15 and only offered a £3 refund. I stoped using this service because of this and once again it’s the same issue. I’m not happy I want a full refund the whole food was cold only the cappuccino was warm.

Disappointing experience at McDonald’s drive-through. After being asked to park, I waited 25 minutes before inquiring about my order. Another 5-minute delay followed. When finally received, the food was cold and incorrect. The Big Mac lacked its signature patty. Unacceptable service and quality.

Every single time I order through the app for delivery items of food are missing and the food is always cold, today on my sons birthday as a treat we ordered as I’ve no transport and yet again items are missing and yep the food was cold which spoilt his day, Going through the drive through is sometimes hit and miss also and I have to check all the items are in the bag before driving away as we’ve had some issues with items missing. Not good enough you charge enough for the food and delivery service yet let customers down badly!! Will no longer use this branch again.

Food was good and the place was clean, we got a seat straight away. The only downside was that they seemed more focused on drive through and online orders rather than orders in store . It wasn't that busy in the store and I had to wait quite some time for our food. If this wasn't the case I would have given my visit full stars.

driver could not find address phoned me after I messaged him, was in the phone to him for over 15 minutes explaining where we were the food is freezing I asked him to contact you to tell you the situation I don't think he's done this! he just wanted to get off the phone as soon as he'd delivered the cold food laye and every time I tell you of a problem you never help

Absolutely shocking. Half the time they deliver the wrong order or if you collect they still manage to miss bits of your order. If you try order breakfast before the cut off period, they're too lazy to do it and tell you it's unavailable anyway.

This place has gone downhill massively recently. Every time I have been through the drive thru I have always been asked to park up and wait atleast 20 mins or so for food. Also majority of the time my order has been wrong. Order hot chocolate and always get given a Latte. Yesterday got home to find out my 20 nuggets sharebox was missing and a large fries. Not only that I ordered the kids cheeseburger happy meals and instead was given chicken nugget ones. Come on guys I know you are in a rush but quality over quantity man. Make sure you check your orders before driving off as it will most likely be wrong. Not going through the drive thru again will be going in next time.

the driver went 2 miles in the opposite direction taking 2 delivery at once, if I am paying for delivery I expect it to come to me not go somewhere else first, my food was freezing!! also I asked for no tomato as I am elergic to it , but tomato on my burger, when I asked the driver why he went in the wrong direction he was very very rude!!

Every other time we order McDonalds something is missing - it's so annoying and costs us more delivery charges if we want to get it sent again. Are the drivers stealing or is it just incompetent staff?
