Third time in a row have ordered from here and something is missing or wrong with the order!

Not very clean, the tables all needed cleaning, our burrito wraps lacked of filling, crunchy supreme were so flat I could fold in half to eat it. Fries were good and refillable drinks too. I think you could do better.

terrible place, open til midnight apparently but when we went in at 10.50pm staff stopped us ordering on the touch screen and said there was no food left, but yet they were fulfilling just eat orders, and they continued to do so for another half hour whilst we ate food in our car from the take away across the street. completely rubbish, don't go here.

lovely delivery driver and great quick service

12 quid for a couple of bits of chicken in a wrap, half a slack handful of soggy chips and a bottle of pop. Can't say I'm impressed!

Ordered a deluxe box, quesadilla meal and two savings burritos but sadly only some of it arrived. the deluxe box was not in a box and the actual meat burrito part of it was completely gone! upset we paid for a meal we didn't get

Driver was going around other restaurants collecting multiple orders trying to do more deliveries drive around with our food for 45 mins food arrived flat cold

Really love the food from here. It's usually pretty quiet so orders are prepared quickly and come hot. Never had an issue.

guys are on there phones while prepping food , I stood waiting for 7 minutes when this was a collection and I was already told it was ready , no one came to ask or serve me , worst experience here ever ! normally the staff here are great tonight was a shocker and I won't be doing collection for tea here again

Love taco bell. Hate THIS taco bell. The food quality is so random, some days your order will be exactly as expected, sometimes the rice in your burrito will be crunchy and uncooked. It wasn't until I visited a different Taco Bell I realised how good the food could taste. Chips are ALWAYS soggy, with either too much or little to no seasoning. Churros are always soft and chewy with hardly any flavour. Burritos are always mediocre or worse (compared to other taco bells) Staff never label which food contains chicken vs beef, you'll have to deconstruct the meal yourself to find out.

Completely wrong order. Hardly any meat in the one that has arrived. Maybe train your staff to know the difference between beef and chicken and price differences when one is £13 and the other is £4

My food did arrive cold from earlier, it was premade 20 mins before courier arrived, my delivery time kept changing and as a result I had cold food

Every time I come here as a delivery driver to pick up an order, they hold my order on the side and don't give it to me. For a £3 delivery, I have to wait around 25 to 30 minutes. The staff has very poor behavior. There is no customer service or behavioral skills. If they can’t handle deliveries, they should turn off all delivery machines.

Extremely poor food, not going back. Went to the drive thru and it wasn't working, so we had to park up and come in. Food was served very quick, which initially seemed great, but now could explain why the food was so poor.... We got a quesdilla craving box and a quesdilla meal. The chips had no seasoning, the quesadillas had no sauce on them and one of our quesadillas wasn't even cut up. Everything was ANAEMIC and was very unpleasant - very disappointed for a meal over £20. Usually Taco Bell is my favourite fast food, but I will NEVER be returning to this one.

Missing a fries and cheese sauce

Order was missing both sets of Churros from the 'deluxe box' meals. 2 meals ordered and no Churros arrived with it

Good alternative to the KFC, mc Donald's but each to their own

Delivery never arrived and told to cancel. Requested refund but only refund I’m entitled to is for the food. No refund available for delivery charges etc. So cost me for food I’ve never received.

Si lo intentamos de nuevo entonces vamos a golpear un lugar diferente para ver si todos son iguales.

Shocking! If you’re happy putting up with the behaviour of the local chavs just walking in & messing with the furniture, being loud, jumping about and helping themselves to drinks without paying. Staff weren’t bothered, looked shifty and thought it was funny when I didn’t look impressed. Food awful, cold and thrown together. Don’t bother, save your money!

The food was cold and they wasn’t hardly any meet in the taco or the burrito the chips tasted stale and cold like they have just been sitting there for hours l usually eat Taco Bell at St John’s Leeds there they are aways friendly staff and warm full food no happy with this order one bit l did try request a refund because l didn’t even eat half my food do not recommend.!

Went back today and got a crunchwrap meal, they had my order ready in less than 5 minutes, plus the guy at the drive thru window had great customer service. That's how you do fast food!

Siam was an absolute class act in the kitchen. Really enjoyed my crunch wrap, chips and unlimited refill drink! Were made to perfection would 110% recommend

Ordered food around half 6 pm had to wait nearly 2 hours for it cant get hold of the taco bell to see what is going on with my order I’m expecting it to be cold due to how long it is taking ………… went last week Tuesday to wait 35 mins in the drive thru an not even get my order correct even tho there was 4 people on the line, this place is going down hill either sort the staff I could have done all there orders by time they did mine as I used to work there for a year absolute slackers

Why does the drive thru take so long ???? This is the only taco bell where you are guaranteed to wait 20 mins in the drive thru even if you're the only one there.

Every time we have ordered from here there are always items missing. Never have the drinks we want and burritos are always half full. Annoying.

A menudo encontramos cosas que faltan en nuestro pedido. Pero usamos la unidad a través y para cuando llegamos a casa no vale la pena volver. Esta vez en particular el taco estaba goteando grasa y se habían olvidado de ponerle lechuga. También nos faltaba una porción de papas fritas. Realmente disfrutamos Taco Bell pero esta rama es bastante basura.

Had two wonderful experiences ordering from Uber Eats before in the last month, dietary restriction requests followed, this time they either deliberately ignored (to excess) my special order requests or there's a new hire that is messing up spectacularly and needs to be retrained. The burritos were not wrapped correctly or tight enough. Unacceptable when asking for "NO cheese sauce." In my eyes this was done entirely maliciously, would love to be proven wrong next time I order and update/remove this review but it will take a while for me to feel confident ordering again when my dietary restrictions are so disgustingly ignored.

missing most of my order and its freezing

the initial order was made for 3 unfortunately it was not accepted until 3:30 and the delivery time was changed to 3:45. also one item requested was exchanged for a different item without informing me. the food will be eaten so no refund requested but felt it needed to be stated.

i ordered food and it came cold and as i was eating my chips i pulled out a massive grey fluff ball i was disgusted and was refused a refund

I've ordered from here a few times and it's never been great, I got a few burritos for me and my friends and they were all tiny and had no sauce in them

Took over an hour and a half to deliver to us via uber eats, so on arrival everything was predictably cold and soggy. Chips and a can of tango was also missing. Delivery driver was very apologetic, as had to make multiple stops on the way to us. Won't be using this branch of Taco bell again, or uber eats again for that matter !

Been going here since it opened, at the first the portion sizes were good but now they aren't. I bought 2 chicken burrito meals tonight, 1 large and one regular meal just to confirm the portions I were ordering. Got home, compared, both the same size ( SMALL ) a usual. Service is slow through the drive through compared to other fast food places. Staff don't listen to what you want. Won't be going back again now after years of going.

Always something with this place. Only go as the quesadilla is so good but they always forget something, it's often cold, today I went and sat for 5 mins at the ordering speaker with no response, drive to the window to be told it's not working and they need to put a sign up... Yes, yes you do. Clearly a franchise ran by morons as with every fast food place these days.

Everytime i have been to this place the worst food waiting times even though they are never busy. All young staff most of the times. All they do is play on their phones laughing about. One of them will be working the rest will be taking selfies and playing on their phone specially in evening wont be returning again, had enough of this place.

I would vote 0 stars if I could. Every time I get to the drive thru someone says ‘it will be about a 15/20 minute wait’ when there’s not a single customer inside or in the drive thru. Abysmal ‘fast food’ restaurant and the staff are appalling.

All fries arrived cold. The Cheesy Gordita Crunch was lukewarm at best and scarcely filled. The crunchy taco was also scarcely filled and lukewarm. The churros and caramel sauce wasn't delivered.

If the state of the toilets is any indication of the overall cleanliness of this place I wouldn't recommend eating here, we left without ordering anything

I’m giving a 3/5 as I received a bottle of Mountain Dew when i ordered 7Up. Also no tomato in the taco.Also the chips were a bit cold.! But wouldn’t stop me from ordering again though.
