Very soggy and greasy batter. Not bad quality fish and not bad chips. Friendly staff.

Fabulous smart breakfast and great customer service. If you want appetizing food, The loft is place to eat. It is the best I have had locally.

Good food, large menu at very reasonable price with free prawn crackers when you spend over £17. Be warned if they're busy check your order BEFORE you leave, we have had a couple of occasions when the order has been short.

Amazing lunch spot for everyone. Really popular, brilliant menu for all things brunch, lunch and sweet treats. Super accommodating staff, varied options for Ve/GF and great choice. We had halloumi/avo wrap, eggs benedict, shak shula and fattoush plus smoothies - all delicious

Nice food. Clean pub and very cosy

Beautifully decorated in an art deco style meticulously maintained for all the furnishings. Good friendly service from a well stocked bar, offering a vast range of cocktails mixed to perfection.

Was ok no food on offer but they did catterring from their sister pub a short distance away food took forever to come and was small portions but expensive price! Drinks where fairly cheap and service was polite just a fairly normal pub nothing special

Lovely hotel, comfy,beautiful surroundings. Good breakfast,good service. Friendly and helpful staff.They had a bar but no licence for serving drinks which was a shame.

Disturbing images and tv programmes played in waiting area. The man who served us was Blunt and Rude.

Always order for collection, this is my favourite pizza place in Bingley. Inly negative sometimes the app says ready for collection when it isn’t and have to wait 5-mins in shop.

Great fish and chips nice small cafe

Went tonight (2 people) for the Monday special of Moules et Frites which we have done a number of times in the past and always enjoyed. Unfortunately, tonight did not live up to expectations. And this is not directed at the serving staff who did their best, or the quality of the food, but management need to understand that there was a lot which could be significantly improved - • when a a table is set for 4 but there are only 2 diners, the other 2 placements, ie multiple glasses, cutlery and plates, should be removed • we asked for some bread but the staff somehow seemed to think this was our starter • as a result the bread arrived with butter that had to be sent back as it was so hard that it was impossible to spread • as another result, the main course didn’t arrive for at least another 30 minutes • the customer at the bar who’s conversation and language was impossible to ignore and overpowered our own conversation • better not to have a tea light holder on the table if that light needs to be replaced These may seem like minor issues but put together they made for a very disappointing evening. Lovely place, great pizza & fast service. Andy & Isabelle couldn’t have been more attentive. Great to watch sports on a Sunday afternoon & pizza/pint for £10 deal can’t be beaten.

Delivery always quick but rapid tonight - good food at a good price

Ordered two pepperoni pizzas online for collection at 8.30. They must have been made sometime earlier and left to keep warm. Dried out pepperoni and just warm pizza. A very disappointing experience.
