I'm going to give 5 stars just on help given to me by dawn today ' let's hope the foods still as good

A warm welcome awaits with traditional food freshly prepared and sensibly priced. Their menu is varied and suits all ages and tastes.

Very nice pub. Recently, it has been taken over. Didn't have food to offer when I visited which was disappointing but a very freindly atmosphere.

A nice quiet pub in the center of town, when visited. A nice area to sit outside. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A nice place to visit and relax if in the area.

Excellent little shop. Staff were absolutely lovely. Food was excellent and everything was clean. Took some bread pudding home, was amazing. Will definitely visit again.

Tried the beef and pork sticks for the first time yesterday since they brought them back and I've got to say they were amazing. The fact that I could pre order them and pick them up at our convenience was great due to being in work myself. I've also got to add we frequent the pub on a regular basis as a family and the staff, entertainment and atmosphere are always great. Well done Kate, Meg and Ness. Can't wait for my food next week.

Visited here today , What can I say , omg the chips were lovey (battered), we had 2 specials . Mini fish and chicken tikka . The chicken was amazing none of the bullshit flavours of most of the other chip shops, the chicken i would say was 💯 chicken. Please don't change your supplier . The curry sauce was like water and not nice . The prices were good too for the excellent chicken.

Food is always great but order is missing my drink, hopefully it turns up like I’ve been told

Been here many many times oven 30 years when I lived over that area, now I live an hour away.. This is the first visit in the last 3 years Firstly who's idea it was to paint such a beautiful building mushy peas green is beyond me...just awful.. I ordered the salmon & prawn fish cake which was Luke warm and I managed to find one whole prawn Next week had the steak which was cooked perfectly And I was looking forward to the triple cooked chips that accompany it I was disappointed Frozen pencil chips arrived What happened to your triple cooked chunky chips that I was expecting and advertised as triple cooked No way could you triple cook frozen french frys.. I can fully understand now why you are closing Standard from 3 years ago has definitely dropped hence your drop in takings Shame Used to be a beautiful venue to have our family party's But that mushy pea green building Well need I say more

Amazing service and cakes. Ordered a vegan cake as I’m lactose intolerant and it was the best thing I’ve ever tried!!! Will definitely be returning

The food , service, and atmosphere are amazing. Highly recommend the beef steak sizzler. The in-house salts that go with the beef sizzler dish are foodie's heaven with one taste buds getting an instant orgasm.

My family have used the Clove for years now and have never had a disappointed meal!!Service is always with a smile and delivered speedily. We have chosen probably most dishes on the menu and cannot fault the heat or description given for the meal. Exactly what you need to know when picking something new. Can't wait for our visit - sooon.

Ordered food from Roti not for the the first time whereby the food has been really good But in recent weeks standards have really slipped yesterday’s order was absolutely awful the food delivered was cold and inedible. The curry was congealed (cooked days before) did no one check before sending this out??? The naan bread stale and inedible. I will not spend my hard earned money with by his restaurant again.
