The staff are always so welcoming and friendly, me and my children visit here most weeks and their kids entertainment and parties they put on are brilliant my kids absolutely love coming to the key masters events and always have a lovely meal while here.

Visited the Key Master Pub recently and had a fantastic experience. The food was excellent – everything was cooked to perfection, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Charl, who served us, was incredibly polite and attentive, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She was especially kind to my son, which added a personal touch to our meal. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, combined with top-notch service, made for a great outing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a friendly spot with great food!

Visited here with family last night for the first-time. We ordered food and drinks via the app. I ordered scampi and chips and a real ale. I was told no scampi was available and there were no real ales available at all. Nothing to replace what was advertised on the app. So I just opted for a coke. When I later checked my bill I had still been charged for the ale which obviously was a light higher in price to a coke. I questioned my bill and was told a refund would occur over the app. This has not happened. So I've been charged and not refunded for something I didn't receive. I don't understand how an app can advertise things and then you find out from the kitchen they don't have it and same with the beers. I opted for steak after. This was not good either. It was very very dry and it had been reheated. The Jacket potato had been microwaved. So for £10.49 it wasn't very good. This was my first visit here and I'm afraid I wasn't impressed by the food or service received. The staff seemed miserable when they came to the table. Such a shame. I'm afraid I won't be visiting again.

Came to the Keymaster today to see family. The pub had a great atmosphere and felt welcoming. The team were very friendly and all working hard. The food came out very quickly and all food came out together. Lovely and polite staff. Will definitely return.

Came for late lunch, everything arrived fast, tasty ,hot and was enjoyed by us both. Service was friendly and helpful assistance given to carry drinks. Thank you we will definitely return.

We came for a family dinner tonight 10 of us the food was fabulous and not expensive BUT when our little granddaughters food came out the server basically threw the plate on the table no customer service no smile she was very rude and I said to my family wow she wouldn’t win a competition for customer service so then she marched back out and said that’s because I can hear you !stinking attitude again so I said may you should try smiling and and being polite to your customers at this stage she stormed of again. So my daughter fetched the manager who was very good gave us a free drink to apologise but she had already spoilt the mood of our meal the rest of the staff we great so was management it a shame 1 bad staff member spoilt our night out.

Staff were friendly as always, beer and atmosphere were good as always.. ordered food for a change and wasn't disappointed.. nothing too much trouble for manager or staff

Superb breakfast this morning as usual, always have a friendly welcome from Chris and his team, warm cosy atmosphere, start your day with a good hearty breakfast at a very reasonable price Pop into the Keymaster you won't be disappointed.

Food is decent, although occasionally some portions are a bit small in regards to chips and beans. Service was quick and staff are friendly and polite.

Had mix grill nothing is grilled the chicken is boiled and pale it was like something a dog would eat the waitress looked like she had lost 20 quid had a right face on her the sausages had consistency of a carrier bag no thanks

Superb pub great selection of food and beers. Manager and staff are absolutely brilliant and so welcoming. This has become our local pub now. Food is always lovely and plentiful.

Busy local pub. Plenty of atmosphere. Don't order the steak. Tough as old boots.

Ordered fish , chips and mushy peas, very nice, only fault is not enough mushy peas .

Had the quadzilla for £14 with fries, buy one get one free on Fridays. The chicken in it was so beautiful, the beef burger was a little dry but we still enjoyed it. Fries were good. I brought a side of Mac&cheese and added it to the burger. The place looked clean . Waitresses were friendly and they accommodate gluten free diets well.

Excellent customer service and food at a reasonable price point with my son choosing this restaurant over all the other hungry horses we’ve been to.

Came here for a meal with my sister's . We have been here before and the food was delicious,but on this occasion it wasn't good. It took ages for them to bring our food out and when it came out it was luke warm had to send it back.

I am absolutely disgusted by the way we have been treated here today. We have ordered 2 meals, and have spent 20 minutes chasing the second meal with multiple servers because of the incompetence of the people who work here who cant bring 2 meals at the same time. We have been fobbed off by multiple people and almost ended up going in the kitchen myself to ask where my food was. This is a poor display of how a pub should be run . You should be ashamed

Staff are great. Good drinks reasonable price. Adriano has been great again. Asking regularly if we need help with anything aswell as checking in frequently

The food is great but the wait time at the bar is a pain sometimes although I appreciate it get busy there is only 1 bar person. Only a suggestion maybe have a stand in during busy times. I visited the Keymaster with my mom for breakfast. My mom had the normal sized breakfast but I opted for the Mega breakfast. I wasn't disappointed, it was huge and more than enough for myself. Charlotte who served us was very pleasant and polite. Thoroughly enjoyed the food here and we will definitely return

Food is cheap, hence why it tastes so bland. There are never enough staff on, so are waiting to be served for a while.

Our local place which we visit often and the food is always great, excellent service and food arrives quickly. Good value for money and deals. We would definitely recommend for a cosy comforting venue, friendly staff and value for money food.

The mixed grill was banging the other day. Was cooked to perfection. I think a member of staff (a manager) Said it was his daughter. It's not very often you order your steak med rare and it arrives medium rare.... Bar staff wise I've gotten to know Leah, she's always very friendly and has a lovely smile that she greets you with and is very hard worker, which is what stands out with her. She is ALWAYS doing something.... Anyway that's it, highly recommende a visit, it's a great pub 👍

Fish chips tasted the fish thinking it was cod , was nothing like it , found out that cod is too expensive for a multi billion profit company hungry horse , to cater to !fancy selling fish not stating what it is !

My lasagne was burnt to a crisp my partner asked for the waiter to have a look he agreed it was so I got another one brought out was hot on outside freezing in the middle I eat all over the country in hotels for work and never like this.

Only issue only 1 person serving on the bar. Food and service was super Cleanliness was good Thank you

Food was not very warm All day breakfast was £7.99, absolutely more like a kids breakfast. 5 small mushrooms, 1 link sausage, runny egg, a spoonful of baked beans, 2 small rashers of bacon. I wouldn't mind , but the big, breakfast that you could have in the mornings was only £6.99 and had double the amount of food on it. No toast included either. My fries were forgotten to be brought out, I had to ask for them. My grandson asked for one scoop of kids vanilla ice cream with strawberry sauce. He ended up with a scoop of vanilla and strawberry on top which he didn't really like. Man who brought it said he read tge order wrong!..omg! Really? Will not be returning here. Still waiting for a reply back from the email I sent you on August 15th..

Chips were slightly greasey but somehow dry..hardly any potato inside them Staff are fantastic chef cooks well just cheap supplies that don't stand up

Awesome place, went in for a random something to eat and ended up playing a quiz… was awesome and nice staff 😁 bit slow on the cutlery and sauces but apart from that was awesome

Been a while since I've been here. I think it was a Greene king before it was a hungry horse. A nice curry and drink for a tenner ,well worth it. Better value than weatherspoons,but unfortunately the curry wasn't as nice. But the pub and atmosphere overall is quite good. Not chlosterphobic at all which I like. Overall I'm really happy with my experience

The menu has great variety with everything from Burgers to Mediterranean and Indian. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Prices are reasonable and portion sizes are plenty.

Food was luke warm the meat was cold very small portions on the new menu not value for money no beans or stuffing ball, paid for extra roast pots yorkie and pigs in blankes. Had 1 pig in blanket and tasted off Yorke was hard and microwaved rost pots were very dry not enough gravy even cut that portion not worth 12.38 would rather pay extra and have toby carvery. Will not be going back.

What a shocker even for pub food. Ordered sea bass fillets. What i was served was wafer thin tales of sea bass. Which tough and dry and the mash potato was the consistency of instant mash just slapped on the plate and what I can only presume was a full bag of green beans now was all the veg just because they knew the fish was that bad they bulked the plate up.. My partner had perk chicken the chicken was OK but the rice was that dry you could easily mistake it for savory rice. Starters we had the 3 chicken combo chicken was lovely but would of been nice if the menu said all 3 starter plates comes with sauce as we could of tried 3 sauces instead of 3 of the same.. I can't fault the staff. Very pleasant even with my irateness. As for the beer. Crisp taste. Optimal coldness. This pub clearly knows how to look serve a beer

Bar staff was rude. One good credit to your team is the young waiter she was lovely and very polite. Food wasn't too bad however we had to keep telling them we had things that hadn't arrived and meals was brought out seperate timings. They allowed us to book for a birthday meal on a quiz night which we wasn't made aware of so while trying to have a nice time you have a man shouting down a microphone.

Always a lovely friendly welcome from Chris anytime we visit. Today we enjoyed a delicious super breakfast which was cooked to perfection and was delivered to the table quickly after ordering. We try to visit for breakfast when work patterns allow and The Keymaster never disappoints there is always something different to try when you dont fancy the traditional breakfast offerings .

Bar staff kept disappearing where customer's were walking around and around the bar to get served. Other than that, then great service good food for money and a nice affordable bubbly pint. 👍
