Great and lovely meal we had yesterday for the family , great friendly staff and quick service ... delicious and hot food received. And the incredibly delicious and overly topping (mint areo, flake) milkshake just topped off the meal.. thank you prefect pizza leamore and staff... doing a great job, keep it up. .

Amazing. I am very impressed! Staff here are very friendly, I asked them to put extra sauce on my pizza and they didn't disappoint, they loaded it with tomato sauce for me and it was delicious. Pizza was amazing. I also saw them give a homeless man some free food, which was wholesome and lovely of them to do.

I was missing one pizza but it was all fine I rang up they said they get my pizza delivered to me and I had a free drink aswell these are the best

Ordered a Mexican heatwave pizza and was very disappointed there was not many toppings on it very bland not spicey at all just tasted like a cheese pizza and the fries tasted like they had been reheated not fresh at all and top it all off the the bottle of coke Ordered with it was 4 months out of date and it was flat no fizz at all perfect pizza I don't think so 🤣

Second time ordered unfortunately the order was cold and the 1.5L Pepsi was missing from the order. Which was needed to swill down the cold food that was hard to swallow

I ordered the first time from here and the pizza was warm also it was delicious with a perfect cook lastly I will going to order from here now and I would recommend everyone till they deliver the pizza warm and keep making it delicious like this. I had a note in my order and it was followed perfectly so it is nice to see that they read the instructions.

First time purchasing from here and won't be the last. I collected our pizza and the guy who was serving was really polite and very helpful. Pizza was extremely tasty and cooked well. Shop has plenty of offers to suit customers if collecting.

Pizzas are gorgeous but I order the same pizza every time and have the same issue every time. I asked for half coriander chilli chicken..even tried paying for extra coriander this time and still none?!

We have been ordering from this shop for many years and the pizza has always been delicious. Our biggest concern was when we got our pizza home and opened it we noticed a black hair on one of the slices. Obviously we wasn't happy and we decided to call the shop to explain. The manager who we spoke to was very rude to say the least, almost as if we was making it up. She asked us to return the pizza! Never mind offering any apologies for the very poor service and very poor customer experience. Any business who values customer service would offer to refund and replace bearing in mind our order history of five years with no issues. The only query i ever made was on one collection that if the extra large pizza size had been reduced as the box size looked a little smaller when i took delivery, my extra large to me looked like a large. It was a genuine question as im sure any customer would ask if they felt they was getting less value for there money at the time. In the end the pizza was picked up but took a picture of the slice with the hair on beforehand. Seriously stay away from this shop, the women owner has no manners or customer service and the cleanliness of there establishment is obviously under question.

Placed online order on website at 7:15pm, received order email. Advised less than 39 minutes delivery. At 7:36pm I received an Order Confirmation email, so I called to check if it was only just being made, and it would be 39 minutes from now. The girl said it would be with us in 10 - 15 minutes as it was already made. Forty minutes later at 8:15pm I call back to ask for an update, to which I am now told, the delivery guy took out 3 or 4 orders, and left about 10 minutes ago, which was after her 10 - 15 minutes delivery slot. Pizza arrived 1 hour 10 after ordering. I fully understand its an estimated time, but just be honest with people when they call.

Nice pizzas, good prices. Can't fault them aside from the fact I've had better but for the price thats expected.

UPDATE: thanks for getting back to me re the situation - since it wasn’t your staff, I will be removing this rating shortly. I hope the menu company are aware of the impact they have caused. I’m afraid its a one star from me. Reason: Poor communication, lack of respect from the staff. This is because I received a flyer through my letterbox while there is a sign that clearly states that I do not accept junk mail (including flyers), and staff at this company proceeded to ignore my sign and push a flyer through my letterbox anyway.

I ordered some pizzas from here on just eat, I had missing items from my order. When I tried to explain this to their delivery driver it turned out he didn't speak a word of English, he tried to overcome the language barrier by getting louder with his head in my door, this woke my toddler who was in bed as it was nearly 9pm. Both me and the delivery driver got on the phone to the shop, to try and sort it out, all I got was bad attitude. The delivery driver just got louder which subsequently woke my neighbour's small child aswel. I wont be ordering from here again, customer service is absolutely awful.

Always for the last 15 years used this shop as it was the only one to make a decent pizza, with good deals and offers to suit all. Tonight, 6 pizzas 4 satisfactory 2 covered in cheese barely anything else supposed to be a Mexican heatwave and all day breakfast with added peppers and chilli (paid extra for) pizza was awful cheesy and no spice at all it was so bland. Called spoke to manager who had supposedly made these pizza reassuring me chilli powder had been added and the only reason I could not taste was because people have been complaining about the heat of the powder so they have had to put less on!! So if I want hot I have to ask for double topping and pay double price!!! Ridiculous the menu states if a pizza is hot and if you add to your own accord you know what your expecting.. she called me LOVE disrespectful a regular weekly customer she knows my name and to refer and speak like that is awful. I'm disgusted with the service from this manager, thinks she knows all and everyone there to complain. Well LOVE that's not the case we earn our money to afford the pizza so we expect it to be enjoyable and don't expect argumentative managers to deal with us when things not quite right.. we don't complain for fun we would rather eat the pizza....hint not the job for you.... will you reply to this most likely not!!

Customer service is very good. Staff are polite, courteous and helpful. Really good quality of food, value for money. I cannot fault this pizza shop, it has been here a long time and the standards are high as staff are always cleaning after themselves. Been ordering from this branch of perfect Pizza for many many years, always had had a first class service, UNTIL TONIGHT. Usual Saturday night, order the pizzas, large cheese and tomato, and large chicken chorizo. They arrived on time, upon opening them, chicken and chorizo was fine, but opening the cheese and tomato, was greeted with a so called pizza that was vertually black in colour, separating the pizza and examining the food, it wasn't stringy at all, when picking a slice up you expect it to bend, no not this pizza. They would have made great door stops. I had one bite and tasteless, apart from a burnt taste. I'm not normally a person to leave reviews and would always give a company a chance to rectify there faults, so my wife called the shop up and explained what was wrong with the pizza, expecting a new pizza to replace the well over done pizza well what can I say about the lady my wife spoke to. She blamed the cheese, and explained head office are sending out a different type of cheese. She even said that they've had a few complaints regarding the cheese. I don't understand this cause on the chicken chorizo pizza the cheese was fine, even where there was areas of no fillings and just cheese. The lady my wife spoke to didn't apologise, or offer a refund, or replacement, she appeared not to be Interested at all, felt like here conclusion was tough, like it or lump it. I'd suggest anybody ordering from here to check that they have got some decent cheese in stock??

Great place and staff food 5star

I selected PP on Friday, the Hut was offline probably due to the severe weather (their loss). My order was delivered on time & the driver was great, regardless of the terrible snow storm (earned my tip). The food was hot & delicious & the chicken wings (size) were value for money unlike Domino's & Papa John's (humming bird) wings. That's how you earn a customer! Well done team.
