I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Costa Coffee on Wallows Lane in Walsall! Despite arriving just 10 minutes before closing, the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. I ordered a large whole-milk hazelnut cappuccino, and a large skimmed-milk latte, with a chocolate Tuffin, and both drinks were perfectly prepared—rich, smooth, and served with care, even at the end of a long day. The team didn’t make me feel rushed at all, which is so refreshing when visiting a café close to closing time. The atmosphere was still warm and inviting, with the shop looking spotlessly clean and well-maintained. It’s clear that the staff take pride in their service and product quality. A big thank you to the Wallows Lane Costa Coffee team for ending my evening on such a high note. I’ll definitely be back soon! Highly recommend.

The order was good quality but I requested it for 8:15 and it got to me at 8:25. This was very annoying as I am trying to leave uni and go home today so I had to have an early breakfast.

Drink quality was poor and drink price is about £2 more when ordered through just eat drink supposed to be to standard well cappuccino had more foam than coffee

I usually order from here so I'm kind of shocked that my hot chocolate arrived cold and half full

My favourite drive thru Costa, hands down. The staff are always on the ball.

Received drinks that were half full and instead of a egg mayo sandwich I was sent a spinach bun. Usually they are good and get orders right.

Nice place good food but very costly

This Costa serves up a cheese & tomato toastie that's simply delicious. The blend of gooey cheese and crispy bread is a winner for any cheese lover. With attentive service and ample parking, it's the good spot for a satisfying beverage & snack

Love costa coffee do find it very expensive don't go as much as I used to

Came in with my mom to grab a quick hot drink! I was served by Sam (blonde sam) She was polite, and very welcoming and served us with great service! Made us feel welcome.

Popped by just to grab a snack and a drink while in the area. It didn't seem too busy but everything seemed delayed. Yet this may have been due to the drive thru orders. The staff were nice to deal with. Though the cafe was clean, it felt cramped, the space between tables was tight and they weren't even full. The price caught me on the hop, but talking to one of the other customers they recommended getting the app for a lot of promotional discounts. Loved the fact there was a random tap to top up your water bottle for free. Lots of parking outside. Enjoy.

Not been in a Costa for about three years. Had my favourite a large cappuccino extra shot. Last time I had one it was £3.20 today, £4.80. Lovely coffee, but almost a fiver for a coffee is daft. A pint of Stella is a pound cheaper at my local pub. Lovely place decor wise, but prices are daft. £2.10 for one croissant.

The order arrived on time and the items were still warm. The food and drink were lovely. I really recommend the terrys hot chocolate it’s so nice. I would definitely order from here again. Have no complaints at all

Nice little drive through. The girl serving was nice enough. The coffee was surprisingly good. Nice and hot, which sound a push, but a lot of the drive through Costa's are pretty pap!

Nice to sit in at a Costa that was nice a clean, it was busy but only 2 people serving inside and drive through.

Lovely, helpful staff and food and drinks made very well... Would be nice with a few more relaxed seating options as we were lucky on this occasion to her the sofa and comfy chairs but would be disappointed if they were already taken on future visits

I feel the service is poor at this costa.

Ordered in store 2 x strawberry & cream & 1 salted caramel Frapes, they were warm not cold. Waited about 10 minutes for for the order. Place had 2 people in there so not busy.

1st time at the new wallows lane branch and it's beautiful!! Lovely staff and atmosphere and its peaceful!!

Coffee were great only thing was they didn't put on requested cream or sprinkles

Food wasn't what I ordered what they send was a rock hard bap to hard to even eat & cold tasteless sausage....latte was only half filled ...complete waste of money

Tried to order the Mango & Passionfruit drink which was not available , had to order something else. I had a hot chocolate which tasted like a Mc Donald’s hot chocolate. I have never had this issue with buying from any other Costa. Won’t be going back to this one again.

Awful today. Went in around 1.30 p.m., not overly busy. Ordered two toasties, a late and a flat white. Received the toasties and late about the same time then stood for ages waiting for the flat white, server eventually bought it and said hot chocolate, I said no, flat white, as it says on the ticket in front of you. He scuttled off, took ages to do the flat white again, passed it over, no apology whatsoever. When home (literally 2 minutes drive from store) found the toasties were only luke warm (due to the length of time he messed about with the flat white) and the flat white was burnt and only half full. Absolutely rubbish, wouldn't go there again.
