Order pizza and promise delivery with in 15 mints but unfortunately waiting 1 hour plus and didn't pick call.Very bad service. I was feeling so hungry and I am him regular customer

Mixed donner was cold on arrival. chicken donner was very disappointing, wasnt even normal donner meat more like chicken strips cut into slices. Naan bread was hard and chewy. Disappointed in order.

everything tasted nice and fresh, only downside we received mixed grill kebab for 12.49£ with 2 psc of lamb and 4psc chicken meat.. clearly could see that box was full once, called to restaurant..they said its probably driver was starved :/ it's week now...still waiting for money back or sum other solution 🤔

Unfortunately keep missing items on deliveries. Keeps happening so won't be ordering again, otherwise pizzas are usually OK and so are the fries, the rest of items like donner wrap etc don't think much of.

The donner was very dry and the salad wasn’t fresh.

I ordered from this place 3 times. The first time I was told it was free delivery for orders over £10, the second time the same man on the phone tried to overcharge and say it’s £11 and the third time just now he tried to charge me £13! Which I said no it’s been £10 every time and you’ve tried hiking up the prices both times which is wrong. I ordered the same thing each time so there’s no reason why it would be more. He then said ok will do for £10 no problem, then another worker came on the phone and said this worker doesn’t know the prices ( I could tell by the voice it was the same man each time) and this order is £12.. so one worker said £13 and another said £12 within 2 mins they don’t even have their own prices straight! He then hung up on me and I rang him back to tell him I’d be making a review about the disgusting service so he said ‘what just because you don’t want to pay for the food are you a begger?’ His tone was very rude and aggressive which I wasn’t expecting so I actually started laughing it’s that ridiculous. You tell a different price to every customer and then wonder why you have none left.. and the reviews speak for themself. Don’t go to this place unless you want to be spoken to like a piece of dirt

The driver went above and b3yond to get the food delivered. The food was amazing and fresh.

The pizza arrived on time & this was the first time I had ordered from here. I have to say the quality of the pizza’s were very good, excellent taste & just the right amount of toppings. I will most definitely order from here again.

Absolute mockery for fast food Ordered a mix kebab- the chicken tikka pieces were not even marinated- hard as rock, the fries were apparently “fresh” but they were like twigs off a tree People need to stop opening takeaways with no idea about food quality- tarnishing the food industry

Disgusting service… they never brought me my bottle of coke which I paid 3.49 for! To then the delivery driver and the place tell me it isn’t on the order when I have proof of it. Try to ring up two seconds after deliver driver leaves to give them my order number. They allow it to ring and don’t pick up. Would not advise to get from here unless you want a ghandis throat with your pizza.

Best pizza in walsall and amazing service

Food is usually good but poor service. I asked for strawberry ice f cream and they gave me chocolate fudge and refused to send me right one. Money wasted and ice cream thrown in the bin.

Did not deliver the full order. Was told they would deliver the missing order straight away, this did not happen.

Amazing pizza and super fast delivery. Of all the local pizza places - this one is my favourite.

Me and my partner both got the donner meat and naan in an 8” box for £10.. we asked for it to come with salad. When it came the donner meat was cold and the only salad on there was lettuce and red cabbage. By the way you had to pay for the salad. I also got a double cheese burger to which the burgers were both cold when they got here which shocked me because it was 20 minutes early. Will not be eating from here again unfortunately.

NEVER ARIVVED!!! driver was unable to find my address despite my wife waiting outside by the door he claimed he was by the door. AVOID this scamers as I never received the food and was charged for it!

Ordered a large doner kebab on nan was about 10 pieces of meat and the man bread wasn’t edible.all so ordered chicken kebab the chicken wasn’t fresh it was like something you’d buy from Iceland lane

Excellent quality pizza- always baked with the right balance of outer crust while soft inside. Their pizza base sauce has a unique mix of herbs, very tasty. I usually go for the stuffed crust for which they use a cream cheese type filling, but even with standard crust their pizzas are very tasty. Recommend creating your own- I go for tandoori chicken, sweetcorn, onions, mushrooms, olives and jalapenos. Fries are either medium thick cut with a mild coating, or you can choose curly fries. And their multiple pizza deals are great value- you won't get a better family size pizza for £8 anywhere in the region!

Very nice place.. Noticed the kebab heating was switched off though. For £4 you get a small box of fries and around 4.5 slices of kebab. Definitely not value for money. Fries were hard and donner meat was really dry. Customer service was excellent though.

Fantastic food and good detail and preparation to all pizzas and foods. And grate service and brilliant quality again. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a fabulous pizza and food. Thanks again team from chef bruno and family.

Super fast delivery and very tasty pizza. The only downside was no green peppers on both pizzas (maybe ran out, but a heads up would be nice) and sweet chilli sauce like a watered ketchup with sugar. Apart from that, great service! Thanks

Kebab quite small portion, luke warm extremely dried out and hardly any sauce. Taste was OK nothing special but so dires out hard to say actual flavour if it had fat in it.

One of the best pizzas I had in walsall. Fresh and loved the naga base. Made it nice and different.

The food arrived promptly but unfortunately they didn't read the special instructions. It came layered in cheap watery ketchup which I do not like. The chips were undercooked. Tried to wipe the sauce off but was a complete mess. Shame as never had an issue before

Just wish they would read order correctly- kebab meat and naan. I received it with chips as well drowning in mayonnaise. Can you make an option for no sauce please.

I had a naga naan dona Sunday night about 11-30 pm, apparently naan was stone cold and dona was old smell was coming out.

Arrived early, they waited for 10 minutes for me to collect

The chips where nice and crispy, so where the onion rings. The naan bread, the kebab and chicken meat was nice also. The only criticism I have is that the note I made while making the order wasn't read as I asked for other sauce on my kebab to counter act the hot chilli and to mix with the flavour.

Food was not cooked as it was mentioned, someone couldn't be bothered disappointed 😔

I ordered pizza 3 large . This restaurant is really special. Pizza were very tasty fresh and arrived hot. Delivery was really fast and arrived within 20 minutes. Keep the high quality service you are providing.

I usually order from here. But I never received my order. They delivered it to the wrong house. I never got to eat my food. The door number is displayed on my door. I want a refund. Over £20 was spent and my food was never received. These mistakes should never be made

Drivers expect you to come out when you pay the takeaway a delivery charge. Could not send a sauce with 20 pounds order (medium pizza and chips).

Ordered beef burger with salad. Got a soggy cheeseburger without salad. I hate cheeseburgers. So disappointed. Regular customer but lately orders are incorrect.

Not happy, I Payed extra for cheesy curly fries, they came with no cheese at all, and were cold. And the burger bun was wet, absolutely disgusting
