The best restaurants in Palfrey Walsall West Midlands

Unfortunately, I can’t give 0 stars. Worst Macdonald’s I’ve ever been to. They are trying to do too much (eat-in, takeaway, order on the app, just eat, etc) and the service has now become none existent. It is no longer fast food. You occasionally had to park up and wait for the drive thru order for the more complex orders but now it is pretty much every time, even for basic orders (20mins+ for NUGGETS). And then they forgot something. They said they’ll be back with the rest of the order but didn’t come back. Had to get my kids out the car and go in for it. They couldn’t care less when I complained. This is not a 1 off occurrence. Absolutely awful!

We have just had the most awful lunch at this cafe. Firstly we could order our first two choices from the menu, this was at 1pm and no soup or bacon sandwiches. We reluctantly opted for a quiche which was so salty we had to leave most of it. The second meal was a simple sausage sandwich, the sausages had obviously been kept warm so were dried out and burnt most of this was left as was inedible. Finally we had a chocolate muffin which was too dry so had to leave that as well. All in all this was a terrible meal and a complete waste of £20. I will not be returning.

Awesome food and awesome service!!! Best food in Walsall - was caught by surprise when my friend from brum knew about how good this chippy in my home town of Walsall. Chicken Tikka in naan is a definite favorite of mine but I have been back several times. You will not be disappointed,

I stay at this hotel quiet a lot as this is the hotel my company books, I now use this as a room only I get meals paid for by my company but to many conflicts, asking to swap chips for salad the evening manager lieing saying they have no salad to look over and see salad being brought out, your best option staying at this hotel is to eat else where

Dont go if its busy! We went yesterday and i thought it was ok as there was only 3 tables being taken. The 2 staff seemed so flustered and stressed. Food was ok but the customer service was awful.

Ok I just come home from the 80/90 Christmas event If it kicked off tonight and it didn’t there would be a massive issue Most of the security were definitely 40 + ground stewards and I think most wasn’t SRA registered The gents toilets was a free for all for the Coke sniffers sometimes 3/4 blokes in one cubicle I never seen any security enter or monitor the gents You are very lucky because if it kicked off tonight because of the lack of control and management you would not have control it You very much got away with it You may not be lucky next time and who you have looking after your venue will be totally lost Trust me this is going to happen big time

The staff workers are racist along with their drivers, if you live in a block do not order as they feel they don't need to deliver to your door and want you to leave your under age child alone, Baring in mind if you pay for delivery you expect food to be delivered at your door!! I also contacted the CEO of this business and put a high compliant in, the food is disgusting like they rush to cook the pizza's. Also found hair in my food one time but even explaining it to them they ignored my concerns, reasons why i have never ordered a domino's pizza again doesn't even matter what branch they will never get a penny out of me again.

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Waited over 20 minutes for our breakfast for it to be incorrect. They refused to remake it and said they could give us a refund. The hot drink was also cold and the milkshake was completely melted.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HER THEY SCAM TOU BY TAKING MONEY FRO DRINKS AND DONT DELIVER!!!! Ordered a meal included 2 drinks at £1.99 each and only got only nice little profit as they only offered me a code for when I’ll go there which I never will as it’s out way for me,manager was a disgrace along with the lady before him nothing in their system to say we can add it to Uber app on my account
