The Hub Restaurant in Walsall

I stay at this hotel quiet a lot as this is the hotel my company books, I now use this as a room only I get meals paid for by my company but to many conflicts, asking to swap chips for salad the evening manager lieing saying they have no salad to look over and see salad being brought out, your best option staying at this hotel is to eat else where

Just awful. Needed a magnifying glass to see the chicken breast; beef strips noodle dish was a Vesta £1.99 frozen meal at best. Waiter did not take order accurately and chips arrived though expressly told we wanted extra salad but no chips.

Gran noche de nuevo con más de 20 amigos. Cesta de la comida era fantástica. Esta vez probé las alas de pollo. Todo lo que puedo decir es que era perfecto y bastante grande, lo cual es estupendo. Tuvimos un delicioso postre también. Tengo que decir que el mini tarta de banana y toffee era tan deliciosa que me dejó queriendo más. En general, fue una gran noche, música alta y disfrutamos de un buen baile. Gracias a todo el personal y Charlie para organizar todo de nuevo. Nos vemos la próxima vez.

The food was not very good, In fact I left most of mine, fortunately I was not very hungry, Service was just as bad, always having to ask for things.

Jueves por la noche. Pedimos ir para cena de cinco platos. De mala gana, nos fuimos. Si has leído esta gente debe ir allí. Comida de primera calidad. Salmón ennegrecido. Destacaban los bistec o cordero principal la comida era realmente buena

good food but not a place to go if youre in a hurry clean and airy plenty of room polite staff would visit again

Food was awful and service very, very slow. Staff were rude and got numerous orders wrong. Hair in my meal and the staff say 'oh dear' and didn't change the dish!

Comí aquí dos veces durante su estancia el bastante terrible hotel que está al lado.El costo de la comida es para ser sincero en el lado alto para la calidad del hotel. Tuve el sobresaliente una noche y la pizza un par de noches más tarde.No hay mucho ambiente, lo que es una pena, ya que estoy seguro de que podría ser un poco mejor. Si estás parando en el hotel, pero no vayas de tu camino para ir.

Food & service was pretty good particularly the sirloin steak with Thai vegetables & marinade. It has a nice atmosphere

Be careful when buying drinks at the bar once the night manager is on as he has a habit of overcharging. After being challenged about a £26 for 3 pints and jd and coke he could only come up with the excuse that the till was accidentaly left open after the last transaction. Of course it was you thief. I truly believe that he has been getting away with this for quite some time. As for the rest of the staff they are ok but have poor people skills. My advice is stay at the village Walsall
