McDonald's in Walsall

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Waited over 20 minutes for our breakfast for it to be incorrect. They refused to remake it and said they could give us a refund. The hot drink was also cold and the milkshake was completely melted.

Ordered wrap of the day which was displayed as sweet chilli chicken, was given bacon. Asked to exchange immediately as I do t eat pork, manager refused and was left with 2 wraps that were of haram to me

Used the drive-thru. Kept being rushed through our order. No milkshakes which was very disappointing and no apology for this. Rude tone over the tannoy. Idiotic driver in front, with crazy smoke fumes coming out the exhaust. Overpriced food (£6.50 for mozzarella sticks!) After paying for the order, we were told we couldn’t have the strawberry lemonade due to a problem with the machine. Then to be told we could park up and wait for this drink - no thank you as that defeats the whole point of a drive-thru! My husband said it wasn’t acceptable they’d charged us for the strawberry lemonade knowing there was an issue, and asked for a refund for the drink. Got told we’d have to go into the ‘store’ to obtain this, ridiculous!! Also inefficient and probably a lie as I’m sure they could have just processed the refund from the collection window. Asked for 2 other drinks to replace the unavailable one we had paid for. Gave one set of fries back and asked for it to be replenished as the portion was significantly under-filled. Poor value and lack of service.

I went thru drive thru, there were 4 hash browns missing from my bag and the food was cold. I went straight back to the restaurant for them to replace my order and that order was short of 3 hash browns and the egg muffins were undercooked. I gave up in the end. (I just threw my meal away - it cost me £18). The staff are unable to do simple arithmetic!

Drive through.Waited to order.Two lanes.Waited and waited! 3 cars in the other lane were served before me.Had to park up for a Chicken wrap and chips. 20 minutes later. Guy comes out. I asked if it was mine.He didn’t know what were in the bags!!!Had to look through them to finally find our order.

One of the worst filthiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been too! Chips were cold, burger was just barely warm & there were flies everywhere inside the restaurant! The tray my food came out on was disgusting, very grubby. The staff were miserable & the toilets vile!! I sat outside in the end & even the table was dirty! Never again!!!

Staff really rude went in to go to the toilet. Worker asked if we were buying anything, which we weren’t. But she replied in a rude manner and refused to let us go to the toilet, which is very inconsiderate towards us and people who have bladder and bowel issues.

I ordered some food for my kids. 7 burgers in total and 4 fries.....only the fries came.phoned and ask why and a rude disrespectful person answered the phone and said its company's policy if mistakes are made to wait 10 days....what a waste of a big brand....should train staff better...shame on them...

Today I ordered egg McMuffin meal and double bacon and egg meal via drive through. When I got home I ended up with double sausage. Yuck! My egg McMuffin had paper inside the bun. What is wrong with this McDonald’s? On previous visits, I have had fries which have been stone cold and chewy. They tasted as though they had been standing for hours. The coffee is now very bitter as if they are using cheaper coffee beans. Give this one a miss…………

What the hell is wrong with this McDonalds franchise??? Pay peanuts & you get monkeys!!!! At least, monkeys can be trained well!!!!!!!! Every time I visited McDonalds at Bescot, or ordered takwaway from there, my orders have always been wrong!!!!! Eventhough I have have spoken to the instore shift management about my previous issues with the accuracy of my orders, each shift continues to f*** up my requests! I am sure Ronald McDonald himself would call this franchise a bunch of clowns!!!!!!! WHY CAN'T YOU HIT ORDER ACCURACY RATES WITH YOUR ORDERS?????? My issues with this store aren't just a one off, they have really quite consistant issues! At least, the Burger King 1.5 miles up the road know how to run a burger franchise!!!!!!! I won't be eating at McDonalds again, your customer service is just dreadful!!!!

I took my Autistic children to the drive thru for a treat and was told park up! 45 mins and 7 attempts to call the restaurant I went back round. The first window told me go the second window, second window handed me someone else’s order and when I explained it was the wrong order and at this point we ordered 55 mins ago I was told go the next window. Manager was useless, contact details for complaints were refused and told “go online” what happened to a consumers right to be informed??? Will never visit there again. Messages FB page and ignored. Customer service have not investigated my complaint or given a full response.

What is it with you people never ever putting sauces in the goddam uber eat bag when there supposed to come with the meal.

Three times been to the drive through to be told the app orders are not being accepted. I use the app because it clearly states exactly how I want my order, yet this isn't happening - when I order verbally they always get it wrong. If you're not accepting app orders, get off the McDonald's app listing so I know I'd need to use another store.

The food was delicious and also it was very hygienic but the service was pretty slow and the food was a bit unhealthy but what can you except its a fast food restaurant.

Big mac was cold and alisia personally made me a fresh hot one and even brought it to me...she's an asset to this company....very friendly too...need more like her

Coffee is good and very good value compared to Costa etc. Never had to wait long and plenty of parking although not sure if it's busy when it's not lock down as it's a shared car park. Staff nice and friendly.

Macdonald's staff are totally useless, including managers, they cannot think outside the box, and non of them seem to have any common sense Its no wonder they are ranked 300 out of 345 restaurants in Walsall.

This is joke I bought food from here when I got home few things missing I tryed to call them and they wouldn’t even answer their phone and when I got the food it was so cold I don’t know what to say it’s pure...

No matter what time of day you go morning/afternoon/night they always make you park up, even for small orders. 9/10 times they get the order wrong or miss something out completely.. SHOCKING SERVICE

Supposed to be open 24 hours.Second time this month I arrived at 10.20pm..closed.Total rubbish service and shall not bother again.Local chippie open till 11pm and to be honest better food all round.

As this is local we use it often, mainly for breakfast. Never had any issues. Always good service and quick!!
