Usually quiet and the food is always perfect

I just ordered 2 mcrib meals via drive thru. I got home and the mcribs had 3 small pieces of onion and 1 slice of gherkin. This is not how they are advertised on the photo. There is definitely more onion and gherkin. I rang the store and the crew member dis not understand, so I asked to speak to the manager. The manger lacked customer service skills. She said that the mcribs come with 3 pieces of onion and 1 gherkin and that's how they are told to dress them. She said if I want the food replacing, then I will have to take the food back to the store. The advertisement is misleading. Everyone knows that macdonalds are famous for propping up burgers and fill them well for photos, however 3 small pieces of onion and 1 slice of gherkin, is disgraceful. I also paid for one garlic mayo dip but there was no other dips to go with my nuggets.

Appalling service. Advertised as 24 hours, have attended at 12:45 on 2 occasions now after my shift and have been told that they cannot take any orders as the tills are being counted and I would have to wait for an unknown period of time. AVOID!! Falsely advertise that they are open 24/7 when they are clearly not and staff were very rude and unwilling to answer any concerns stating that its company policy. They said that if we wanted to order it had to be through Deliveroo which would charge a premium and delivery fee even though we were at the restaurant. Shocking to see such negligence from a well recognised brand. Avoid.

Many thanks to Ajay this Friday evening. What a pleasant, polite young man he is an asset to the branch. Ajay was on the window of the drive through tonight 25/10/24 , he made my visit a pleasure. MacDonalds are lucky to have you. Really appreciate your kindness as did my 3 year old granddaughter. Well done Ajay hope you go far.

Absolutely awful drive-through. The woman started taking my order them moved to the next person, only to come back to me. Then, when I drove to the first window to pay, she asked me if I had ordered anything. 2mins latter she found my order. No customer service, no smiles. No nothing. 20 mins parking. Not many parking spaces. About 3 wide disabled bays. Think I'll avoid this branch in future

Was told at midnight "We'll be taking orders in 10 minutes. Was told at 12.15, 10 minutes. At 12.35, you've guessed it, was told 10 minutes. None of the staff were polite on the drive through while saying no orders being taken and the guy the door signed through to us... Obviously we left this "24 hour" place with nothing but lies... It's not 24 hours

Car parking sign removed from door by staff. Told them over 20 .minutes ago and it's still not replaced. Crowds of college kids everywhere. If you didn't know about registering your vehicle inside you will be fined £60. No one who works here cares. Poor poor management with no respect for the customer.

I wish this mcdonald's did table service. All the other mcdonald's I've been to do table service apart from this one

I’d rate it as zero stars if there was an option. Ordered breakfast - waited 5 mins to be served of which I had to go round to tell them that I’m waiting to be served. Went back through the drive through, placed my order. I asked to speak to the manager Emma - who then told me the headphone were switched off that’s why I wasn’t served. I asked her how she would compensate to which she replied she wouldn’t - really bad customer service. Emma if you don’t like your job and you don’t like being there - quit and do something else. You don’t have to take it out on your customers. Do better.

Went there on 10th October in the morning in which it took over 7 minutes to press 2 buttons , 1 for a latte and 1 for a hot choc when asked how long does a drink take to pour the answer I got from a very rude manager or assistant manager who looks like he's just stepped out of nappies said 20 seconds to make but I've been busy to which my response was you can't of been that busy if you were messing around with your staff as I was watching along with a lady who was waiting to be served which again I had to get the attention of this rude person as she waited ages at the till. But he said I was raising my staffs moral and I said I respected that but when people are waiting and it's supposed to be fast food you took 7 minutes I said it wasn't good enough and he tried to defend and explain the wait but I said it wasn't good enough again to which hos response was well what do you want me to do. I said how rude are you and he said erm yeah so what do you want me to do now and he walked off and said I'm going I'm busy I said well you wasn't busy 10 minutes ago while I was waiting 7 minutes for 2 drinks which takes 20 to 30 seconds each, absolutely disgusting that people in higher positions have the authority to speak to customers like rubbish I'm a assistant manager and I would dare speak to my staff like that nevermind a customer, just utter bad management

Seriously screw up my order, and I had to wait for more than 45 minutes. Hence, I had a parking penalty. Should let customers know if it's their fault to validate the parking..

Absolutely the worst mcdonalds I have been in the world over and I am not exaggerating. I don't like to write reviews but this place I have to. DO NOT GO stay far away as you possibly can. This place should be embarrassed to bear the logo arrogant staff, dirty, useless with orders so many bad points. What mcdonalds has no napkins, receipts,straws I could go on.....Place is a shambles. NOT ONE GOOD THING TO SAY!

BEWARE OF CAR PARKING CHARGES!!! OCEAN PARKING OPERATE THE CAR PARK NOT MCDONALDS!!!!!!!!!! Just received a penalty for using the car park which I thought was McDonald's owned. Shame on you McDonald's for not pointing out car park charges. I wonder if McDonald's get a cut from all the fines that get paid to Oceanparking? Very naughty. Don't get caught out like I did.

The food is amazing , the staff are friendly, and inside is quite clean. One thing I don't understand is the ordering machine upstairs I thought you ordered downstairs and the bring your food upstairs no one is ordering upstairs just to go down to order and back upstairs to eat overall very nice place to get a meal ⭐⭐⭐

You park at this mcdonald's for more than 20 minutes, you get a parking fine of £100. Avoid as a protest to every one who gets unfairly fined.

Ordeat 16.27 got order at 17.11 my daughters happy meal was missing literally had to give her my food .food taken over 40 minutes to arrive again !!

Got the whole order wrong. Got every single drink but one wrong, fries were cold and stale, the complete wrong wrap. Everything with this order was complete shambles. For a multi-million pound company I expect better.

Everytime i think this time everything will come perfect but 👎🏻 This is the second time my hot chocolate was half spilt in the bag and because of that my cookie was 😠 ruined

Bit of a shame really. Fries were cold and then half our order wasn't there when we opened the bag. Fortunately we were eating in. When I returned to complain turns out ir had just been left on the side. All this of course meant already cold fries were even colder much like the mains. Also beware of parking here as it has been known that the people who operate the car park are a private company a little trigger happy with the parking fines. Mcdonalds does have a screen to input your reg for parking but it's on the far right of the counter and not obvious.

Half a refund was given to me when all the food was cold which I find is unacceptable. We pay good money to have hot food and for it to turn up cold is not good enough. I don’t know if the food had been sitting there for a while at McDonald’s or the delivery driver decided to drop off other orders before mine but I am not happy.

late arrival. my fish burger was missing and only gave me a bun with a tear of cheese slice. disgusting. called the store and they said we canot do anything about it. all food went into the bin! claimed my refund. disgusting food disgusting service never again!

brilliant service from the delivery guy .. and food was ok .. chips little cold but it's maccies them little potatoe strips never hold their heat ... burgers was tasty and always ask for extra sauces and onions so much more tasty.. and had sauce in my shake which is a bonus .. definitely makes the difference 😉 .. overall after a day I had maccies always comes to rescue

Always get orders wrong, staff seem to be pre - occupied with doing external orders than focusing on the the customer's order.

Second time ordering a Double Big Mac, second time receiving just the regular one with half the number of patties the double should have. Wondering how many people have had the same happen and not realised, clearly a common occurrence.

Terrible service, I took my son in after visiting somewhere, I ordered double Mac but got a normal Mac, so I told a worker and she took it off me and I saw em just put on a few patties by hand and brought back Luke warm. Also not realising you have to pay to park maccers i just took my son straight in for food, and then we came home. A £60 fine has come in the post after 33mins spent on the car park. Absolutely disgusting, what other McDonald’s carpark you pay at?? Personally I would AVIOD this place like the plaque, I know I will 🤬 I wouldn’t give it any stars however had to give one star so to write the review. I wish I read some of these comments before hand so to avoid these scammers

Chicken Sharebox Was missing from meal

Unlike most McDonald's around this area this store was appalling .. dirty, trash on tables and floors, no condiments, no access to toilets, no receipt from order point, wrong drink served with meal and both Smokehouse BBQ Burger and Big Mac were cold. An awful experience .. recommend anyone reading this goes elsewhere.

I'm regular customer of this McDonald's. Today,19th of july 24 I've seen a terrible situation this is not good. One just eat driver wait for food minimum 1hr according to his speech nobody making food. After that one female fatty girl(staff) she misbehaved with the driver. The driver really felt shy that time. I think this is not fair. If she not making food she should say cancel the order for the Starting. After 1hr later she said to him cancel order. This is not good manner. As a customer i need to discharge this girl. If my text see manager please take action with this girl. Thanks

Horrible experience here . I think this is the worst mc donald in this country with one of the worst management. i m a local citizens here i am witnessing their downfall. We have been waiting here for deliveries half an hour no one is resoponding properly . They saw us couple of time but ignored all time . i am telling authorities to check cctv footage for today . they are even fighting with each other in the kitchen after that they stop producing orders which happened at approximately 8 o clock.

Genuinely the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The service was so slow it was as if the food was cooked to order but when it eventually arrived it was so cold I assume it was scraped off the floor. I'd rather drive to another town than go to this McDonald's again. Avoid!
