The food was cold Nd tasted like rubber and chips was tough

You got my order wrong. You brought me 2 drinks & two McFlurry. No nuggets or chicken burger.

No idea why but when the food arrived iy was very cold had to heat it up myself not very good service

Terrible service, paid for egg muffin and 2x milkshakes via drive thru only to be told there was no milkshake at the second window (0700) only to be told to reverse back to first window for a refund. Didn't check egg muffin at the window, I drove away only to realise the muffin and egg was completed burnt and took back. The shift manager (young kid mid 20s) Didn't seem to care as I asked him if he would eat that' his response 'I don't eat egg' i couldn't care less. The shift manager is very rude

I ordered 1 big mac 1 mc chicken sandwich 2 double cheeseburgers 1×3 chicken selects 2 small fries 2 medium fries 1 smokey bbq dip 2 bbq dips 2 curry sauce and haven't received 2 double cheese burgers or 2 small fries. it's now beyond a joke my order is never complete/right from this store. not happy with service yet again.

Hello my order was late my food is cold

The delivery driver made me very uncomfortable he asked me if i was home alone

delivery was perfect food on other hand not good missing items and no burgars on my big mac just sauce and lettice

buns are too small, the buns are toasted too hard and the fish is stale

I can’t be paying this amount of money on food every time and there will still be mistakes, my food poured inside the bag and there was no straws with my milkshakes and lastly there was no dips

A convenient place to pop in for food at reasonable price.

Drivers are blind like a bat and lazy

First of all, Callum thinks a bit highly of himself doesn't he?? You're not ENTITLED to a "hot drink at night" dude! As for parking fines, the car park has several signs which say you can park for 20 minutes and if you go inside there's a tablet you can enter your car reg on for an hour's free parking! Anyway, note that I'm a Maccies employee (not a crew member) so I get a heavy discount on my meals. That said, after my first ever visit to this store, I won't return. Even with my employee discount I have to pay extra for large drinks. I ordered my breakfast meal via the app, collected at the drive thru, parked up, opened my large hot drink to see it was clearly not a large. Went inside to have it exchanged, barely a word from the manager who served me and no mandatory apology for the error, and I saw her attempt my new drink twice before what I thought was getting it right. Back at the car, there was far too much spray cream on top so the toffee sauce had stuck to the lid and the cream was hanging off it. After stirring it in (my preference...) the drink was still not the required 400ml, I guess hidden with the extra spray cream not expecting me to stir it in! Clearly their machine is faulty as it's supposed to pour the exact amount. I didn't pay as much as regular customers but I do still expect to get what I paid for. Hash browns were too greasy and my McMuffin looked like a chimp had put it together. And it wasn't even busy. But then if managers can't be bothered to provide a good service, you can't expect the crew members to.

2 weeks in a row I have ordered no egg on my food and twice it has been sent with egg

Yet again, I've arrived at a Mcdonalds drive thru to be told that orders are not being taken due to system updates. This is a 24/7 advertised Mcdonalds!!! I'm a key worker and need to be able to purchase a warm drink at night. I went to this drive thru just after 01:00hrs this morning. It's Saturday night into Sunday morning. Apart from misleadingly advertising to be a 24/7 Mcdonalds, it's also at a time when people are on a night out, which doesn't make business sense from a financial point of view. A 24hr Mcdonalds is a 24hr McDonald's. I will be taking this up with the Mcdonalds CEO on this occasion. Should I not get the answer and resolution that I'm seeking, I will be reaching out to my MP & regulators.

DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH OF MC DONALDS I GOT A 60£ parking fine . My wife has a physical disabilities and mental issues, we visited Mc Donald at wiseman at Walsall,It takes my wife 5 min to get out of the car ,then the 10 min for toilet 5 min for food then we ate on the car park another 10 min This isn’t fair as she get the same time as a a fit healthy person, this appears discriminating to disabled persons. No apparent signage in side for additional time and very unclear sign in car park very small signs not sure if was mc don or the other restaurant just confusing SHAME ON YOU ROLAND MCDONALD

the delivery guy was very sweet and bless him was soaked and he even kept the food extra dry and warm by putting his coat over it .. the meal itself was lovely and so good to still get the shamrock shake so yummy

Not 24 hours. I was in town early, and went there at 6am to get some breakfast whilst I waited for my train. Saw people sat inside eating, but the door was locked and I was silently shooed away by staff inside. I instead waited 30 minutes for the nearby Greggs to open. Please do not advertise yourself as being open 24 hours.

Food was delivered in a timely manner, however I did not receive 3 of my items and the food that was delivered was cold. I called the store and asked if they can send my fries and they weren’t very helpful and said they didn’t have a driver.

Has to place the order a second time as the 1st one was cancelled after 45 min wait. When food arrived it wasn't warm let alone hot, and the drink wasn't cold.

Absolutely useless. Waited ages for our order, everything cold when it arrived. NO FRIES OR SAUCES!! No straws. Who’s checking these orders before they go out?? Blind monkeys by the looks of things. So disappointed.

My order didn’t arrive at my address. The courier has dropped my food to another address and someone else has accepted it. Absolutely disgusted with the service and will be getting a refund!!

I had no chips what so ever with my order. when checking with delivery driver all u get is what do u want me to do about it. its simple deliver the food I ordered and then there's no problem. just ordered 4 meals and no chips for any of them

Went through drive through, the chap started off with "what do you want" no welcome to McDonald's or hello can I take your order! After giving my order, come to next window, didn't say the amount, no please and thank you. So rude. I drove to next window and advised the manager about the service.. Just when you think it can't get any worse, she was miserable, grumpy, and very rude aswell. Definitely not rated for service at all! Avoid, if rather spend my money with Wimpy's😂
