Had food from here befor and it was lively ,but just lately the standard of food as dropped but prices have increased, on arrival the food was dry and over cooked and it was cold ,I would not go back to kfc again

I like the takeaway But Sadly 😥 it has closed

Staff are hopelessly slow. They see you standing and waiting to order but they walk around like mindless zombies. Shows how inattentive the management is.

Dirty shop. Long wait times for a simple snack. Extremely Small Portions. Shoddy Packaging, gravy spilt everywhere. Half the sides are never available. Pay extra for sauces, and never receive them. Staff are Rude. Worst KFC Branch in the UK. Recent update; Accidentally ordered from here on Uber. Half my bucket is missing, no wings, no popcorn chicken, and no Pepsi max bottle. More...

Loved their foods and customer services. It is located inside an ASDA.

Very crampt hardly any space to sit in should remove the 3 tables and have it as a take away as pointless having tables as peeps just use them to sit and drink beer on security do nothing either ain't worth using

Jesus I see many people complaining. That's because they are useless. I don't think half of them can read. Missing items wouldn't mind but £40+ want everything. All kfc the same I think. And what's that on the chips now. HORRIBLE

took just under an hour for 4 pieces and fries, watch all the other orders mess up, not working as a team, got confused, and messed up, only went there as other one was closed won't be going again

Very slow service,specially I found they don't bother food delivery driver to give quick service,I went to shop at around 3:00pm found one person were working alone,there was only three order I had been waiting for about 20 minutes ,very disappointed for service ,,,,

I ordered 2 of the double dinner deal,there supposed to be 8 hot wings with the order,I checked after I went home(that's my mistake),there was no hot wings, explained it to management, they were claiming that I am lying, obviously not going back there anymore.

Ordered a 20 wing bucket, when i got home they had given me 5 chicken pieces instead.

Two orders on the screen and it still takes over 20 mins to get fries, few chicken dippers and a drink. Is this a french restaurant or what? Worst KFC ever.

Incomplete order 12 piece boneless got 7 ordered gravy got beans, greasy, 4 chips was like 2 portions and cold, chicken was burnt still awaiting reply from KFC Squad!! Need to add to this review kfc have never replied to my complaint no apology! I also went into the kfc and the manager didn't care less how he is manager is beyond me manners cost nothing but he had none .

The only thing that deserves the one star was the corn on the cob , the chicken was disgusting , it tasted like it was cooked in old oil no taste of the usually seasonings, chips were cold and gravy was half a tub. I'm sorry but for the price they charge the food should be of some satisfactory standard .

FALSE ADVERTISER. I was looking for a simple meal having not used KFC much. I saw on the over head main display a chicken fillet meal was £6.49. I went to use the order screen and it said £6.99. What else are they not getting right? Simple mistake or poor management? I approached the staff tills. Omar tried to explain could do nothing. By law if something is shown as £6.49 it should be sold as £6.49. They did not want to know. I do not post negative often but this is not great.

The place is always a mess, food is OK sometimes, most of the time it tastes a week old. I stopped going here.

***Halal KFC** they only serve items which are halal. The taste is amazing specially the Chicken Wings

I bought 2 tower meals wrap and 2 kids meals, got it home to see the chicken was burnt so I took it back as I wasn’t going to eat burnt chicken wouldn’t eat from that place again, very rude staff

The chicken breasts are not well cooked and raw and to be honest I like KFC better in Wolverhampton there everything is fresh and well cooked. 2023: The service in KFC is not very nice

Food was dry and cold in places - the wrap was crunchy. There was little to no customer service, just glares from them - if you don’t enjoy your job, why you here. There was one lad tho who was lovely, gave us our food and drinks and was quick on his feet. No knifes, just forks. Wouldn’t suggest going here.

Disgusting food this doesn’t seem like a legit KFC. Or just the manager is just incompetent. The burgers was burned and the chips inedible also oily too. 1 star is a star too much. Awful!!!!!!

I had some bad KFC before but this one is the worst by far! Do not go here. The chicken is fried in old gungy dark oil and every type of chicken is hard, burnt or inedible due to char.

Chicken popcorn felt frozen and those packet ones from a low quality supplier. Chips were soggy and flavourless. Wrap was cold and not fresh vegetables. Only thing good was the drink.

I ordered takeaway and they gave us cold fooooooood!!!! And was missing popcorn chicken, in that trilogy box meal wasn’t happy I did mention to ubar eats but nothing. Is given back

Slow service food was dry .chicken is about 2mm thin with dark oily coating covering it making ot look bigger than it is . Lot of the staff couldn't care less. I've had KFC all around the world and this by far is worse than 3rd world countries. Keep up the bad work .

Ordered on Saturday evening. Took over an hour and a half for food to be delivered. Food was stone cold and had to be reheated in air frie, drinks were warm so obviously been sat waiting to be delivered. salad was barely edible, limp lettuce. Will never order from here again.

Ordered 2 rice buckets. Found plant dried branch/stick in the salad portion. Very bad. Have taken picture but can not find way to share here.

What lovely staff they are. Went in on 16th Aug the lady serving me was so helpful trying to help me find the best deal possible to feed my party. They didn't just want my money but showed me they are very caring and put their customers needs paramount. Thank you so much 💓

The chicken is dark and overcooked hence they don't make oil changes and they're not following the correct protocol which KFC has laid out which usually reduces any errors and retains their standards. its not the first time its happened! I'm not too sure who manages this place but it doesn't seem like they're too bothered about their service/quality. My theory is that ASDA recruit these KFC workers internally so they don't seem too worried about how the 'kfc' is represented.

Chicken looked overdone and oily as were the fries ! Didn’t have to wait too long but felt like I was eating at a generic inner city chicken shop , not the colonels finest!

I never leave reviews like this but honestly this experience was horrendous. Chicken pieces for some reason are smaller than the wings, everything tastes burnt, staff are so rude and honestly couldn't care less. The worst KFC branch in the west midlands for sure, honestly this place is shocking.

Worst KFC I've ever ordered from. Burnt chicken and tasted horrible. Fries seemed old and everything smelled like burnt oil. Absolutely disgusting. Had to throw the food away and Uber Eats were happy to issue a refund.

I ate here in store a while ago , it was amazing no complaints. Since then I’ve ordered from here twice via Uber eats. For some reason both times the chicken has been dark dark brown ?! And tastes off as if it’s burnt literally killing all the flavour. Disappointed wouldn’t recommend :(

Absolutely filthy place, food is OK, but can't ever find a clean spot to sit or eat. Have to wipe your own table, otherwise You sitting by a table with bones and crumbs on.

My partner ordered from here a few weeks ago, i forgot to write the review till now, i do like kfc the staff here are friendly but the need to pay attention to the notes on the delivery orders, as my partner wanted a zinger tower with no lettuce but still recieved the lettuce on the burger, and she did not eat the burger cause of it as she doesn't lime any form of lettuce, and she requested a thigh peice yes i know there are only 4 peices in 18 peices of chicken, but there was no apology on the reciept but it felt like it was rushed and not checked for notes. But as i said the majority of the staff are friendly and approachable, but i won't order from here again.

I visited this store with my children, the staff were friendly and approachable. They interacted with my children and helped us find a seat that was suitable for us. Staff member ( Molly, I think) prepared my daughters burger to meet her dietary requirements.

order zinger tower meal and the fillet was the size of mini fillet. Spoke to staff who prepared new burger which was great. professional and helpful staff.

I tried placing order via online but couldn't get past payment section. By looking at the previous reviews looks like a very unorganised operation. For a new startup you guys need to be giving a good impression

Broken machines and staff spit in my food!

It's got to be the worst experience of KFC. Order a 10 piece variety bucket got home to find 5 pieces chicken and 6 hot wings. When I returned the KFC my order was replaced great but no apology from the member of staff who served my . This is the second time I've had problems at KFC Walsall will not use this store again...

Do not order from here. Awful customer service. Wrong order was sent to me via uber, which was sent back, drove to pick up the order and complain however was told that nothing can't be done. I can't get the food which was already ordered and have to get refund from Uber. I can't order again via uber because an item which I want is not available for collection, earliest collection time was an hour later. In the end had to walk away without food. Won't be ordering again from here.

I don’t normally write but I have to for those who read views before eating. I mean it when I say avoid here at all costs. Not getting money worth at all. I got a krushem today with no lid and some chicken that tastes 3 days old. Better off going different KFC

Nothing seems to work . Slow staff no vegan options .... 2nd time here now ... do you actually train your staff to work in slow motion? 6 staff all dragging them selfs... tiny portion Missed out some items .... are they all stoned or what

I dont think i’ve ever waited this long for “fast food”… they clearly need more experienced staff or more staff. Pretty poor from a chain!

Never been to a kfc like it staff are slow and its like they dont know what they are doing make sure all your foods there I had 3 items missing and the family in front of me had half of there order missing I will never use it again

Awful, waiting 18 minutes for 2 meals with 7 staff on shift and not in a picktime. The size of fries is ridiculous, just a few, and was about 50-60 grams. I will newer return here. Hopefully this helps.
