Subway in Walsall

An absolute joke of a place, you wait round ages looking like a spare part before someone serves you. Plus when you ask for a foot long cookie they say oh we haven't got non ready. Takes hours to defrost, we'll get this, I popped back in two more times in the same day, hours apart and still there weren't any done, still defrosting. Get lost they take over 6 hours to defrost do they, same bloke was talking out of his anus.

Subway has high standards, so food is lovely. Salad is a good indicator and is always fresh and crispy so that tells you alot

Why am I paying twice for the cheese?

Food was cold once again,hash browns and lattice fries where under cooked and cold! Never again

phoned to say they had run out of meatballs which i swapped to ham and was told id get the rest of the stuff like the peppers cheese pepperoni and crispy onions but when it arrived all i got was the ham plus wasn't toasted like asked for either and the other stuff was cold

Didn't even get my order. Arrived to collect it as it said it was ready on the app and they stated they were about to call me as they have no bread?! so now the money has gone out of my account but received now order for it!

This Subway needs a Manager, if it does have a manager they need replacing. Each time I’ve been to use this subway I end up giving up and going to the Greggs instead. Service is a joke, staff are all busy chatting and are never ready to serve. There wasn’t even any bread in the rack today. The one time I did manage to get served, the order was wrong and we ended up buying drinks we hadn’t asked for because the server couldn’t sort the till out.

Never had a problem with Subway (Bentley) alway's fresh.

freezing cold fries didn't get the drink I ordered with my meal deal definitely wouldn't order again

Half the Order is missing, didn’t chose cheese and onion I chose monster munch! Haven’t received the Oreo muffin either and non of the sauces Very angry with this order!!!!

Was freezing cold, I doubt whether it was ever warm as the cheese hadn’t melted also wrong cookies and one missing cookie.

everyone is saying its bad here and it's not yes they give a wrong drink and delivery is late and yes Christmas and they might be busy thanks I was very thankful 😊

I ordered coke zero received full sugar as a diabetic I could not drink it

Horrendous, I only ordered a meal deal and the sandwich was wrong, on stale bread, cookie was wrong and drink was wrong. They only got my quavers right! It’s really not that hard

I ordered a footlong melt, unmelted cold mozzarella is not nice. I doubt it had seen any heat at all.

Sauce on the bmt when I asked for it not to be and the waffles was soggy/hard

Aaron and Sandra were very kind, happy and most of all happy to help. Saved me money on my order by letting me know about a meal deal combo I wasn’t aware of. Sandra made my sandwich with a smile also. Much appreciated

I have already complained about this no reply. This was the worst food I have ever ordered. Bread wrong on both, 3 veg missing, neither toasted, no cheese, one pop missing, one crisps missing. Two crushed cookies. Please reply…£26 pound for this!

Delivery was fantastic but half of my order was missing tried to contact the store but nobody would answer me 8 times I have called and nobody picks up it just rings out.

Ordered through uber eats. The order was completey wrong. Can't contact them. Piss poor service

Delivery didn’t turn up and driver was rude and didn’t end up delivering as he went to wrong place. So we ended up with no food

Part of the order was wrong, and further to this the amount of sauce that was applied to the items was absolutely ridiculous, after making a compliant, just eat were no help at all. Won't be ordering again, service was rubbish!!

Tuna subway had wrong bread and grated cheese instead of American cheese plus no extra American cheese. The meatball subway had grated cheese instead of American cheese and no sweetcorn.

Ask for no peppers and for Italian herbs and cheese toasted It came with standard bread not toasted with peppers on

Food came with a freezing cold drink sitting ontop of the hot sandwich? Delivery driver was ask to call on arrival but instead chose to call buzzer and wake people up working nights. Not great I'll be honest guys

Made a mistake on order and they wouldn’t answer their phone so I could cancel, what is the point of having a phone if you aren’t going to answer customers !

was OK but one sandwich should had tuna but had turkey plus had a missing coke

food was on time but not what i ordered received a 6inch instead of a foot long, ordered two 1.5ltr bottles of pop only one sent, ordered two lots of 12 cheesey bites didnt get any. That anoyed i drove there to be told they tried to cancel the order but didnt know how to, cheesey bites were out of stock but they didnt know how to update system and offered 6 pigs in blankets and nachos instead and gave missing pop bottle. Terrible

Both subs and one salad was missing the cheese, the hash Brown's were cold! And they completely forgot the cheese bites, and the one salad had no Crispy onions and included Cucumber which wasn't requested!

Wasn't even toasted, wasn't even cut in half... Subway normally put the sauce in a pot which they have always done when i have ordered, but they decided to put it on the sandwich which mixed up with Marinara sauce and was disgusting. Not ordering again. Waste of 20 quid.

Don't like chicken tikka and they sent chicken tikka as they didn't have any chicken.

The food came slightly cold which was ok but my foot long sandwich was not cut in half overall pretty good would order again but I would have liked for the sandwich to have already been cut but not a huge issue

Had the philly steak cheese footlong. It sounds a lot better than it tastes. Never had steak like that before. Not sure what I was expecting but small square shaped pieces of what tasted and resembled doner meat is what it was. Very bland tasting, not sure if one of the sauces or ingredients was missing but it just tasted very bland and incomplete. Requested one of the sandwiches to be toasted, it was not, picked a side and chose a dip which they forgot. The only decent thing on this meal was the bottle of tango. Would never order again. £30 for 2 sandwiches. Complete waste of money.

I ordered cheesy bites and had chicken sent, the pizza slice had no cheese on, sandwiches should have been toasted and wasn’t, one sandwich had tomatoes on which wasn’t requested not happy with this order at all, it’s not what was ordered!

This order was marked delivered and was not even delivered to me . The driver was in his car across the road then marked it as delivered. I had a feeling he was going to mark it as delivered and take the food too so I screen shot a picture of the map

I go there to order 3 subs and 1/3 where done properly the other 2 had ingredients that I didn’t want also the workers do not even speak English very well so it keeps everybody waiting it really annoying and the packaging was bad half the thing in the sub when I open it fell out and when I tried using a gift card it didn’t work (I’ve tried using gift card multiple times now there)

Asking £1 extra if you need cheese in your sub…? The lad behind the counter told me that because it’s a privately own subway we charged £1 for cheese. If you going there you have to have cheese less sub or ready to pay £1 extra for cheese. What a joke ! It seems like they are stealing money from customers. Save your self and go somewhere else for sub where honest people are working.

I have no issue with the food itself, spot on as always. But can subway please stop advertising caramel muffins?! That last FOUR times I’ve ordered one I’ve ended up with Oreo instead, so just take it off the menu if you’ve never got them!

Wrong cheese as asked for grated and got sliced. No dip in the wedges and wedges given instead of hash browns. Absolute joke.

There really isn't an atmosphere here to rate in real terms as it's inside a petrol station shop, but the staff seemed more interested in talking to one another than serving the customers. The service as a result was painfully slow, I've rarely seen service as slow at any other Subway location and this was a relatively busy lunchtime period. The food itself when it did arrive was to Subway's usual standards. Nothing to complain about here, but it's never going to knock your socks off either.

the sub was freezing cold. i only live 200 yards from the place but have covid so can't collect . shall not order again
