KFC in Walsall

DO NOT ORDER FROM HER THEY SCAM TOU BY TAKING MONEY FRO DRINKS AND DONT DELIVER!!!! Ordered a meal included 2 drinks at £1.99 each and only got only nice little profit as they only offered me a code for when I’ll go there which I never will as it’s out way for me,manager was a disgrace along with the lady before him nothing in their system to say we can add it to Uber app on my account

Drive thru I had to wait 15-20 mins for 6 hot wings very slow service. U need service a lot faster. I think they really forgot I had to call up to say I’m still waiting in carpark

I ordered a Boneless Banquet and 4 hot wings thinking me and my son could share it. First of all KFC should not be calling that a Banquet. A child could eat it. It comes in a huge box and the food inside was lost. I actually had to go back in to ask if it was correct. If you look online and compare it to what you actually get, it's very misleading. Secondly, when I went in to complain that my hot wings weren't in there I was told I wasn't charged for it. So they just left out that part of the order. Not even an apology. So I just let my son have it. £9.99 for 3 strips, popcorn chicken, chips, a side (beans) and a drink. Should be renamed Kids meal. What a complete rip off. You won't see me again.

Chicken was cold and only took approx 30 mins from order to delivery. Horrible fries covered with seasoning ? It tasted like pepper why ?? Why carnt you just have plain fries ?? Won’t be ordering or visiting KFC anytime soon

Awful. Very dirty inside. The toilets were Revoluting & saw rats outside by the overflowing bins. Would not go back.

absolutely disgraceful service ordered then driver delivered elsewhere so someone has our meal and now cant contact you because you dont answer the phone

Ordered two meals through the app. Drove through the drive through and they couldn’t find the order. It was finally found and was told my order had gone through to the front desk and I would have to park up and go in to collect it myself. Walked in and my order is already sat there on the counter and there are two staff members chatting at the drive through window. It wasn’t a big deal for me to go in and pick up the food myself but they could have just picked it up and passed it over to me through the window. Why inconvenience the customer when common sense would have solved the problem in 5 seconds?

I am totally disgusted by the state of the toilets in KFC Wednesbury! I heard rumours that it was dirty but wasn’t sure if they were true or not! Went to the toilets and this is an utter disgrace! Needs shutting down

Very disappointed with the service.tasteless bucket Chicken pieces was over cooked Asked for few legs was told it’s Upon availability!! I was ok Came home checked had 2 wings 2 breast 4 ribs and 1 leg !!!! Called the store spoke to Courtney and pepper managers very very rude and no passion in giving great food. rubbish customer service . Will ever be going back

Not great customer service. Cold food and chips over cooked. Fillet burger contained no fillings. Disappointed, will not be going back for a long while.

Went in to grab a burger meal, nothing special, decided to add a side and another piece of chicken for an extra £1:50, this turned out to be a trial….. said I’ll have a gravy, they said they haven’t got any, which is one of the only reasons I go, but decided just to get the burger meal, they served me with the worst chips I’ve ever had, then to add insult to injury I went to get some salt. They didn’t have any of that either 😳. This place needs a real good over haul, don’t think I’ve ever been there and came out happy, it’s a divorce for me and kfc from now on. Absolutely crap!!!!!!!.

Chicken was ok but the chips were inedible. Absolutely shocking. All staff had masks on but hardly any of the customers did, and it was before the 19th. I didn’t hear anyone being asked to put a mask on. Definitely won’t be returning.

This place is absolutely useless. Ordered up food today and waited 30 minutes. Then went down to see them and they had no clue what they were doing. It arrive another 10 minutes later cold and the wrong order. NEVER going there again

I order three meals from kfc asking for items to be removed this wasn’t done and when I tried to rectify it they told me all I call do was call an over priced number and bad luck basically, there was no sauce, salt, wipes the burgers just thrown in, complete disgrace tbf, avoid if possible as you will be disappointed........

Chicken was Hot & Freshly cooked!! Staff very polite.... Atmosphere very welcoming !!! Orders were processed very quickly.....

Visit here bout twice in 6 weeks the place isn’t organised at all. Floor is dirty with food everywhere, tables are left with being cleaned down. Never got any trays to take food to tables the food is just given out in bags. Chicken and especially the fries aren’t hot just warm which isn’t acceptable!!!Most of the people that work there are pleasant but others just seem like they don’t want to be there. On another note, we ordered through Just Eat, and had it delivered, they hadn’t put a bucket of chicken in and got the pop order wrong too. When we phoned to ask it to be delivered (which we had paid delivery charge with in the price) we was told they could deliver the missing bucket, and to phone just eat!Customers must be put first as we keep these people in a job, we were sneered at and MADE FUN AT over the phone, we where told to come and collect it after we had paid delivery in the first place.....COME ON KFC SURELY IT WOULDNT HAVE HURT YOU TO PUT YOUR HANDS UP AND ADMIT TO YOUR MISTAKE, BUT NO WE HAD THE TROUBLE OF PHONING JUST EAT TO GET A REFUND OFF THE MEAL, which was delivered cold, French fries had no taste at all and was like chewing cardboard. Where are the Supervisors in this place? there must be none, no social skills at all!!!!WONT BE USING AGAIN!!

My mates wouldn't Help me pick an insagram picture so I asked a worker and she chose it for me! So happy! Thank youuu! 😘

We were disgusted by the fact after going thru drive thru sitting on car park trying to enjoy food when we looked out of Windows there were rats round the bins totally unacceptable
