I knew I was making a mistake when I walked in the fish bar. Was so quiet not even a hello or welcome. Took them 15 minuits to give me 2 donner kebabs and a fish cake, battered sausage and curry sauce. Guy was coughing whilst doing my kebab and didn’t cover his mouth. Food was nasty tasted like it had been sat there all day. Will never go here again Realised they had a food hygiene rating of 3 when I walked out. Place just needs to close all together when serving food like that

One of the worst chip shops I've ever had. My lunch time chips was definitely cooked yesterday. They won't see my money again.

Ordered on Foodhub to be delivered, order was confirmed, 10 minutes later email received order cancelled. Called you and your employee advised no delivery they have no driver. Ordered again for me to collect. The food was disgusting. Chips couldn’t be cut rubbery. Would definitely stay clear of this establishment

The worst chips I’ve ever had, stone cold and dry like they was leftovers from lunch time, they went straight in the bin. Will stick to my usual chippy Sea king by Asda from now on.

If i could give -0 I would! 10/6/23 I called in. I was absolutely famished after swimming. Worst chicken and chips EVER! Chicken was dry and tasteless as were the chips - Clearly both from the day before. (£4.60)!! Little wonder the shop is empty on Friday and Saturday nights when I have driven past. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH - THIS SHOP SHOULDN'T BE OPEN AND PROBABLY WON'T BE FOR MUCH LONGER. Drive a bit further up the Queslett/Newton Rd and go to Sea Fresh in Hamsteas which is fabulous!

Absolutely disgusting!!!! Ordered donner meat and chips x 2. The chips were uneditable. I wouldn’t give them to a dog! Stale, re-fried and cold!! Meat was freezing, dry and hard!

Me and my partner have had mixed meat & chips from here a few times I never find the chips to be the best but the kebab meat is always nice no complaints there I do think improvements could be made.

Stale refried chips, weird smell. Threw them straight in the bin. Will never return here again. Absolutely disgusting.
