Gone down hill poor service low quality meat rude staff kitchen staff washing the feet in the sinks same place were the dishes are washed and were the meat is washed if you don't food poisoning stay well away

I stay at this hotel quiet a lot as this is the hotel my company books, I now use this as a room only I get meals paid for by my company but to many conflicts, asking to swap chips for salad the evening manager lieing saying they have no salad to look over and see salad being brought out, your best option staying at this hotel is to eat else where

Don't know what happened to this place. They were open for a few weeks then always been closed...

Never opened fake shop been there for years 😡

Wouldn't serve me food until I handed in my debit card as security deposit 🤣 what a joke. The food was overpriced and disgusting. The chips weren't cooked through, I had to return my meal. Tried to get special of the day but was asked to download the app, subscribe and get a QR code, too much hassle!. Understaffed and had to find a menu myself and also find condiments myself, left without eating and will never return, awful.
