We were staying in the nearby Grove Guest House and this was the nearest pub which served food. I'm so glad we went. All the food is home made and the vegetable curry was one of the best I've ever had. On top of all that the prices were so low! And that's not something I say very often.

We are really excited to find a fantastic Thai takeaway in Telford! We enjoyed spicy Thai fishcakes, chicken Pad Thai and a deliciously warming Massaman curry with Jasmine rice. Generous portions, super tasty and really lovely owners. We will be back! A tip, we ordered online via JustEat but opted to collect it ourselves. JustEat gives the restaurant about 15 minutes to cook your meal, which if its one of multiple orders, or a large order, is pretty unrealistic and unfair on the takeaway when everything is cooked from fresh. We didn’t mind waiting, and appreciated the owner’s frankness and honesty, who advised its much better to call and place an order as they can then give a realistic time of delivery/collection.

Warm welcome and friendly staff. When at table, the tablecloth was stained. Chair covers in need of a wash. We had pre ordered sandwich fillings, drinks and cakes. Not much choice for soft drinks (just 3). Tea and drinks came out but even though we had pre ordered, there was a very long wait for the food. When the food finally arrived the platters were doubled up and not individually served like other tables. Sandwiches were fresh and tasty but we had ordered all on brown bread. We received brown and white bread. Scones were nice but jam seemed a cheap brand. Mini desserts were mediocre. Wasn’t told what cheesecake of the day was. Had to ask after we had it. Victoria sponge was an oblong shape cut in half to make two pieces and buttercream too buttery. Lemon drizzle lacked lemon flavour but the chocolate fudge was delicious, sponge was fluffy.

Food undercooked give it a 4/10! won’t accept card unless 15£ over, woman who works there at front counter won’t help you at all !!! it’s almost an inconvenience if you ask her for help you should see her facial expression she has a very toxic attitude toward customer and thinks it’s acceptable to speak to them like this … if you was starving and had no money I can bet my life that she wouldn’t help you unless it benefitted her in some way treat your customers better

My friends ordered coffee which they enjoyed. I ordered tea . I don’t think I have ever had such a bad cup of tea. Handed a cardboard cup with a teabag in it and no matter how I stirred it, it resembled dishwater. I can’t say it tasted like dishwater because I’ve never tasted dishwater. But it was absolutely vile. If you like a nice cup of tea give Starbucks a miss
