A lovely place to wait for a train with service that brightens my morning

Always a good welcome and a great choice of drinks including very well kept real ales. Couldn’t be handier for the Station as it’s basically part of the building.

Everyone likes brunchies, they have standards when it comes to food, not always top notch hence the missing star, but mostly, which is good enough! Staff is exteremely nice, easy to talk to and they will pretty much cook anything you want regardless of the menu, just ask!

When I asked that I didn’t want meat on the nachos, the woman who was serving me gave me the most horrible look and acted like it was the most difficult thing in the whole world to do. If I were vegetarian I would not be coming here. After that she was rude, inconsiderate and again reminded me at the till how hard it was for her to take £2 off. All because I didn’t want some meat. At the end I paid and ate so it really wasn’t that difficult. Overall rude and the service was terrible. I will not be returning.

Bad quality! The Parathas and majority of food served (apart from toast) is FROZEN. The Aloo Paratha tasted like rubber with barely any aloo. The mint sauce was awful. The Pink Tea was watery and did not taste like real Pink Tea. The only good thing about the cafe is that they have a seating area. Truly disappointed! Not recommended.

Disgusting attitude from staff and drivers. Dishes are bland and dry

This pub on the Staffordshire University campus has a cool, student vibe. The atmosphere is great, mostly filled with young people and students. They’ve got some decent food and snacks to go with your drinks, plus fun stuff like a pool table. The staff are super friendly and nice. Overall, it’s a solid spot to hang out. Definitely recommend!

A nice venue with a good chef and Roberto efficiently running everything front of house. Why wouldn’t you want to spend a pleasant evening here.
