Never really enjoyed esting the foods and of course like any other stations the price is a bit extortionate, but i come here often for snacks or drinks and always love it when Holly is serving!

It is a great calm place to sit while waiting for the train. I always look forward to get in here and spend some time before my train.

Popped into The Coffee Room whilst having a half hour wait for my connecting train. Served by a lady whose name was Holly. Polite, enthusiastic, bubbly, just to name a few of her outstanding qualities that I encountered whilst being served. Holly is an absolute credit to your company and should be commended for her dedication and drive!

Lovely little coffee shop at Stoke on Trent station, the staff are super friendly and happy to help. Good range of sandwiches, drinks and snacks. Little bit overpriced but this is expected when at a train station

The cashiers really greeted you with a smile and lovely greeting. Put a smile on my face to get served here and my hot chocolate was really yummy!

This coffee shop is situated by the train station and yet despite the gloominess of the station (it was the early hours of the morning) the shop made me feel comfortable and had a cosy and warm atmosphere. I was served by Holly, who was very welcoming and helpful and made the shop feel a lot brighter with her perfect attitude and lovely smile. Thank you!

VIBE OVER EVERYTHING I live in stoke but never been to the station coffee room before. When, I stepped in, it feels that cozy vibe you needed in winters. I ordered latte which tastes good. I felt meal deal was little overpriced but coffee was okay according to the price. Frankly, If you’re waiting for train and want to grab a coffee, that’s the place.

I was served by Paul. I had a delay on my train so he warmed a pain au chocolate for me as i had the time. He's honestly an asset to the store and I was grateful to him for time in looking after me today. Thanks Paul....you're a star!

i was waiting for a delayed train and was very sad to see no pain au chocolates left, Paul assured me he had put some in the oven and they would be ready before the train left, when i came back to get one he had it waiting, an absolute star, thanks so much Paul. the pain au chocolate was delicious too!

Paul was so accommodating, kind and considerate! Freshly baked some pain au chocolats for us and put them aside to ensure we had a fresh baked delight!

Came in this morning for a coffee before my train. The coffee was a reasonable price and size for a train station coffee. Was served by Holly and Lucas and they were lovely and accommodating! Only fault I had was that the door was a little hard to get into with my wheelchair.

Always a pleasant experience when visiting this store. Holly, Paul, and team make the day always start well with their great, efficient, and all with a smile, service, quality drinks and choice of food/snacks. It's a little bit pricey, but it can be expected for a travel location. It is always busy, but nothing is ever too much trouble. Keep up the good work.

Multiple bulbs flickering, no bin for you to use staff polite sometimes quite slow tho especially when rushing for the train very hit and miss

I went to this coffee shop earlier today to get a cookies and cream frappe. Whilst waiting for my train I was drinking it to find a finger nail in my mouth from within the drink 🤢!

It was super early but some music would be nice, even just chilled music, but lauren who served me was lovely!

Great coffee shop on the station. Open bright and early, brill breakfast deal and (yes, I know this sounds daft...) *really* good lids on the coffee cups!

It's a nice coffee shop and I appreciate what is being done at a train station as many coffee shops in stations are not so nice. I will update to 5 stars if alternative milks are provided for free when it's just a dash (I'm not necessarily expecting it to be free for a latte, though many coffee shops do offer a free alternative).

I visited Stoke coffee room at Stoke station today while waiting for my train to London and was served by a lovely man called Paul. He obviously really likes people and treats everyone with kindness. I h just wanted you to know what an asset he is to your establishment and how he made everyone smile. I will definitely be visiting again the next time I’m up in Stoke. If you read this, thanks Paul for being so kind and such a lovely man.

Food was awful but maybe I expected too much. The bacon bap was just tough and wholly unpleasant. The coffee was good though and the service from Lauren was first class. Lovely and friendly and very quick.
