Well i accidently spilled my mocha everywhere and they kindly made me a new one much love to everyone

Multiple bulbs flickering, no bin for you to use staff polite sometimes quite slow tho especially when rushing for the train very hit and miss

The gentleman who served me my lovely coffee today was a legend, thank you!

Not friendly staff, the coffee feels burnt

I went to this coffee shop earlier today to get a cookies and cream frappe. Whilst waiting for my train I was drinking it to find a finger nail in my mouth from within the drink 🤢!

It was super early but some music would be nice, even just chilled music, but lauren who served me was lovely!

Great coffee shop on the station. Open bright and early, brill breakfast deal and (yes, I know this sounds daft...) *really* good lids on the coffee cups!

Nice little place to start a trip, staff are very nice 👍

70p for a dash of soya milk in a tea or coffee. Come on now, that should be free Edit - Thanks for your response and for considering this. It's a nice coffee shop and I appreciate what is being done at a train station as many coffee shops in stations are not so nice. I will update to 5 stars if alternative milks are provided for free when it's just a dash (I'm not necessarily expecting it to be free for a latte, though many coffee shops do offer a free alternative).

I visited Stoke coffee room at Stoke station today while waiting for my train to London and was served by a lovely man called Paul. He obviously really likes people and treats everyone with kindness. I h just wanted you to know what an asset he is to your establishment and how he made everyone smile. I will definitely be visiting again the next time I’m up in Stoke. If you read this, thanks Paul for being so kind and such a lovely man.

Food was awful but maybe I expected too much. The bacon bap was just tough and wholly unpleasant. The coffee was good though and the service from Lauren was first class. Lovely and friendly and very quick.

I went to the coffee room on Stoke-on-Trent railway station and was served by Lauren and Paul. The coffee was amazing and reasonable. I didn't try any food but the place looks a little cramped up then it should be or maybe it was the morning rush!! Their service was amazing. They were very polite and gave me the coffee within minutes of ordering. No long waits and no standing in the line. Enjoyed my drink and recommend this small but old style coffee place to anyone who is visiting station. Sorry the picture I took was from the other platform as I wasn't sure that I'll be including this in my review.

Been a loyal customer of the Coffee Room since 2018 when life first took me to Stoke-on-Trent. One of the few places on the railways that does a fantastic Earl Grey tea, and the food is reasonably priced and good quality. Staff are brilliant at what they do and having been a regular for so long, there’s always time for a chat too. Shout out to Paul who gave me a review card - see you next time mate.

Even though there are two other cafés in the area, just by walking into this coffee room I felt like having coffee. Reflecting upon, I came to know It’s purely because of the welcoming nature of the staff which made me ask for my drink. Paul was very kind and helpful in making my choices. He was approachable and I felt at ease to communicate to him. Flat white that I had was truly phenomenal. Thank you, Paul. This message is for the management. You truly have a fantastic group of staff members. They are truly your assets to bring in more business.

A good place for something quick and tasty. I frequently pop in after college when I am waiting for the train. Although, it is a tad overpriced due it it's location in a busy train station. Paul was a very friendly server.

Great service. The lovely man who served me is always so cheerful, very helpful and really quick (when you’re catching a train v important) Sets you up for the day ahead.

I had lovely experience today, I accidentally spilt my cereal and Paul was lovely and let me have another pot and even cleaned the mess, I offered to clean myself but he was lovely

Holly and Millie were efficient and got my order quickly. they were lovely to chat to too while i waited for my drink at the station. as well as this they took my dairy allergy seriously and changed the milk in my coffee correctly.

Such a lovely lady serving me today on my way back to London. I was so happy to find coconut milk on the menu and I got a smile, making my busy morning a little brighter

Took my granddaughters in for breakfast before catching the train, we arrived there at 9.15 there was no food the girls like a sausage and bacon bap, they had a sandwich and a toastie that were not fit for purpose and we threw them away. It was dirty and the tables were not wiped down. I will be taking our own food the next time. Horrendous it must have been along day for the staff having no food for the customers

Always a good stop for coffee and breakfast for far too early train journeys. Bakery is great yet I’ve started to avoid the bacon roll as “Chef Mike” should be banned from bacon.
