Pavilion Fusion - Burrito & Wrap Bar in Stoke-on-Trent

Absolutely shocking service at this place. When I asked that I didn’t want meat on the nachos, the woman who was serving me gave me the most horrible look and acted like it was the most difficult thing in the whole world to do. If I were vegetarian I would not be coming here. After that she was rude, inconsiderate and again reminded me at the till how hard it was for her to take £2 off. All because I didn’t want some meat. At the end I paid and ate so it really wasn’t that difficult. Overall rude and the service was terrible. I will not be returning.

So- so good. Have been going here weekly for 4 years and not regretted any visit. It's the best place to eat in Stoke for lunch. The price, food and staff can't be beat.

Great congregation point for students and staff of the university; had many meetings and lunch time gatherings within. Variety of food and drink is great, the burrito bar adds a twist to the other student hospitality points. Loses stars for giving me an upset stomach before Christmas.

Staff are lovely, especially Jacqui. Burritos are delicious and are a good price, they also offer many other options, nice seating area also.

Gone downhill with the installation of the self-service coffee machine and this years menu.

Standard union run Café. There is always hot food available, often burritos. Friendly staff and quick service, however, the coffee isn't very nice at the moment.

What an amazing place. The food was great and piping hot. But wasn't a too long wait. The staff was polite and caring to make it by far the best restaurant on campus. Good prices as well. Very competitive compares to the Student Union places.

Good pricing for a good lunch on a Friday afternoon at uni. Or if you’re not a uni student then it’s still just as nice and good quality coffee, food, snacks and cold drinks for all.

Great selection of food, reasonably priced and brilliant staff. Coffee is excellent too!

Brilliant food and I love the service. Open to the public and only uni venue that does table service and allows you to set up a tab.

Staffs university cafe nice seating area reasonable food cheap coffee but you can also get Costa coffee nearby as part of complex

Excellent burgers and fries. With a very friendly staff. A great stop before catching our train.
