Excellent food at brunches, chicken kebab meat is large Turkish style grilled, cooked perfectly. Good value, keep up the good work!

Great food, I just wish they'd open a bit earlier

!! Brunchies 4 Life !! I would absolutely recommend it! I have been going to Brunchies since I got to University (so almost a year) and the food is so good and affordable. The staff there are lovely both as employees and as people! The menu is diverse with a lot of unique items and classics. Whenever me and my friends talk about getting takeout, Brunchies is always the first thing we mention. If you're ever in Stoke-on-Trent, Brunchies is a must <3

Absolutely beautiful hidden gem

I ordered online, the website had the same layout as other takeaway places I've ordered from. Anyways I ordered to collect and I've done this before with other fast food places and they would usually call or the website would say the order is ready... not this time, I waited ages until I got tired and walked to the shop and as I was walking I ended up getting the call after 20 mins. I got there and got yelled at for being late 20 mins, idk if they thought I was a delivery driver but if you're able to call me 20 mins after you can call me when the food is ready...😡

This place never fails me. Every time I order its hot well packed nothing forgotten and tasty. Always delivered on time would 100% recommend to anyone

Ordered from here previously was always good after being away a few year out of country delivery within half hour and the pizza and garlic bread was excellent it was definitely worth ordering again from brunchies plus again will definitely be ordering again when I return again end of February 😁 hope you have great Christmas and new year staff and customers

Always great food and fast delivery. Open until very late too,so I can order after getting in very late from work. Highly recommend.

First time trying and have to say one of the best takeaways we have had. Missed the salad off the kebab but forgiven as the food is first class. Fast delivery and the delivery driver really nice and didn’t actually walk over my grass like others. Perfect guys thank you

By far the worst take away iv ever had. Chips an donnor hard as a rock. Chicken black an dry. Only pro was the drink was cold. Even the boxes the food come in looked asif they have been used 10 times UNREAL! Im not eating the whole thing in case im ill, imagine been sick in the heat. An paying for the plessure of it. Cheers for wasting my money place needs shutting down 👍 Try chilli jacks newcastle they know how to actually cook food.

Has a very friendly staff and the food is very good. The prices are reasonable as well. Their Veggie Calzone is my favourite.

Poor menu descriptions. Wrong menu sections. Poor customer service. Sub par food anyway. Avoid this place and just go to sweet and spice instead. Asked for something that was clearly indicated on the menu and was met with argument when I wanted what I actually asked for. Attempted many time to remedy the situation myself (because they failed to try) and was met with constant resistance. In the end I ask for my money back and left.

I've never had to call a takeaway before to say their food wasn't edible but unfortunately had to with Brunchies (18/07/2021). The southern fried chicken was like rubber, as if it wasn't cooked properly. The chips were chewy like they had been sat for some time. The BLT sandwich tasted just of onion even though there was no onion on it and the gravy had so many lumps in it. They did offer to cook the meal again which we declined as we felt it would have been the same. No apology.

Whys the box all scratched up with holes in? Like you don't care enough about your customers that's the vibe I be getting. Chips was definitely left for hours and reheated.. Ossa shame

Great place for late night food, the chips are spot on! Have tried burgers and kebabs in the past which are both great though kebab meat is usually kept in a heater not fresh off the kebab itself. Great place for quality budget food late at night. (They do breakfasts but I have never tried them).

Had a take away friday night during quarantine. Was cheap, really nice and came in about 20 minutes. Would highly reccomend.

A fantastic local takeaway, they serve great kebabs, wraps and burgers. I am a local university student and having a place with it's late opening hours is a pretty awesome thing for a late night bite to eat. Great job guys.

Great little establishment, tasty food with very pleasant staff. This would be 5 stars but at the end of the day fast food like kebabs and fried chicken are not gormet dining, you just can't rate those things a 5/5.

Cheap pizza £3.50 . But no cheese and louds of smelly stuff. Staff young kids under 12. So becareful. You get what you paid for

I'm dead angry I am, i asked for sauce but they put it in at a wrong angle and missed the cheese covered dough disk. I don't know what else to say but I am really angry and I don't want that to happen again please, It's not what its to be used for.

The food was of a reasonable standard and not over priced , but a word of warning please please please don't go back and complain about your order. If they get it wrong you stand a realistic chance of being assaulted by a granny with a baseball bat which happened to my friend on the 1st October when he complained about his order being wrong. Perhaps an anger management course and some customer service courses might help business if not a crash helmet will do.

Amazing I wouldn't listen to any bad word someone had to say about them they are always Amazing always on time food cooked perfectly there is never an issues they never get my order wrong!! I must say these are the best takeaway in stoke-on-Trent!! Haven't found any where better and people who say bad stuff about them are really wrong and sad to lie!! I've ordered from them loads and I'm a genuine customer which you can see on "just eat" as Kerry!! Anyways 100% rate brunches wouldn't go anywhere else
