best food Shawarma & Grill in Stoke-on-Trent

Disappointing with food portion sizes and expensive tap Coke. Nearly £5 for a pint. Can’t understand why places do this as the mark up on that is obscene Staff lovely and great service though

It's difficult to find a good chippy in Stoke, I always have to go Yorkshire to find one. However, I stopped by this one on my way home and their chips were lovely, golden, the right temp and not too dry. You get a quite a portion to say it was only a £2 cone. Also lovely staff & service with a smile. Edit: reduced rating as the timings are all over the place. I ordered from them for delivery one Sunday and they cancelled it, no explanation why even though they were listed on the app as open. If they didn't update the app that's on them. Another time I wanted to visit in person only to find they had changed their times and weren't open. I went to today as I happened to be walking past (as I had done so before at that time and found them open) and it was closed with the timings on the door being awkward timings that I can't do due to being at work and found they stopped Sunday completely. Just choose your open times, stick to them and make sure online matches the times on your door is it too much to ask? They must change their times whenever they feel like it to suit them not their customers.

Foods are good , but the iranian girl is not answering when u say thanks, and she is very cold to the customers,

A regular pub lovely and friendly management and staff service is great depending on individual customers good evenings entertainment

Ordered 2 Dansak's both were more like Madras's naan bread was doughy partly undercooked the chips were more like fries rice was alright though 1/10
