We have a takeaway from Al Helal most Fridays. The service is efficient and friendly and the food is top restaurant quality. I cannot recommend them enough. They work so hard to ensure you have a wonderful takeaway experience.

I have had from these before but today was terrible chips tasted terrible and the kebab looked like it hadn’t seen heat tasted funny and needed longer won’t be ordering again waste of £29

Absolutely brilliant food and service. Myself and my partner came here on a Saturday evening. We were served by Paul the General Manager who was very attentive and did everything to make our evening perfect. Steak was cooked to perfection and my partner loved his mixed grill. Can't recommend this place enough. We have already booked again for the family to enjoy for my step daughters birthday meal.

Good quality food available from this takeaway. Regular buy from here. Without doubt they have best grilled fish in Stoke on trent. Must try Highly recommend

We waited over an hour for our delivery. Food arrived tepid. We'd said we didn't want sweet & sour sauce with our pancake rolls, but still got charged for them! Also said we did not want prawn crackers, but they still delivered them. Such a waste!

We have been waiting for our food for an extremely long time and when we call the shop, they don’t answer the phone or just lie to us saying they have sent the food. Very bad service will not be ordering again.

Used to be a regular customer. Not anymore , had so many bad experiences with this place now. More oil and grease than anything. Cold food. Rude staff when you ring them.
