We have been waiting for our food for an extremely long time and when we call the shop, they don’t answer the phone or just lie to us saying they have sent the food. Very bad service will not be ordering again.

This is my go too!! Food is absolutely on point. always hot and good value! Get a lot for your money delivery drivers are always so polite..... wouldn't go anywhere eles!! Been in a couple of times to order aswell and staff are just ace!!

On arrival the place looks llke hell Red and black tiles out dated dirty hole I ordered a donner kebab And when he turned around to put the spit roast on and I saw the state of the Donna meat on the thing I thought noway I wouldn't give that my dog So quick exit keep ya food I'm out of there Avoid

1 star been kind shocking.. 2 hrs for a takeaway that's yet to turn up only 5mins away. And ring up to be lied to all time AVOID.... Food arrived 2hrs 2 mins late cold and burnt dodgy chicken.. Hot salad everything else cold.. Looks like recooked food.. AVOID AVOID AVOID u have been warned..

One and last plus its ,order coming early 25min another its write on website,but! Double No! Pizza ,was be cold and looks like ufo space ship after little crash after bad land ; left site be burned in 20%,looks like and taste like ,uncollected, preview order ,putted second Time to Owen for new customer,half cold chips with ,wrong burger (ordering chees,come hawai)taste same half cold,in gummy bap with not fresh lettuce, without ordering veg.anytime,no more orders in 100%

We orderd 2 12 inch pizzas a Asian style and a chicken tikka problem was the chicken tikka had chilli in it and when I want to complain they said the chilli was included in the chicken tikka if it was wouldn't hey change it to chicken tikka and chilli false advertising these guys should honestly off themselves about waste of time and money and the pizza tasted like it was just dough

Sent my daughter in and they sent her out with one of their workers bringing the food and didn't even giver her change to her

Awful AWFUL service!!!! Food arrived with wrong milkshakes (ordered mint chocolate chip and received choc chip cookie), we ordered a large curly fries and got a small portion that was lukewarm and too dry, the burger had no sauce even tho ketchup was ordered. Phoned up to request replacement milkshakes and received a torrent of abuse, called a liar, refused to swap or even refund them. Misogynistic behaviour and terrible attitude to a paying customer!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

Called in to get 4 Naan Doner Kebabs it cost £20.80 when we opened them when we got home not only were they cold but there was hardly any doner meat on them had we seen what the guy was doing in the shop we would have walked out then and gone somewhere else. We rang and complained and the man promised to send us some more doner meat that was at 10.30pm its now 11.45pm and we are still waiting. Total rip off merchants we wont be using this place again

The milkshakes are delicious. But the food was poor. Its first time order from there and I'm not happy. Chips are dry [no salt and vinigar that I asked for) burger had hardly any sauce on it dry. And the salad we asked for we got onions only no tomato as asked .

Not happy with the food at all just ordered 2 omelettes at 4.95 each was literally the size of a small plate hardly and filling and came with no side salad or chips and my kids didn't eat theres and the 1 that did was instantly sick and when we rang up and complained alls we got was sorry we will give you 10 percent off next time and basically refused to give us the money back please avoid at all costs

Used to use there guys alot around 7-8 years ago but stopped due to cold food and wrong orders. Tonight mother in law assured me they have changed and she's had no issues at all. Ordered on line at 4.53pm. After 3 phone calls food arrived at 6.27pm. 2 orders cold and one order wrong. Phoned the take away and they were rude and said they couldn't understand why the food was cold. Won't use again and neither will the mother in law. If I could I'd give no stars.

Usually ok, tonight’s order shocking. Everything burnt. Cold pizza. Incorrect burgers. Nearly £10 for a kebab with half missing. Speak to them on the phone and told a manager will call back in a week. Pathetic. Avoid like the plague

They sent the wrong (and cheaper) item. I rang them straight away and there was no offer to send the item we had ordered.

Tried the meal deal for three the other night and it was fantastic. Will definitely order again.

Obviously assumed my husband was drunk and sold him the worst food I have ever seen. Three of what can only be discribed as shards of 'chi Ken's and a strip of very pale donor 'meat' wrapped in a small deli wrap. No sauce or salad etc and this is what they call a nan donor, tikka wrap, and cost £4.50. So just be aware if you make a purchase at the end of the evening your going to get ripped off! If I could give a score lower than terrible I would, oh yes, and be prepared to be laughed at when you complain....they are also in the delivery group 'JUST EAT' shame trading standards don't pay them a visit?!

Chicken tikka ?? Very sweet and and bright in colour. Not like when your in restaurant for meal. So much different and better tasteing in restaurant

Not sure if it's a change in management but customer service is shocking, sounds like he's on the dust. The donner meat is like rubber, the fries are anemic. Most definitely gone to start using some we're else's from now on

Been here a few times in the hope that the manager was only having the one "off" day how wrong are we. Each time we have been he has been rude no customer service every request is too much. Doesn't read the online requests on orders. Been in recently to be totally ignored whilst he cleaned the appliances -no where near closing time, then brushed up, then took a call - all without even acknowledging us or saying anything not even "be with you in a sec" won't be spending any more there shame though as the food not too bad

Not a bad place to get a takeaway from. Tikka meat is tasty and nan tastes good and a quick delivery or you can collect. They have orders if you order online although I did not receive my free piece of cake he ha.

Portions very small ordered extras on line when I collected there was no extras then tried to charge for the extras and when I asked for them they told me that they were not going to do them at the price the website said they were never going there again

Comida decente, nunca enfermo comer de aquí para decir algo. Los pinchos son buenas, como el curry. No puedo decir mucho sobre las pizzas, bastante estándar. Lo que ves es lo que obtienes.

First order arrived cold and barely cooked. After phone call (and interrogation), 2nd order sent out. Warmer but still barely cooked. Doner as pale as mayo, chicken just about cooked but didn't want to risk it. Usually great food but won't be ordering again.

It was horrible, i will never take my service there again because the food was cold and when we ordered the meals they were the right lortion sizes and to make matters worse they didnt have the correct change and brought the sauces an hour later after bringing our cold meal when we gave it the dog

Burgers were dry no salad no butter on the bap! No sauces, rang up and the bloke claimed he had put salad and sauces in food, arranged to send more sauce and salad and delivered the wrong sauces. Very disappointed.

Food was alright, I wanted cheap chicken, I got cheap chicken, the SFC was good but a little rubbery, the wings were real good, would recommend. Chips are decent. Asked for a delivery on a time and it arrived way early. All in all though it's a real good takeaway and when I need something greasy and cheap I'd definitely order from again.

All three meals the meat was very Greasy and laid heavy. Not sure if you have changed some way your cook or store the donor meat but we have had this on the last few occasions we have had donor.. ALL OTHER FOOD IS PERFECT AS USUAL :)

Ordered for 5:30pm arrived at 5 so no notice taken of the time selection. Masala and balti bulked out with tomatoes. Chicken chewy. Rice very dry. Cheese nan tasted very plain like there was no cheese. Think this will be the last time I order from here

Food came in 25 minutes which wasn't that bad but the on thing that ruined the whole meal was that when food was delivered food was missing, customer service was terrible when I called up to say that food was missing and then the person said on the phone "give me 10-15 mins yh were busy" but even then the food didn't come till 20-25 mins late which then the rest of the food had already been eaten...

The Service is an abomination!! I waited 3hrs, and they still expected me to: Accept the Food, and Pay the Bill!!! Complete disgust at this "so called" place of "Business" !!!!! No recommendations!!!
