First time using this chippy and it's the best fish and chips we've had for years..Breaded cod amazing, chips gorgeous and scampi just delicious, all cooked fresh...Lovely helpful staff..can't wait to try again.

We had large breaded fish, chips and a scampi. Bloody fantastic. The food was great . Best chips in Stoke on Trent. If you are fed up with sad meals then go here.

The battered sausages where that well done that the batter was falling off the sausage , the chips where just warm , we’ve ordered from here loads with no problem but this time it was terrible so won’t be ordering again from here

food was nice but i had ordered a bottle of coke which was not sent..when i asked the delivery driver where was the coke he just said they didnt give it me...drove off with no apology...bit rude to be fair....have had to ask just eat for a refund for the coke.

Just when I thought they couldn’t get any better….. they go and do just that. Don’t know what you’ve done to the batter, but it was lovely. Liking the bigger tubs for the curry sauce too. Delivery brilliant as always too!

Perfect as always. The early warning system for tonight’s delivery guy (loud exhaust) always makes me smile. It’s a bit of a bonus too… you can be at the door as he arrives, and save both sides some time.

Chips were hot naan bread under cooked cold and downer meat cold hardly any sauce on the kebab very very disappointing from my favourite chip shop maybe I will use somewhere else in future

Best fish and chips I’ve had in a very long time. Lightest batter I’ve ever had on the fish and the chips were fluffy and super yummy. The shop doesn’t accept card payments, but ordering via Just Eat or Uber Eats gets around this. Highly recommended.

Rang up as delivery not arrived to be told driver was just making another delivery. 30 minutes later still waiting. Rang up again and was promised a full refund on the just eat app. Driver eventually arrived was very rude and food cold! Went on the app and there was no option to get a full refund. Amount offered didn’t even cover one of the meals. Very disappointed.i will be contacting just eat as this is not acceptable.

Brilliant as always. Initially a bit surprised by the chunks of fish, instead of a piece of fish, but should’ve known better, as they were amazing. Huge chunks of cod in perfectly cooked batter. Delicious. Delivered with a smile and bang on time as always.

Fish in particular was delicious and very well cooked, the chips were nice but I’m personally not a fan of the thick style…much prefer a smaller portion. Great service as always…would highly recommend.

This is the best fish and chips in Stoke! Always beautifully cooked, delicious, hot and good sized portions, both fish and kebabs! I usually go for a delivery, and it's always delivered quickly by a friendly , cheerful chap!😁

Food quality top notch as always. As was the delivery. Little niggle today though, and only a tiny one. The new boxes had a bit of a strong (cardboard) smell which transferred to the food a little bit. It’s didn’t ruin it, but it would have been better without. The old boxes didn’t have the same issue. Don’t know if you need to put an extra layer of paper inside? Otherwise perfect as always

Mini breaded fish meal. Fish was cooked to perfection, lovely and white fish. Bigger than other chip shop mini fish. This is the 3rd fish meal and all were very good. Will order again

I don't know if it has changed hands , but was not as nice as other times. The fish was small for a large nd very bland. The kebab meat was weird, nd if they think that carton of curry sauce was large , well I don't think so
