Luciano's Food Express in Stoke-on-Trent

Great value for food, staff are very helpful.

It's difficult to find a good chippy in Stoke, I always have to go Yorkshire to find one. However, I stopped by this one on my way home and their chips were lovely, golden, the right temp and not too dry. You get a quite a portion to say it was only a £2 cone. Also lovely staff & service with a smile.

We were basically kicked out because we had a baby. We were told to leave at half past 6 because we had a young child with us .Could’ve given us the time to finish our drinks that we paid for. We spent money, had food but service was disgusting. The baby started crying in the pub and he came wandering around where we were sitting which made us feel uncomfortable. There was 7 people putting money in his till and couldn’t even give us the time to finish our drinks that we paid for. Clearly weren’t welcome there because we weren’t ’locals’

I wonder if this restaurant is open for ordinary visitors? I wanted authentic Romanian food, I found this restaurant on the map. But, unfortunately, there was no service. It was booked for a party. Disappointed.

Either not at this location or just closed at 11am when they say open on google maps.
