This is the best fish and chips in the UK! The only improvement would be if we could select if we want salt and vinegar on our food via the app as doing it at home just isn’t the same! But even without that option… STUNNING

As always, my takeaway from Pahals was delicious, hot and plentiful. I never consider anywhere else when I fancy having a night off from cooking. I can’t recommend Pahals highly enough. Always 5* whether ordered online or a visit in person.

So I placed my order order at 7.05pm, it was delivered at 8.22pm, the delivery time kept changing and when I’d check where my order was, it was because I was waiting for a driver… however, the food was delicious! I just wouldn’t use just eat again…

I usually call at Pahals in person but had to order online on this occasion. As delicious as always from here and the service is second to none. Hot and fresh food and delivered very quickly, 5* all the way.

honestly never ordering a chippy again unless it's this one! the prices are great compared to others in my area and the portion sizes are so much better than anywhere I've been before, great quality food donner kebab was lovely and so much donner and salad! came with a good sized tub of sauce which is rare these days and loads of chips. fish cake was nice and the nuggets and onion rings were great to, Not a negative thing to say about this place would give it 6 stars ⭐ if I could

not ordered before but after reading the reviews I decided to try fish chips and peas. I was very disappointed. the fish was not properly cooked and the batter was uncooked on the inside so the temperature was too low. a complete waste of money

For ages now I have been wondering how hard it is to cook chips that are the right shade of yellow and not solid as rocks or turn up cold.....and FINALLLY a place that gets it right. The chips are nice and fresh and the prices are reasonable, it comes all the way from Fenton to Newcastle and still turns up hot. I have literally tried every other chippy in the area and all of them are no good, I literally thought that chips that you had from a chippy as a kid no longer existed. So thank you!

very tasty food, reasonable priced. Thoroughly enjoyed. Only problem I have is when ordering there are no options for me to click no sauce on the meals and as it is set to a requirement it limits what I can buy. I know I could write it in the comments box but sometimes notes get missed and I dread that whatever I order is going to come with sauce still on and that I would have to go without. Other than that amazing food, service, temperature so again thank you x

Again the fish and chips from this place BLEW MY MIND! second time here and both times level of service and food has stayed the same consistency 5 stars is not enough for this place! the food is exceptional the fish thick juicy and the batter is crisp and not drenched in fat the chips are just lush and the sauces are thick and generous portions this place is in my favourites list from now on! I would reccomend this place to anyone happily.

First time ordering since being taken over. Delivery was slightly delayed but arrived piping hot. Chips were nice, fish was a tad over cooked but nice and curry sauce was nice. Would be nice if we had the option to chose between small or large portions though

im a picky eater and was just blown away by this food! the delivery fella said please leave a review if you like our food so here it is. The fish was thick juicy well cooked and light crispy batter, the chips were cooked perfect and just the right amount of crispy and soft fluffy potato you want. the gravy was thick and full of flavour, the curry was amazing ! tasted better than any curry sauce I've had from a chippy! delivery was fast asf too! all round 5star from me! I'll be back 👍👍

Fish had a funny smell to it and ordered the fish chips peas curry and gravy 4 times we only got one pot of each sauce/sides should of had it another 3 times so had to share the tiny pot of peas between 4

Had the golden fry special and it was huge in a 12 inch pizza box, great value for money. The donner chicken and shish were cooked to perfection and really nice, the chips were also really nice. It was all hot and will defo order again every week

The chips didn't taste like chip shop chips and the curry sauce was very watery not like traditional chip shop curry sauce sadly

This used to be a great chippy formally known as Fenton Fryer. Not good under me owners. I had pudding and chips the chips was not very nice. Pudding was bland and tasteless! Worst of all the price of food is shocking made worse by shockingly bad portion size! I was fuming at the amount of chips. This chippy is double dipping in terms of the cost they charge £5.50 for not many more that 20 or 30 ish chips max literally and a tasteless pudding. In future I recommend you tell them you'll pay once they've portioned up the food. That way if not happy you can tell them stick the STINGY portions! Absolute joke under this new management! 👎🏽👎🏽🤬

TRADITIONAL TASTE I've experienced best chips and curry in the town. They are very humble and kind. Also, the rates are very compatible and according to customers. Their special dish is fish, chips and green peas. Pleased to visit here. I will recommend to visit atleast one time.

Hour and half wait then food is cancelled taking the p•ss Update... And that's my problem? You use that service provider to find customers it's not my problem that you and the service provider can't get it together and make things work.. Either way no food no refund for 4 days and left hungry so can you see my frustration? My advice is use a more reliable service provider in the future to stop bad reviews coming to your business..
