Staff are really polite and friendly. Food is always excellent, fresh and hot. Telephone orders are discounted and paid for on collection. Price's are good and fair.

Food was lovely, food and drinks came quite fast. The only downside is when you want to leave. I waited 40 mins with nothing on the table so was clear I wanted the bill, had to ask for it in the end. Once I had the bill I had to wait a further 20 minutes for someone to come back for me to pay which they didn’t, so I had to get up and go and ask if I could pay so I could go. No one asked me about the “tip jar” amount if I wanted it taken off or not, I feel like this should be put on the card machine like in other restaurants and you can click if you want to tip or not. I did pay the tip because I just wanted to leave at this point but if I had the choice I would not have due to wasting an hour sitting and waiting for the bill.

Friday 20th December 2024, My husband and I went with our friend Susan for a festive curry. . We went to ‘The Kismet’ Indian Restaurant'. The Kismet Indian Restaurant is a modern Indian restaurant with a small and intimate atmosphere. The food here is very good and there is a very good selection of curries. We all shared poppadum's with various chutneys and dips for pre-dinner nibbles. We then had our main courses; my husband for his main course had a Lamb Dansk razi Balti and a Perswari Naan, which he said was very nice. My main course was a Butter Chicken Balti with a Perswari Naan, which was really tasty. Susan for her main course had Chicken Tikki with Bombay potatoes. We had washed all this lovely food down with Cobra beers for my husband and Susan. I had a J2O Drink. We did not bother with desserts as all of us were quite full. The bill for the three of us was very reasonable. My only criticism was the service in your face, at times we were still eating when the waiting staff were taking away plates. Most unprofessional, it is hospitality protocol to wait until all members have finished eating before removing dishes from the table.

Not very good customer service, or delivery the food is good but some days you will wait two hours for delivery, when phoning in after an hour they say the food is on its way 45 minutes to an hour later it’s still not arrived and they even turn the phone off and divert your calls, you have lost my custom.

Not impressed and have just read they got a zero-out-of-five food hygiene rating from the food standards agency in June. Definitely won't be returning.

Rubbish food ,bland and boring,can cook better at home with Indian takeaway secrets book. Inside is dirty and not very clean hence the low hygiene rating. If you want to sit in a proper Indian restaurant try down the Bradford road ,proper food and clean...

I wish I could take stars away. Never have I ever eaten a Chinese like this. The sweet and sour was so watery, the chicken was cut up chicken balls from the previous day and scratched my throat, egg fried rice was terrible. I will never use these again. The Chinese 4 doors down is much better

Nice food, good service. Average waited time and clean and tidy. Decorated nicely and was treated courteously by the staff. I thought it was reasonably priced for what it was

Easier worst place I’ve been to recently. Don’t believe me just try to chicken burger , just try it and then you will understand. The cheese burger , with 1/4 slice of the cheapest cheese available has no taste whatsoever. The fries are consistently bad and oily . This place is taking advantage of its location that there are not many other places near by. Poor food and very poor customer service

I normally love this Chinese but a couple times it's slipped 1 being forgotten items that I still had to pay for as they said it was in the box.. it wasn't but anyway To top it all off. I now have food poisoning from this place so I recommend go to the other 2 across the road . Will 100% not be coming back.

Top notch service at the counter. Very friendly staff. Great food too.
