The best restaurants in Great Bridge Sandwell West Midlands

Needed somewhere to wait whilst my car was having some work done and I couldn’t have picked a nicer or friendlier cafe. I had the mid sized breakfast which was delicious - as were the 2 lattes I had with it. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus and meant I could do some work whilst I waited. Would highly recommend the Simply Cafe.

Been here 3 or 4 times in the past and it’s always been fantastic food great mixed grill and curry, however we came yesterday slightly earlier than usuall around 2pm the place was dead and the food wasn’t great not sure if it was last nights chicken tikka but it was like chewing rubber the lamb jelfrazi was very bitty the texture just wasn’t right. And as I was leaving I looked to the kitchen and saw batches of curry’s on the side,we were the only ones in at the time.🤷‍♂️ the reason for not giving 1star is because the food was outstanding the previous times maybe it was just a one off. Paid £86 very disappointed

Plenty of options for breakfast tasty food great atmosphere highly recommended. Have a car park in the front and in the side road so very good place.

Chicken tikka sizzler and prawn curry were absolutely fantastic, delicious and made to our taste. The portions were big. Fantastic service, kind and polite. The prices of food and drinks are very reasonable I would recommend the food highly. The only thing to consider is in terms of the pub as a whole: The was a cricket on all TVs. It would be great to have some music somehow.

Friendly staff and people. We had a bad pint , but was willingly changed so no problem. Good range of beers and good value cheese and onion rolls.

Worst service,No manners to talk with customers, I ordered food on uber eats and they are taking more time than they shown on their ubereats ,i called them and they said they dont care,it is not matter to them if the order delayed,also they speak very rude and rough to me. I never recommended this restaurant to anyone👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Portions are small had to wait 35 mins for food noise from the kids was like being in a crèche and people were vaping in the restaurant wouldn’t go again

It's so hard to find these traditional bakeries, Fantastic fresh top quality bread and cakes. Fresh sandwiches made to order and a warm welcome and service with a smile, And good prices for the quality.

Excellent service, good food with generous portions and great value deal including starters, main and coffee. Will definitely return

Sweets are not bad, milk cake is not nice, quite stodgy, other stuff is nice, staff friendly and nice always

Edited to reply to the shops comment * It was with uber eats last night 6/04 at 8pm, we waited 2 hours it said the shop was 'wrapping up' for 2 hours then cancelled at 10pm when the shop closed . I have worked in food for over 10 years and when we had an order from a delivery company we had to manually accept it in order for the food to be accepted and begin being made, not sure how you would know to cook the food if the delivery driver had to accept it without you knowing? Gutted as first time ordering from this shop as been recommended by friends but got to say this has definitely put us off ordering again. Shame really because it was a £40 order . Would give 0 stars if I could. Waited near on 2 hours for food to be delivered for them to cancel the order. Disgusting service
