Suzy p's tea room & cafe in Sandwell

Was turned away from another cafe at 11:10 saying they shut at 12 o'clock so takeout only. Shame for them, just told about Suzi Q's, wow. Eyes bigger than my stomach thought I would have normal breakfast, big mistake, had to leave some on my plate but what a find, best breakfast had in years, lovely food and cooked perfect, my new cafe from now on. 5 stars.

Very rude people my partner went to ask how much dinners was and they was kinda rude and said move in a nasty way well they have lost customers now

This was my first time this morning going here and the breakfast was so nice and hot. The staff were lovely and welcoming. Such a beautiful place to go and such a great price too. Definitely will go back.

Fried bread was like a brick and they forgot to add tomatoes on the one breakfast. Otherwise the food was good!

Lovely breakfast at a reasonable price, staff pleasant and friendly. Good bunch of girls, looking after you. I'd personally recommend you try a Suzy breakfast, that's big enough for most - unless your really hungry 👍 The place is just big enough and on a few visits now even when busy, always managed to find a seat and didn't have to wait that long for my meal. Clean and tidy and a good spot to eat at when in the area, with a small pay and display carpark just across the road - you wouldn't get a truck in, but good enough for a van or car. All in all, a nice little cafe with a tasty breakfast and drink for under a tenner.

The food was good but could of offer more types of breads like crusty bread but good otherwise

There was only 3 tiny bits of pork & what looked like stale stuffing on the pork & stuffing sandwich, the other food was cold & tasted disgusting, our last order wasn't very good but this 1 was so bad I had to write this. I don't know if under new owners or whatever but this used to be a highly recommend café by us, but not anymore. Definitely won't be ordering from here again.

My fave cafe around here for breakfast , delivery is very fast and food is hot. No problem switching items and don’t have to pay extra as you would at other cafes

Great breakfast. I'm fussy when it comes to breakfast as I don't eat beans or eggs. I was allowed to create my own breakfast bundle from the items that I do eat. 4 sausages, 3 has browns, 2 rashes of Bacon and Toast, for what I would say is a VERY reasonable price. I've eaten in the cafe and I've taken away - great service and friendly staff.

Had small breakfast it was lovely.my son had a large breakfast and it looked delicious. Homely atmosphere and wecoming staff.Good value for money.

Visited here for the first time today, all I can say will defo not be the last time. I love my bacon crispy and they did not disappoint, cannot say how much i enjoyed my breakfast torpedo. Lovely friendly staff cannot be faulted. As they say in our Black Country- Absolutely Bostin’

Haven't been able to meet "the girls" YET, but feel like I know them. I'm a bit fussy, but my food always arrives how I like it, and always tastes great. Breakfasts are fabulous. Next time you fancy a breakfast or a B.E.S.T., treat yourself and give Suzi P's a call.

Helped out with a cold buffet for work a few weeks ago and it was excellent. They worked really hard to get it to us and everyone was really please. Thank you ladies.

UPDATE...... In regards to your response.. I visited around 10.30am however I believe the time I visited is irrelevant. My review was based on my experience. I don't think there's anything for you to 'investigate' but I thank you for your 'response' Visited today and was displeased with the food. It smelt and tasted vile. Sorry to put it bluntly. My toast smelt and looked like it had been spread with nothing other than vegetable fat, not butter. The bacon was black . The only nice thing I can say was the sausages which I had to drain the dat off before eating.

Breakfast...absolutely delicious.....they have a slimmers fry up which is very reasonably priced and fills you up right upto I think its a tigers fry up...and believe me, I've tried it ..massive plate for a massive fry up...and I loved every bit of it lol...the staff are very polite and helpful....the cafe offers other meals which are reasonably priced...I HIGHLY recommend this cafe to anyone.

Amazing breakfast friendly service

I'm a bit picky, and they ALWAYS deliver me exactly what I ask for. They are a friendly bunch, always pleasant and polite (even when their phone is "ringing off the hook", their drivers are friendly too. What more do we need!!

Food was lovely just disappointed that I didn't get my black pudding as its states mushrooms or black pudding and I picked no mushrooms. I ordered special breakfast and for 7.50 you would expect to get everything. But will definitely order again just make my options more clear next time.

Why does it take so long for them to just deliver a sandwich get more people on the delivery part of you haven't got many drivers I'm sure people would do it, cause this is getting a joke, twice I've ordered here and twice I've had my order not come on time even when my house is not that far drive away. You need to sort yourselves out cause what's the point doing sandwhiches and then giving them to people late because you have them being taken too long to get delivered.

First time trying somewhere different and was not disappointed, will use regularly now food was really nice n bacon was thick and cooked to perfection.. would definitely recommend.

food was extremely late, phoned restaurant to see how long as it had been over an hour since i ordered and they told me there were still atleast 2 orders infront of me before it was even going to be cooked. dissapointed with the waiting time

Never been more disgusted in my life left waiting 4 hours for 3 pork sandwiches every time I rang they ensured it was on the way. Now they have closed and still no delivery no update nothing. Absolutely shocking service. I am actually speechless at how bad this place has been. I could have killed the pig myself. I am outraged with the attitude and service of this place. Never ordering again. Shocking
