Food and service is 5star....but whats happened to the quantity?!? Portions- Chicken kebab and chips have definitely got smaller....that price for that amount of food?!? Nah won't be buying again. Shame really one of my faves

Sadly so disappointed in this pizza. I really really wanted it to be something spectacular given the decor of the place. It was just a poor pizza and the cheesy fries were also quite disappointing stodgy fries with a bit of cheese ontop and scorched in the oven. The decor is nice like I said so go in and take some photos of the eclectic mix of randomness. I walked into this place because I wanted to give the small guys a chance. They can surprise you. This didn’t. The bread on the pizza tasted like bread, like a hovis loaf almost. The toppings were everything but the kitchen sink. You might like that to be fair. I don’t.

One of the best independent pizza take away in the whole of Birmingham. The quality is amazing when it comes to taste and presentation. I would highly recommend and it’s my go to place when I want a pizza

It was one of the worst pizzas I've had until today. We ordered a cheese and tomato pizza and got something that was just burnt. There was no sign of any tomato. Cheese was burnt and tasted of oil. But, we got a free fizzy drink. Probably to wash down the pizza. Thank you for the free drink.

Pizza was good. The big dude with the beard yelled at me because my gf said her name was Allison and he said if we do that again he gonna come back there and do it himself. I was like bro what’s going on then he made my pizza like a good employee so 2 stars. Also I ordered chicken on my pie and it was only cheese. Idk if he was retaliating against me because my gf name is Allison. So drop those starts back to 2.

Attempted to order for delivery online, order processed and charged, only to get a call saying they don't do gluten free food any more, and that they are unable to cancel the order. Leaving me having to contact the delivery service to cancel. Trying to order food is difficulty enough for gluten free people as it is, without advertising gluten free that is actually not available.

Ordered a pizza on Saturday evening. After an hour and 20 minutes I called to see where it was and was told that it would be a further 35 minutes at least. I requested a refund instead which was agreed. However, its now Wednesday and no refund. Very dissatisfied!

Ordered a pizza for my boyfriend and chicken kebab for myself and unfortunately the pizza was extremely greasy so my boyfriend had one slice and had to throw it away. My kebab on the other hand was amazing and I’d return for that alone but was really disappointed with the pizza. Hopefully it was just a one off.

Awesome pizza. The crust, the crisp thin base, the sauce all of it the whole shebang! And a large one for £6.90. Had cheese and tomato and a vegetarian, both amazing. Cheese and tomatoe gets a high high pizza review score of 9.3. Veggy gets an also amazing 9.2. Sentinos. Weird terminator 2, aliens, hell raiser, the thing sci fi vibe going on. But it's the pizza that is more memorable. One bite Prez should review this pizza place.

The absolute best pizza by a mile in the south Birmingham area. Fresh ingredients, beautifully cooked, great speed and delivery service. I have friends who have moved from Birmingham and one of the things they miss the most is not being able to get a Sentino's. An institution I hope will be here for many more years. You guys are amazing!

Without a doubt the best independent pizza restaurant in the Birmingham area. I have been ordering from Sentinos for over 10 years and they have always maintained consistency in delicious pizzas and grills as well as customer satisfaction. The gentlemen in there are always polite and welcoming. It is definitely worth ordering here!

Service is always friendly and the pizzas are so good! The best variation of toppings around. The zucchini and ricotta is delicious. The homemade garlic Mayo is a must!

Use to be the only pizza place I could eat now within the span of 2 years the restaurant have gone down hill the the pizza come half cooked and soggy I just brought a burger I paid for jalapeños, cheee and onions and only got onions on £7.50 burger I paid an extra £2.60. been eating here for over a decade and the food quality get worser each year.

Fantastic food, great prices, friendly family run place. The shop itself is a homage to everything 80s and definitely worthy a visit. I'd highly recommend.

Such a lovely place with lovely owners. So accommodating, nothing is too hard for them to make you happy with your order. Such a friendly response when orders are made or collected and never had a problem with the food, it's always been amazing and cooked to perfection, I would recommend and will continue to go back as a frequent customer

Made a visit recently for the first time in years, and still genuinely say this place does the best pizza I've had in the UK to date. Pizza menu is vast with many combos that seem unusual at first, but work brilliantly. My personal favourite is the zucchini mascarpone. The shop itself is very interesting and quirky with many artefacts from 1980s sci-fi movies, which is another love of mine. Great friendly service too. If I lived closer, I would probably be ordering delivery twice a week!

I ordered a 4 cheese pizza and unfortunately did not look at the ingredients, one of the cheeses was cream cheese. Instead of just a smear of cream cheese all you could taste was cream cheese and nothing else, very disappointing. Who uses cream cheese on a pizza.? My wife had a plain tomato and cheese pizza and the tomato base was overpowering. A shame Sentinos used to be good.

Food is generally good however the online order service is horrendous, allow approx 2hours so if you have children please be aware Your online order does not update any progress and if you ring the restaurant you are wasting your time they just say its on the way which means another 30minutes, very disappointing if you cannot collect then one to avoid

Went in the evening to grab a 12 inch pepperoni 🍕 it was lovely they guys where very kind and gave us a bottle of the house bottled drink and it was lush. Will deffo be going back nice one guys !!

The only place we go for pizzas, for several years now. The zany and original decor of front-of-shop is enough to suggest something special, and the pizzas live up to that (We have never tried their other ranges). We always use online ordering and 'Collect', and they are ready almost invariably within 20-30 minutes of ordering. Freshly made, with fresh ingredients, and a great range of extra toppings, the depth of fillings make these pizzas a richly flavoured and very satisfying meal. I often get the spinach pizza, and additional toppings of olives and anchovies. The toppings are generous, and some are a bit special, eg, queen olives. My partner loves the brie and cranberry pizzas. For cheese lovers, I especially recommend the laden Quattro Formaggi, which uses excellent-quality cheeses.

Base Good, Sauce Good, topping too much cheese and too oily and salty. Also Sour Dips has been previously been frozen and when I got it delivered, the texture is like unfrozen yoghurt, with small bits in it. It's watery. Will try once more, with a different topping.

Easily the best takeaway around here and my 1st choice when it comes to pizza's. I haven't been disappointed with anything I've tried on the menu and there are lots of options to choose from. The sauce on the pizza's needs a special mention as it is awesome! The staff are always friendly and I love the models/statues etc in the shop. I always recommend Sentino's and will be a customer for years to come... keep up the good work 😊👍🏾

Unique pizza toppings, excellent chargrilled goodies, and top notch service. I think we've tried pretty much everything that Sentino's offer on their menu over the past few years, and have never once been disappointed. Sentino's staff always go above and beyond. They even specially made a single portion of their gorgeous tzatziki just for me because I was disappointed it wasn't on the menu one time. The quality of the ingredients used is superb - far superior than you get at any pizza chain - and the thought that has been put into the topping combinations is clear to see, with some truly unique and imaginative flavour profiles that are an absolute delight. The shish kebabs are perfectly cooked, having a great chargrill surface yet remaining succulent on the inside, and the choice of accompaniments to go with the meat and vegetables is great. There really is something for everyone here, which is another reason Sentino's will remain a firm favourite with all our family. I could go on and on about the lovely lasagne, brilliant burgers, out-of-this-world onion rings... and where else can you get perfectly prepared polenta round here?! - but I'd bore people rigid. A note on the comment from another reviewer complaining about getting spammed by the app. We have used the Sentino's app, website, and third-party takeaway ordering apps at various times, and can't say we have ever experienced anything remotely like spam. Yes, the occasional text comes through with an offer or something, but this isn't even weekly let alone daily, and it's very easy to opt out of receiving offers and updates if you do find that you get more than you are happy with. FYI: I am not a Sentino's employee, business partner, or investor - unless you count being a regular, happy customer to be an investor :D

Pizzas really are truly delicious, all home made. Give Sentinos a try !

Sorry but I was not a great fun of your pizza. It had a strange undertaste... not sure what it was but it did not taste good.

The images are very misleading. Ordered chicken nuggets because they looked delicious in their Google images and I received chicken nuggets in fish and chips style batter. The batter was thick and not fully cooked, very oily and soft. Ended up throwing them away. I also ordered a pizza that didn't look anything like the website/Google page. I have added an image of what I received and one of their Google photos. The food was disappointing but the staff that served me was very polite.

It’s amazing place decorated with scary faces and the comic bad guy’s. Eatable are really good here. Interesting place with amazing pizza, burger’s.

Sentinos is the best pizza restaurant in Birmingham. I have used them for many years and have moved away but l have never found a pizzeria as good as Sentinos. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The pizzas here are so good and the best around here. Some excellent Veggie options too- the zucchini mascarpone is a must try. Highly recommend

We ordered Sentinos Pizza & Grill last night, avoided for years because bad attitude years ago, however we thought lets support local business and gave another chance... My partner was told she is raking too on the phone, hurry up or use online ordering! They also missed part of the order, charged us for it, we called, said tough, you took too long to order! Are we jinxed with this venue?

Great little shop filled with sci fi and memorabilia to look at whilst waiting on food .... also playing 80s music to have a singalong to.... lovely friendly staff. Food was served hot and tasted delicious. Would highly recommend

👎just chased up our order 1hr 15 after placed( advised 30mins) no problem on its way through in a drink, “ok” erm order turns up cold half of it missing and called them and they said I checked the order with you, erm no you didn’t, no way was the burger worth nearly 6 quid, they were great in lock down, looks like they couldnt care less now! That’s us going else where, BBQ wings freezing BTW! Looks like we will stick with #bigmansfood 💯 whatever the circumstances

Good pizza, quirky place and owner! A must visit

Having lived near this place for over 10 years and people waxing lyrical about their pizzas I finally ordered 2 for myself and guests. Ordered the Mexico one and the one with duck, can't recall the name. Delivered in reasonable time. The taste of the Mexico one lacking any flavour and the tomato sauce was tangy and the duck one was very sloppy with the duck sauce all over and over powering it but to make it worse it was COLD! We had to microwave it. I was of the mind to call and complain but I had guests. They won't believe me now. Next time go to Domino's and get the Sizziler, plus you buy one bet one free and taste is hot and flavour some. Never again Sentinos. Yuk

Saturday evening was here and it was the usual, what to have. My much better half suggested pizza. This of course meant only one place....Sentinos. Usually I go for the bolognese. Which is always superb. This time I wanted to try something different. Opting for the bacon and pepperoni. It did not disappoint. Only issue now is. What to order on our next visit.

I've reviewed Sentinos before but every now and then I give them another chance. Let me start off by saying that the food is good but once again it's their total lack of respect for the customer that is the problem. They always take a long time to deliver but on several occasions, including the last time, it took over an 90 minutes to get the food. If you phone them up they say that they're busy and then dubiously say that the food is on the way.I thought every business aspires to be busy and can function properly when it is. The reality is, they're not sorry because nothing ever changes. They don't knock something off the price, they don't contact you and genuinely apologise, they just take your money for as long as you're prepared to put up with the service, which I won't anymore. If you read this and still want to use Sentinos, I suggest you order your food at least an hour and a half in advance.

Always very happy with the food and customer service I receive at Sentinos! Especially love the Zucchini Mascarpone and choosing my own toppings to create my own pizza. I recently chose goats cheese mushrooms and spinach which was extremely tasty! It's great that Sentinos gives you so much choice and their ingredients are always of a high quality.

I go here every week and in 2 years I’ve never had anything bad tasting from this place .. best kebabs ever, the pizzas are made with fresh ingredients and they cook their own meat for the toppings so no frozen stuff. The salad is very fresh and thee lasagne is stunning ! Nice cheese and a little spice in it but not too much, very tasty... To top it all they use McCain crispy fries that stay crispy ! No soggy chips like other takeaways ! They even do ribeye steak and ribs both great ... give this place a go 😃👍
