Hello Cafe in Sandwell

Hello Cafe is a little treasure of a coffee shop on the bearwood high street! The atmosphere is cosy, coffee delicious and prices are excellent!! The service is first class too when you’re greeted and served by Canada (her lovely name) who is always happy and makes the experience even better. I Highly recommend this place.

A popular cafe on Bearwood High Street. Warm and welcoming staff that greet you with a 😊 smile no matter the time of the day. They appear to have regular customers given by the conversation they are having whilst ordering with the staff. For a small cafe they have a good range of cakes, sandwiches and hot and cold drinks to choose from. Lots of seating inside and a nice clean toilet. The sandwiches looked nice, will probably go back and have soon. I had a warm croissant with 🔥 chocolate with marshmallows. They were both delicious 😋. Definitely worth a visit if you are passing or like myself making a visit to the dentist. As the logo inside says Eat, Drink & Relax 😊

An excellent cafe with friendly staff and good coffee. Really good to see a café americano served in a proper cup and not a bucket.

Good atmosphere. Okay service but not sure why the entire top section was closed off so limited seating available. Got a large pistachio latte, noted as a "best seller." Promptly made but 0 taste of pistachio at all. It's a latte with a 1/4 teaspoon of some crushed pistachio nuts on top which is quite disappointing and I do feel it is falsely advertised. I doubt there is anything of pistachio flavouring in there. Do like the fact they do good vegan options and the halal marshmallow option for the hot chocolate is a nice touch.

Nice atmosphere, filled with people working & socialising. A perfect blend of people. Good quality food and quick service. Can’t ask for more.

I tried the Pistaccio milk cake and WOW it was Divine , the best milk cake I’ve ever eaten! The girls that all work there are very friendly , I highly recommend this place

3 of us went today around 11am, the coffee we had was amazing, the food was brilliant and we've saved cake for later on - Couldn't recommend this place highly enough. We don't live locally but when we're back to visit friends we'll definitely be making a return visit!

The cafe is nicely located in Bearwood and easy to get to. The decor inside is quite nice albeit a bit dark. The coffees and drink selections are brilliant, the coffee came out really high quality and tasted great. I loved that they had lots of plant based milk alternatives. I do wish they’d have had sandwiches that didn’t include cheese, every savoury food option had cheese on it which wasn’t great for our group needs but if you’re a cheese lover you’re well catered for!

We just popped into this cafe on the off chance. We received a very warm welcome. My wife and I both had a cappuccino and a pastel del narta (excuse me if I have not spelt that correctly ) the coffee was superb,as good as any I have tasted. The custard we had was slightly tired but still very tasty. I would definitely go again . There was a good atmosphere and a mixed clientele.

I have no words to say how much I enjoyed my time in your coffee shop. Everything is at superlative. I have water in my mouth thinking of those sandwiches and desserts while writing this review. And the coffee, omg, so tasty. I m not an abusive coffee drinker, I drink one coffee per day, but I want that coffee to be the best. And that's what I found here, at Hello Cafe. 😱 Thank you for all your hard work and most important, thank you for your quality ❤️. Let's not forget about the prices. Best quality - quantity - price combo ever. I truly recommend this coffee shop ❤️. You must try anything and for sure you will come back ❤️

We visited as a group of 5 a couple of weeks ago and the whole group was very impressed with the drinks options and the desserts. Amazing service, we were made to feel welcome from the start and the staff were super helpful and nothing was too much for them. I definitely recommend the cheesecake - it was delicious and available with several different flavour options. I opted for the crème brûlée which had the most perfectly crisp burnt sugar topping whereas another in the group had the pistachio cream topped which was also divine! I’ll definitely be visiting again soon

Very nice, quite quiet environment and chill place. Great if you want to work from a cafe for a few hours, which I've done a few times here recently. Great coffee and food, lovely staff who seem happy. I feel like in the last few years this place has really improved from when it first opened and it's now one of my favourite Bearwood places 🐻

I went with my friend on Sunday morning for the very first time. It was already near full. I absolutely loved it. Great atmosphere, lovely staff. I have been served by Alex, she was really friendly and professional. We had Cortado and it was amazing. Really nice and creamy, a lot better than the one I had in Moseley's Java. Unisex very clean toilet with baby nappy changing facilities. I would've preferred it to be more larger. However, I do recommend this place and would definitely try again.

I was here to do some filming yesterday. This place is amazing! Their coffee is excellent and expertly made. The selection of cakes, pastries and sandwiches was astounding. You HAVE to try the afternoon tea. So good! The staff were all so friendly and helpful. One of the best cafés in Bearwood.

Went here today wanting a coffee and some cake and came away having found one of the best cafés around! As soon as we stepped foot in Hello Cafe, we were welcomed by the lovely staff. The atmosphere was quiet and cozy and the food was great value and very tasty! Will definitely be returning!

Met with a friend for coffee/snack on a Saturday afternoon. A lovely atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Seating near a small log fire. Raised rear area where a small group were celebrating a birthday. Clean mixed sex toilet with baby changing facilities. We had coffee, hot chocolate and ham and cheese croissants. Perfect for our needs. The cafe has quite a.homely feel amd is perfect for small group catch-ups. Definitely give it a try.

Found this little gem of a place in a place called Bearwood (high street). Awesome atmosphere and brilliant customer service. I think his name was mustapha. The latte was a treat to the palate and a complimentary biscuit was presented 😋

I visited your cafe this morning and i ordered a Caramel latte and halloumi sandwich, mustafa had recommended me the sandwich as i didn’t know what to order. He was so polite and helpful. Mustafa gave me the best service i will definitely be visiting the cafe again.

Lovely ambience and really warm staff. I had the butter croissant and a small cup of expresso. The butter croissant was especially lovely, probably the best i have ever had in a non french cafe. The brew was yum! Overall a great experience.

I had been coming to Hello Cafe a couple of times, they have great toast, and the green smoothie OMG <3 the place is calm, lovely and relaxed. I had been trying their matcha latte and is has been one bad after another :/ Today, I had to ask twice for it to be changed. First one before ordering, I mention to the east European lady serving, if I could have it no too hot neither kid temperature, and she said “don’t worry! we don’t burn people tongues here” :)) ok I said and told her “better to let you know now how I would like it so I don’t stand up to ask to be changed”. She forgot to mentioned to one of the guys doing it and I got a scalding matcha milk:( I couldn’t drink it and took it back and asked to be changed it. The guy apologise as he wasnt aware of it and re do it, I clearly stated “no kid temperature please neither scalding milk” (I used to be a barista years ago and I have some knowledge of coffee and milks), and I got kid temperature matcha latter. Soo disappointed, I was really hoping for it while I was waiting for the dryer to finish. Being trying their matcha and turmeric, unfortunately it is not their best. Coming back? Absolutely but I will stick with the smoothies when it is a bit warmer and their sandwiches!

First time visiting this coffee shop and unfortunately it’ll be my last. Regular coffee is the size of a espresso shot cup and priced at £3.30. Chocolate cake was average and it took a while for it to come out too, which was disappointing.

The staff are super friendly 👍🏼 The waitress was too professional and considering. We had a problem with our drinks and she changed them right away. Their americano was great! And they also sever very delicious biscuits with the coffee 👌🏻

Been to the cafe the fourth times. All three were fine experience, sadly on the fourth visit service was deteriorating. They forgot to give me a saucer for my coffee, and when I asked one, they gave one that chipped which I thought was disrespectful. No napkin either. Food variety is quite limited though. Toilet is only one and unisex, with small area to wait inside (not visible from outside). Parents please always chaperone your kid whenever using this type of toilet facility,

This is my favourite cafe to go to when I'm in Bearwood! I love my coffee and the team here make an amazing caramel latte and the food is gorgeous too! Fresh toasties, sandwiches and even toast and jam! Service is faultless, they have loyalty cards too which is brilliant if you become a regular like me! They do babycinno for little ones (basically a small hot chocolate with marshmellows)! Wide range of drinks from hot drinks to milkshakes, iced teas etc! Highly recommend this cafe! Plenty of plug sockets if you want to take your laptop and get some work done, comfy seating too! I visit nearly every week and have never been disappointed!

Great addition to the high street, quality coffee and snacks and friendly staff, turns into a cocktail lounge in the evenings serving top quality drinks at a good price. Update: cocktails paused for now, but remains lively in the day and good value.

lovely little coffee shop! beats both starbucks and costa while being cheaper. i didn’t eat in so i can’t say anything about the atmosphere, but the seating area did look lovely. they made my iced coffee very quickly and i was served with a smile. the coffee itself was delicious, if a little too sweet. i did get syrup in there though so that may be on me. it wasn’t undrinkable though and the espresso was of clearly good quality. can’t complain

Visited for the first time today. Soya hot chocolate with marshmallows and a naughty bit of cream to go with it. Beautiful, from the time I arrived to leaving the staff were lovely. Will be visiting again soon. No screens up which made it easier for staff to communicate. Was given a cup holder as bought a couple of other drinks as well which made it easy to carry.

Great addition to the high street! The atmosphere inside is excellent, modern and cool. The coffee is delicious, but wish the serving was bigger!
