This pubis wonderful, great atmosphere and friendly people. I now consider it my local and always will.

Wot a great community pub, especially if your a baggies fan. Tribute wall to wbafc in the bar, n gaffer is a baggie. Occasional beer festivals are held with the freindly locals making this a great pub to enjoy great beer and conversation, another black country ales triumph

Fantastic pub! Great beer and fantastic atmosphere. The owners are very welcoming and there is always something happening on weekends. Really worth a visit.

They could do with more choice in the lager department

Not been in for YEARS! But, as I sit here with friends wtchin the gaffa walk around minglin’ with the staff, as we drink proper nice booz wht more could you ask for in a pub! Will be back!!

Cracking little pub, just a bit expensive in comparison to others in the area, hence only 4 star. Great if you are into your ales.

Macca & Julie have just celebrated 10 years behind the bar here. They are great people, the staff are lovely & they do Boston cobs 👍🏻

On of the Black Country Inns chain this is an excellent traditional pub with a separate Bar and Lounge. Great choice of top quality, cask ales!

Great as all Black Country Ales pubs are. This one has particularly good Cobs on with prober chewy bread. Good selection of ales, great building which makes for good atmosphere.

Fantastic pub, didn't want to leave! Macca is an absolute legend, his wife, staff and locals made us so welcome. Brilliant selection of real ales well kept. Highly recommended!

A nice bit of history to this Black Country Ales pub with a nice cobbled terrace and refurbished stable house I had a BFG for £3.10. As per usual, good quality ale with a slight hint of hops. Cobs available, although I didn't have one on this visit. Some interesting historical photos of the local area on the walls.

Great pub. Lovely atmosphere. The landlord Mac is a brilliant host. The barmaids were very welcoming to. Cheese cobs and Grey Peas to die for. Will be back.

Wonderful friendly atmosphere, very welcoming. This is one of my locals and favorite public house's, this is where most of my family drink. Can't fault the managers. One of the best pubs in the Tipton area.

Can’t wait to get back in there. The best pub in the area, fantastic real ales and guest ales Nice clean smart old fashioned pub, good for sport fans. However, sport showing on the screens is not too loud and the viewing is not in your face either, so if you’re not a sports fan like me it will not inhibit a nice evening out. The heated outdoor area is great with a large garden at the rear. Staff always friendly and polite. A local welcoming place to have a drink. The cobs are tasty and well filled, albeit they do sell out fast.

Definitely a local persons pub, high ceilings and way too bright which kills the atmosphere. I recommend one of their sibling pubs The Three Horseshoes or The Court House. Regardless, the staff and people were very polite.

Friendly staff who made me feel welcome. The real fire was well stocked and burning nicely. The brass in the bar sparkles and shines like a mirror. The beer is quaffable and the prices are good. The bar and in particular the toilets are CLEAN! This would be my local if I lived nearer, well done for your effort and dedication 🍻 👏🏻

Absolutely banging pub. Friendly locals, the beer condition was outstanding. Ever changing guest independent beers courtesy of Black Country Ales. Roaring real fire. My word it's an excellent stop.

Beautiful place with plenty of period charm. The ales are very well kept and the service is friendly and knowledgeable. The outside space is very pleasant to sit in, sunny or otherwise. A real Black Country gem.

Authentic Italian cuisine, in a spacious well laid out restaurant. Excellent service and wonderful foods cooked to order, so remember there will be a little waiting time for orders, but it is all well worth the wait - enjoy!
