Really good place. All food is fresh and very tasty. Samosas are very tasty and great price. Loads of choices for sweets and take away food. They have music and even 3 tables to sit at to eat or wait for the order.

The food was very tasty and the shole bhature was so yummy and fresh.

Good food, good Serivce, always busy, so there’s often a little wait to be served, but worth the wait.

Been here so many times but never left a review, so I'll do it now.. Samosas are beautiful and the onion bajhi are my really good aswell. The women cooking this are magicians.. Only problem I have is I come here and over eat. You guys are making me fat haha.. If you ain't tried this place check out.

Toooooo much bad service , the boy on counter attend the call with friend and people was waiting in the que , he was not bother about the customers . Friendly talk we will go to the pub tomorrow , wastage of people time and breaking trust only . Bad food and service only .

I got the fish which had a lot of oil no good wait 23 min for fish

Asked for lamb curry,+I think the lad behind the counter,said 'did I want goat curry'-thought I'd try it,but it was 90% bones!-not value for money.

Been coming here on and off for about a year or so. So far, food has been good. Came around a month ago on a Saturday night, ordered chicken tikka masala and 3 veg samosas. I was charged £1 less than I should have been, which I thought was odd. What I was served was definitely not chicken tikka masala. I ate It, but I thought it didn't look or taste like chicken tikka masala. Then when I found a small bit of bone, that more or less confirmed it. What I was sold, as far as I could tell, was their mutton curry. If their front of house staff don't know which curry is which then they shouldn't be serving customers. Or they should double check with the chef first. Less than 24 hours later after eating that curry, I had to rush to the toilet and was then on and off the toilet for the rest of the evening. Also, just to mention, some of their curries are inside their display cabinet, but most are just left on the side, some not even with any cling film covering them (as far as I can tell). Their butter chicken is really nice, to be fair. But based on my last experience, I'm not sure I'll be returning anytime soon.

I was house sitting and went to Great Bridge and was passing here the food looked Inviting so I went in. I wanted just a few different snacks and he gave me a bag full very affordable prices and I have to say these measure up to any Indian food I have had in Birmingham lady pool road, so if your passing by pop in you will not be disappointed

They have WORST EVER service. Waited there almost 1-2 hours for just 2 plates of Chole Bhature. On top of it gentle man over the counter had weird attitude keep saying ‘its coming’ but he was serving other customers who came after us. We end up leaving from that place. Its going down hill day by day as other reviews clearly showing same issue. I would never recommend someone to go SHIVAY. I would not even rate 1 star they DO NOT deserve it. Let me tell you one thing NEVER LIE to customers inform them the issue and treat all customers EQUALLY. Thank you for this experience.

This week's samosas not as good as normal. Pastry shell too thick and chicken samosas had too much chilli in them.

Food was of good quality but had a long wait, even though ordered in advance. I was told to collect in 15-20 mins, had to wait 40 mins.

Freshly cooked and absolutely bostin lovely clean shop and most of all lovely people.. Plus you can park right by the shop 11/10 for me

This is my local- indian food cooked in a homley touch, reminds me of my grandma's cooking. Pranteh are made fresh- we have them every Sunday, I been going here everyday for the past 6 weeks as my family has gone abroad, nice variety of curries, fresh, fresh chapatis and fresh rice, cheap prices. Highly recommended and it takes alot for me to write a review.

Very disappointing. I normally get 4 popadoms (amongst other items) from a place in Wolves (every Friday) for 50p each. I didn't today and thought that I can go to my local in Greatbridge instead and maybe make that my new Friday restaurant. I called in advance to make sure my order was ready for collection when I arrived. I walked in, explained my order only to find out the popadoms are £1 each. This isn't a sit down white tablecloth affair, this is an order of takeaway greasy food that make the brown paper bag go see-through. I asked to confirm the price, he said it was correct. I asked him to show me the menu, he couldn't. You will see the menu I attached doesn't list popadoms. Typical. I feel robbed. I was honestly shocked the price was double what I have been paying for the past 6 years at a similar shop in Wolverhampton.

Staff are always friendly, really tasty food and very clean try the meat samosa mmmm and partials tasty to have with chilli sauce

Absolutely delicious food, normally service is excellent, except last time they kept me waiting 25mins, even though I had ordered 1 hour earlier!!!

This Punjabi takeaway is located just near the Wilko store.The Food is not spicy enough and not that tasty and I won’t order again.

This place serves Indian savouries, sweets, veg and nonveg dishes (takeaways) etc. Have been there a few times and tasted various items. Lady on the counter is polite, uses gloves to serve. Food tastes average, nothing extraordinary, although they claim food (curries) is freshly made, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to guess that it's not. Price wise, I would say average, neither cheap nor too expensive. There are quiet a few free parking places close by, usually you would find a free space if you know the area. 25 Oct 2019 - Rating downgraded to 2 stars because the person recently used bare hands to pick samosas. Pakoras are too salty, overall, quality not good.

Been here a few times now and the food is amazingly great fresh and tasty not over loaded with loads of salt as some indian places over power everything with salt. They could do with more staff as waiting is a little more than normal however well worth the wait great staff...

The food is authentic; curry ready to go and loads of different sweets to have after. They do delivery, takeaway and sit down. Really glad this little shop was open.
