The best restaurants in Redditch West Midlands

Arrived for my son's birthday. There was about 6 or 7 of us. Walking through the pubs having a beer and moving on. Waited for ages at the small window for a drink before one of our group told me we'd been asked to leave. No reason given. Was told I'm the owner, I don't need to give you a reason just leave. So 7 of us took our money to the next pub. 1st time ever in this place and the last time as well.

Awful experience today on justeat. I’ve given this company allot of money the past year & I had to wait over 90 minutes. To then be told I should collect it. To then be refunded for not obliging to collect. Won’t be doing anymore orders

Came in for breakfast this morning and what a lovely looking cafe.

Awful reaheated breakfast covered in liquid smoke, was expensive for a supermarket breakfast! Staff seem nice tho

I am 38 weeks pregnant and built the confidence to go for a solo drink. I walked up to the pastry counter whilst I was looking and said hiya and was about to order… a girl there rudely said “the till is over there” I was stood approximately 2 foot away from the till because I was looking at the pastries. This took me back and I was like oh ok I’ll stand right in front of the till, there was no thankyou or anything from her. Then she literally stared at me the whole time I was there which made me feel very uncomfortable as I was already out of my comfort zone of being on my own. Staff were not welcoming at all!!

I visited this coffee shop {situated inside Debenhams) last Friday with my mother. We both had a cappucino and a muffin. The coffee was good, but the muffins were stale. They were really hard to cut into. I ate some of mine then took it back. The 2 ladies serving apologised, and one fetched me a new muffin from somewhere in the back of the shop. The other lady looked a bit fed up. My mother's muffin was not replaced, and she ate it even though it was stale! She's 93 and doesn't like complaining. The second muffin I was brought was also stale I didn't eat it. The lady serving us apologised again, said the fridge is too cold, but no-one offered to give us our money back. In restrospect I know I should have asked for a refund. However, we've decided not to frequent this coffee shop again. There are plenty more coffee shops in Redditch!

Please don’t bother, picked a meal deal off website, went to collect, garlic bread missing, when challenged it was obvious from the face of the server it had been forgotten but then a hurried explanation of it was out of stock, not sure I believed that. The pizza was just gross, terrible taste and flavour, went in the bin

Getting too time consuming to visit. Used to be able to pop in, queue behind one or two others and out. Now, they have TWO dedicated servers looking after Just Eat orders, and just ONE servicing an ever growing queue. Time is money, and I can’t be waiting 15 mins for a sausage roll and a coffee every day.

I asked for a wrap without chips and asked for extra salad and meat, my friend ordered it with chips, mine was half the size compared to the one my friend ordered. Next time I ordered the same and asked them in the note if they could make it bigger with extra salad, they canceled my order, won’t buy again from here.

Food was late. Food was cold. Food was tasteless. Refused a refund. Worse pizza in Redditch. Stear clear and save your cash
