Awful experience today on justeat. I’ve given this company allot of money the past year & I had to wait over 90 minutes. To then be told I should collect it. To then be refunded for not obliging to collect. Won’t be doing anymore orders

Go to Brooklyn’s 5’s reviews and look for my review there, then read this one. After receiving the appalling food and service at Brooklyn’s 5 I said to myself I would never give this company my money again. Well how wrong I was. Today i really wanted a burger but refuse to use Brooklyn’s 5, so checked in just eat and found this place. I ordered a bunch of food with my family, bill came to over £60. Expensive but I thought it must be good food! Food came, my meal was fries, a bacon cheese burger and a 7 up, my 7 up and fries were missing, my meal is basically ruined I have 1 of 3 things... Not to mention that it took them 2 HOURS! To deliver my food, when I called up to complain they started telling me to complain to Brooklyn’s 5, I asked why turned out they’re the same company using two names. Another place I will refuse to spend my money.
