Bad service missed order an poor customer service wouldn't recommend

This place is a total waste of space

Good but no one can be old Caspian it was a legend to our community.

Ordered from here once after new owenership and it was nasty, this was many months ago so thought would try them again. What a massive mistake that was, the donner meat was small pieces of left over meat, chips were cold and nasty! When we phoned to complain they said they have a new person. Look at the pictures and make your own mind up! Disgusting, stay away and save your money!!

NOTHINGS BETTER THAN A GOOD OLD CASPIAN SPECIAL FROM THE ORIGIONAL CASPIAN PIZZA THATS CLOSED NOW WHAT A GREAT LOSS TO OUR COMMUNITY NOONE CAN CARRY THEY'RE REPUTATION.

Unfortunately, the food quality was so poor. We ordered pizza and literally there was no toppings to mention. We ordered stuffed crust (kebab) and we got cheese instead. We a great experience at caspian in Birmingham but this one was nothing like that.

Food wasn't awful but not particularly great either, chicken fillet burger tasted very very cheap and poor quality, I ate as much as I did because I was so hungry after the hour and half I waited for it to be delivered. They were very rude on the phone when we called to check on the order.

Took almost 2 hours for my food to come and when it did turn up the food tasted disgusting I would not recommend going to Caspian pizza

Please avoid! They are using the names/logo and menu of the caspian group in Birmingham but are nothing like them. Pizza was of a very poor standard and it was made incorrectly. When I asked them about this I got alot ot attitude on the phone

Everytime I order the delivery time seems to be later and later. My delivery is now over an hour late and get told the same "5 minutes mate driver on the way" when I call up. A shame because the food is usually good but the waiting time is an absolute joke.

Food was fresh and hot reason for the 3 stars is it tasted no way like the californian chicken I get from the caspians in any of its Birmingham branchs.

The pizza I ordered was great,hot and tasty. The delivery was quick and the complimentary cookie was very good. 5/5.

I would give zero if there was an option... Pizza took 3 hours to arrive and when i opened the box the pizza as if it was uncooked and moldy i decided i would cook it myself and try it after eating 1 slice i felt terribly ill when arriving at the hospital i was told i had severe cancer from what i just ate i am now 1 million pounds in debt for radio therapy and am bed ridden at a hospice as the cancer is terminal but overall i would probably buy another pizza from here

Pizza wasnt cooked Properly, Food Poisoning. Stay Well Away!

Food arrived fairly quick however, handed over money to delivery driver and he bolted quicker than Hussain Bolt. It soon became apparent that the driver had popped a can of Cherry Coke which leaked through my hallway and kitchen till I placed it in the sink so the bag could drain off, upon opening the food it was barely luke warm and required microwaving, the cheese on top of the cheesey chips was not melted, kebabs were just warm and the chicken fillet burger was infact not a fillet at all but merely a cheap batter type coated farmfoods chicken burger. The chips did not look fresh either as they were mainly hard, over cooked and dry as the Australian outback, as if they had been in the fryer multiple times. Even the dog turned her nose up at the chips which had hit the floor nearly splintering the laminate. Overall this was very disappointing, leaving not only a bad taste in my mouth but my stomach feeling as if my throat had been cut as I couldn't possibly force myself to eat this gormet meal. Will definately be advising friends and family to steer well clear to avoid such a traumatic dinner time experience. I did try to call Caspian but clearly they were celebrating the successful delivery to me of a previously rejected order maybe from the day before meaning they couldn't possibly have heard the phone ringing over the celebrations.

Terrible. First time and last place I have used this place. Will never order fro Caspian again. Delivery took 1hr 40 mins and the pizza was worse than a frozen supermarket pizza. Called up to ask where the pizza was and got attitude from the staff.

Delivery was ever so Speedy. The Caspian Special we ordered was very very Tasty and Delicious, we enjoyed it very much and there staff were very polite in handling the food order from start to finish. Thanks Guys :D

Had bone in burger patten chocked manger turned up at my door look at it said sorry , then offered to give us couple of pound to have food back been reported to invirmentle health !!!! Do no but from here , rude people

Got the three pizzas for £10 deal. They looked and tasted like something you get from Iceland and stick in the microwave. Hard to believe they are so bad seen as it took them 1 and a half hours to deliver it on a Sunday night. No money off nothing free for being double the time they said. Poor quality food and awful service. Try somewhere else.
