The Crust in Redditch

Do not order from here. Can not ring and order specified requirements and if normal order, we have waited over an hour and specified under 40 mins. What a joke

The crust on my belland taste better than this place never order again!!! Stay way unless you want a midnight wake up call with pizza

Change your opening times, ordered multiple times now in the last year hours before they are meant to be closed to have my order cancelled and have to wait 3-5 days to be refunded.

Ordered from here tonight. Half of my sons meal was missing. Didn't receive the drink either.. The man who delivered moaned about walking up stairs to bring to our door as we live in a flat. Phoned back when realised half our food order was missing and nobody answers the phone. Very bad customer service.

i have ordered from here in the past and it hasn’t been nearly as bad as tonight. ordered a pizza around 11pm from uber eats, waited a long time even past the estimated delivery time and still didn’t come. it’s now been nearly 3 hours and now it says “enjoy your food” haven’t had any food at all!! waited almost 3 hours for one pizza and a drink, ridiculous. if i could give this place 0 stars i would. they could’ve cancelled it and i would’ve been able to order food someone else, however it’s too late now so everywhere is closed. such incomplete people.

I checked opening times before I set out and confirmed that The Crust is open. I'm disappointed to find they're closed!

Terribly disappointing pizza, dry devoid of any real flavour. The wedges soggy, saturated with oil, garlic mushrooms replaced by hash browns… icing on the cake took over an hour to deliver!

Ordered my delivery at 11:20 1 hour and 20 minutes later still awaiting it to arrive shocling service when you phone the restaurant amd ask for an update will never use or order here again

Ordered for the first time through Deliveroo. Cheese burger and onion rings were super tasty. Delivery was on time with a very pleasant delivery driver.

Called the crust but also operates under “Just Grills” absolutely awful experience, ordered a cookie dough which was greasy with a puddle of oil left in the tray and the ‘ice cream’ was what I imagine flaky frozen milk to be like - no soft texture throughout the entire pot. And to top it off I specifically asked for the driver to call or text my number when outside and not ring the doorbell as it was late, still proceeded to ring the doorbell causing my dogs to go crazy and wake up my family thanks

I like the crust a lot, but I'm more of an actual pizza guy, not just the crust!

This place doesn't even make its own pizza base what a embarrassment was literally like 2 frozen pizzas turned up Well frozen pizzas would of tasted better sort yourself out what a ripoff

Disgusting service from this place had to wait nearly 3 hours for food to arrive didn't come until 3.50am was freezing cold and chips like rubber when food eventually turned up. Not delivery drivers fault they only picked up the food 20 minutes prior to delivery. Absolutely terrible service

Ordered via Uber Eats, food arrived cold. Was not the correct order. Was swimming in grease to a point where it was dripping. Whole order went straight in the bin. Will not be ordering from The Crust again.

the food here was really good,then things changed,we used to order from the crust all the time,never again,the food is now terrible,the chips have been replaced by fries and the burgers,compared to previous,taste like microwaved shoe leather,once brilliant,but as of now....go somewhere else,the food and its quality can only be described as wanting,when i rang them to complain about this,the manager said...what can you do!!.....a place that will enjoy your money,but wont honour quality....awful.

Not even 1 star would rate this place . Food came 2 hours late the food was cold and the chips were soggy never comming back.

Food and service is very poor, thought it couldn't get any worse but new management proved to me it certainly can.

I went to go collect a large donnor I ordered. When I brought it back home and opened it, it was cold way smaller then a large sized donnor and not fresh. They most likely microwaved it. Never order from them.

Asked for a refund my food took 2:40 mins to be delivered and when it did it was cold so rang to speak to the manager and said I wanted a full refund told it would back in my account in a few working days over a week and nothing I will never go back to this place ever again very disappointed and I hope people read this don't lie to customers saying you will have a full refund then nothing totally unacceptable

Food was extremely late to arrive (1h 30mins) and was missing drinks that we had ordered. Food was fairly average, nothing super special. Won't be ordering from here again.

Late as usual .90 minutes this time... shocking food .. shocking customer services .. sent wrong food and would not replace .. offered a call back from manager never recieved.. lost a customer .. never again !!

Really unpleasant experience, they didn't understand me on the phone I had to repeat my order also not very good telephone skills,. I ordered my fish and chips with curry sauce the curry sauce had been absorbed in the food and came soggy also with cuttings of bruised chips which had been reheated the call I made was that the food is this way so first and last time I will be ordering my food food them as I will go some where else instead as poor customer service and poor quality of service provided by the way the food is prepared it was absolutely DISGUSTING 🤢

Disgusting, cold food with a hair in it. Desert was frozen. When I called to complain they put the phone down and blocked my number

Long story short, very rude man on the phone taking the order, got half of what I ordered then when I rang to tell them, the same person had the cheek to say I had ordered it wrong 🤷‍♀️. Delivery guys were very polite and apologetic even though it wasn't their error. The app that is advertised on their leaflets doesn't work so you can't get the 20% discount as it isn't honoured over the phone! Have ordered previously but never again!!!

Only order if you like your food cold and your donner in a naan in a tortilla wrap instead!!!! Never again, unfortunately I have to give one star, they dont deserve any

Quite disappointed with the pizzas. I went to the shop to order and had to wait 40mins for 2 pizzas. When I got home to eat them, they were greasy and tasted very bland. Had hardly any toppings on and the base was really thick. Won't be ordering from here again

Ordered pizza was really cold kebab was like eating cardboard so dry and hard says under new management and was terrible got a chicken fillet burger which was very dry and burnt soggy roll greasy chips wouldnt recomend to anyone

Ordered a burger, pizza and baguette from the crust, was told it would take 30 minutes, got a message saying it would take an extra 45 minutes. I accepted this, however after an hour and a half I phoned to ask where the food was, they said that it was being delivered. After two more phone calls and 20 minutes later, the food arrived was good quality and tasted good. Good food, terrible service.

guys do great pizza but has started going down hill of late

Food arrived nearly 30mins late and was cold.

First time ordering from here. The delivered order was wrong. They also put ice cream in with the hot food so is was partially melted. Food quality was okay.
