Burger King in Redditch

Food was delivered cold. Chips were stale and cold.

Our recent experience with Burger King in Redditch left a lot to be desired. Ordering directly from the Burger King website, we chose two burger meals, expecting everything to arrive as advertised. Unfortunately, when our order arrived, both drinks were missing. To make matters worse, the delivery driver offered us his own fruit shoots as a replacement, which was kind but didn’t solve the issue. The process to correct the order was frustrating. We had to contact Uber Eats ourselves to request a refund, as Burger King didn't provide a quick solution. Overall, this experience highlighted poor service and a lack of attention to order accuracy, which made for an unsatisfactory meal experience.

Absolutely disgusting, £35 for cold food and we had to wait for it...can they tell me why they pretend to cook it but it comes cold as it's been sitting there for hours. No one in there eating because it's terrible. Don't go here

*VERY QUICK SERVICE* How it should be, quick and courteous. (McDonalds on the other hand where the food isn't cooked properly, Fries have gone downhill and burgers are tasteless) So glad I've rediscovered B.K Keep up the good work ❤️

Pretty decent double cheese burger tbh. It looked and tasted similar to Maccies. At £2.99 it is £0.70p more expensive, and McDonald's regularly offer deals that include a drink for less than £3.00. BK as a brand still have a long way to go when either aligning themselves against the competition or setting themselves apart. There seems to be no effort or passion in the BK brand. This is no reflection on the staff at this BK. It's the senior leadership who just can't get it right. As a customer, I've tried, and after many years of travelling the country, I still can't see a reason to choose BK over another brand.

If I could, I would give Redditch Burger King 0 Stars, the staff are more than happy to accept you’re order before going home, leaving you waiting all night for you’re food to turn up, without as much as a call. I would recommend you stay away from this Burger King. And to management running the place, I recommend you either retrain or get new staff as this service is diabolical. This also isn’t the first time this has happened

I am a delivery rider on 15 June I was waiting for an order just outside of burger kings I needed a washroom so I went there The staff said I can't use it as I don't have live order I told him and showed him my delivery app is on Still he refused me to use the washroom That's very unfair

The burger was pretty much expected - so very average. The onion rings were really poor, and very overpriced for what they are. For the price, they really should be deep fried breaded rings of onion - but they’re just mush. I really don’t think their head office pricing teams understand the position they’re in. I bet they think they need to charge £9 for a very average burger to recover fixed cost overhead, and how they’re trying to premiumise their offering. Nonsense. I last visited here 3 years ago - as somewhere to pick up a late dinner in the way home - I’d visit more often if the price and quality were better aligned.

The burger meal was £8.49 and the burger was as big as the palm of my child's hand!!!! Tiny... Disgusting, definitely not value for money. Will not be returning. Also second time we've been and told they don't do coffee!!!

Don't get me wrong, I love a good Burger King. Unfortunately, today's experience was not that. Firstly if you can get in the door, which weighs a ton, you get to meet the staff, who were very pleasant. The food was dreadful. Two, extremely dry double cheese burgers; they must have a moisture extraction machine on the premises? Then the onion rings, my dog couldn't chew them. The frys were okay but so salty, why not let customers have little packets of salt? Anyway, I'll be eating elsewhere for my junk food fix until I see better feedback.

Got a whopper & it was awful. Very dry bun and the burger. Topping on burger minimal. Very disappointed as had whoppers previously and definitely gone down hill. Burger itself much thinner than it used to be and definitely using less tomato and mayonnaise. NOT WORTH THE PRICE BEING CHARGED.

Quick service, good food, bottomless drinks

I take my elderly dad to Redditch Burger King every Saturday and he enjoys a happy meal which is always served hot and the staff are always nice to us and greet with a smile.

Just came here on 24th January @ 1400 i was served by a ginger headed manager, i was standing around for 10 minutes before anyone even served me or acknowledged me ,their was another guy looks like he'd just ate 5 big whoppers meals ,also looked like hed been eating sour grapes ,, their was alot of staff doing nothing no drinks on dispenser, dirty tables and toilets absolute disgrace to be honest it's absolutely Mickey mouse show in here ,they all seemed very miserable and it felt like they couldn't be bothered with loyal customers like myself , To be honest the ginger manager couldn't manage a P up in a brewery and would be more suited as a prison officer as dont think he has ever smiled ,i wouldn't want to come back here until they get better staff and management as the set up here is a complete disgrace.....

Took myself and the wife there for a spot of lunch. 2 x veg whopper burger meals. Place was empty. Staff stood around not doing a lot. Took ages to get our food and they wasn’t busy. Every single table was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned or wiped for ages we struggled to find a clean table in a empty restaurant. Food finally came and the burgers was cold!! How could they be so cold when they had just been cooked. Very strange. Staff member decided to walk around and push a few chairs in but ignored all the filthy dirty tables. Anyway love burger king vegetarian burger range but won’t be returning to Redditch branch as it’s filthy with staff that don’t give a damm.

I always have the vegan options, both are delicious. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Girl on the counter with percings was very rude the other day on her phone and looked annoyed giving us attitude usually quite good here the girls name was lilly food was good just the young girl that disappointed our time

Knowing the very checkered past Burger King has in Redditch you would think management would train there staff not to take the piss out of there customers, I use Burger King alot but they have just lost a customer because of there very rude female staff taking the piss out of myself because I couldn’t hear her say classic or bbq, and yet she still got my order wrong. I never normally complain about service due to stress that the server is under but Burger King gets a fraction of the custom that McDonald’s gets. So please tell me what the excuse is.. disgusting customer service

The food has actually always been very good. Always fresh and tasty. However, god forbid you order a delivery. 3 x seperate occasions now I have ordered for delivery through deliveroo and on no occasion have I received my drink, they never make the meal with the upgrades paid for through the ordering app and the waiting times are horrendous. Ok if you want to drive thru or go and eat in but as a delivery, probably best to avoid if you want what you pay for

Crispy onions floppy and horrible. Double whopper and the burger was dry and burnt. Chilli cheese bites fine. Front desk shouted number and walked off. Terrible experience

This new Burger King is really clean and the food tastes great. My Whopper meal was well packaged, really fresh and kept me going all day. They have self-service kiosks which makes it easy to order. There is one funny thing to look out for when you visit here, a sort of Easter Egg. There is a sign behind some plastic at the collection point which shows how to get more money out of people visiting the restaurant! It's supposed to display a message about the environment but it's been the wrong way around for months. You can see it in one of my photos. A great place to visit for fast, fresh food on the go!

Go this particular Burger King in Redditch as it’s easy to park up. And never had a bad experience with the staff over the last year of coming here we know a couple of members of staff here, one member Chelsea is always happy & super attentive with us. Awful food, cold fries with strange cheese. Long waiting time not cheap and sandwich looked terrible, not tasty at all. I would preper better sandwich at home. It was last time when i ordered food there.

Today I've ordered chicken royal three times as a meals. I've got upset tummy and my 8 year old have food poisoning and have been vomiting 9 times already 🤬😢😫tried to call the store but no answer

Ordered Chicken Royale with bacon and cheese... Crispy chicken..wasn't.... Neither was it all that hot.... Bacon was tepid.. and the toasted bun must've have been passed under a low power light bulb... Bit of a limp mess.. Chips were ok, and at least the coffee was hot .. Shan't go back....

ordered to sit in, called our number, collected immediately, and the whole order was cold, how can this happen unless its just sat there waiting for customers, even the bloody fries 🍟 were cold, never ever will I eat there again, Big Mac for me in the future
