Getting too time consuming to visit. Used to be able to pop in, queue behind one or two others and out. Now, they have TWO dedicated servers looking after Just Eat orders, and just ONE servicing an ever growing queue. Time is money, and I can’t be waiting 15 mins for a sausage roll and a coffee every day.

Disgusted with young persons attitude. I have a gluten allergy and was literally laughed at when enquiring about if anything was Gluten free. I obviously know that ALL your produce is gluten containing UNLESS it’s gluten free bought in……… I was asking the question and don’t expect to be laughed at !! I. Will never enter a Greggs again

Awful experience today on justeat. I’ve given this company allot of money the past year & I had to wait over 90 minutes. To then be told I should collect it. To then be refunded for not obliging to collect. Won’t be doing anymore orders
