Second visit in a month. The first was a complete disaster, which I wrote off as a one off. However, having just vicissitudes again, it seems my first experience is now the norm. Slow, wrong order delivered, surly staff, weak management and basically customers scratching their heads wondering how the team there could possibly have allowed to many multiple screw-ups all at the same time. When it was cheap, it wasn’t so bad. Now it’s more expensive, they’ve lost their way.

Thought I would grab a McDonalds as was home late. Tucking in to my cold burger (not unusal from here) and though the texture was off I took another bite and the burger was that cold it felt like it had just come out of the fridge. Looked in the burger and noticed it was still raw. Just need to now pray I'm not going to spend the next few days hugging the toilet.

It seems I’m the only person to like this McDonald’s. But I’m here every couple of weeks and never have an issue. Admittedly it’s on a Monday so maybe a bit quieter than a weekend. Car parking is a bit restricted I suppose with not many spaces.

After a few drinks my wife very kindly took me home via McDonald’s and this was the worst food I have ever had. Cold chips, dry, overcooked burger. No sauce. Ripped bag. Long wait for fast food. We should have just ordered Ed takeaway or even better not eaten this crap at all. How can McDonald’s get it so wrong. Embarrassing

Absolutely lovely staff in here. Dropped in for lunch. Lady even cleared away the tray for me while I kept on working. Toilets clean

Mike the manager on Saturday 13th August provided us with awful customer service. Unhelpful, dismissive and rude. Have taken the complaint further and awaiting response. Below is the drinks served and that was half the issue!!

Slow service. They concentrate more on the delivery orders. They often get order wrong, or you come away with the wrong food. Recently oderded a plain hamburger, no relish. Confirmed with with the girl who served me that it was a plain burger, yes, she said. Got home, relish all over the burger.

Cold chips very disappointing the last time I gone I wanted Big Mac No cheese and they game me cheese and they put the sticker on but they still put cheese. Manger was nice but very disappointed!!

McDonalds, Upton, Wirral. Ordered 3 Big Macs, 2 with a flat white and 1 with a Zero Coke. Waited 10 minutes. There where more staff behind the counter, than there where Customers. All of it was cold, chips had no salt, restaurant said they had run out. Got my money back. Manager clearly didn't give a monkeys. Go to Burger King instead of using this place.

I wanted extra bigmac sauce on my implant, they cant do it? Ok...... strange. My partner wanted the new chicken bigmac, and no buns available oh dear she brings our food out the the parked car and it's the wrong order.......

Recently visited the drive-thru at Moons Moats McDonalds. The young man on the end of the intercom was the rudest and most impatient man I have ever come across. When challenged about his rudeness he then threatened to not serve me. Very brave behind an intercom young man !!

Absolutely shocking! Every time! Delivery or sitting in! How difficult is it to get an order right then when you ring “there’s nothing they can do” I won’t be ordering from here again.

I don't remember the last time I had a Maccies from here and the food was warm and the chips were salted properly. Shambles

The restaurant was well kept. The service was ok but could have been better. Took 3 servers to complete one simple order.

Waited 90 + mins for a delivery, then found that they had not put all the items in the delivery bag, no one answering the phone.

We decided to go inside to order our food, big mistake! We had to waite over 20 minutes for our food. There was a group of girl's shouting & swearing across the restaurant to a group of boys & only hurled abuse at anyone who challenged their behaviour & the manager decided to hide in the back. There was a large pile of food swept under the food packing station in the kitchens, which could easily have been swept up & disposed of. When we got home, we were missing a cheese burger. We will not be returning here in the foreseeable future

How can you review a Mc Donalds if you are a member of the 1% of the country that have never visited one it is a drive through Burger place that also has indoor seating what more can I say

Visited here tonight went through the drive thru on returning home (approx 2 minutes away) our food was firstly wrong had chicken sandwich instead of chicken legend no sauce with the nuggets and was lukewarm and the milkshakes were so strong with strawberry sauce they were not drinkable.

Sometimes food isn't hot the drive through seems to get priority over restaurant users. The condiments aren't always available. Sometimes the toilets need cleansing more often. The tables need cleaning more often.

We have visited the Moons Moat site approximately 8-10 times. 50% of the time there are items missing from our order. 50% of the time the order is stone cold when we arrive home despite living less that 5 minutes drive away. We have once complained and received a new meal but its not worth it to drive back repeatedly. We wont be visiting this particular store again. Shame because despite being incompetent the staff are friendly!

took over 30 mins, no staff, asked for fresh food got cold off the shelf food. ordered large chips got half cold box. close this bloody store down or get your act together.

Finally open after lengthy refurbishment. Don't know why but the refurbishment has sparked some passion into its employees and I've got boiling hot and decent food!!

Simple order, 3 breakfast wraps, 1 with no egg, all 3 with ketchup, plus 3 extra hash browns, 1 latte, 1 white coffee and 1 oasis. What did we receive? 3 breakfast wraps, 1 of which was brown sauce, 2 with no egg and 1 without bacon, latte and coffee was right but then an orange juice.

Been out all day and passing so diverted in wanted something quick and cheap, at least we got it quick.Personally I do like the chocolate milk shakes..... Considering how busy it was (that tells you something) the place was clean, however no running hot water in the loos to be fair though a note WAS on the door.Summary:- you get what it says on the tin, albeit smaller than they look in the adverts.

Typical McDonalds. I seem to get parked if going through drive thru 8 times out of 10. Best thing about here are the breakfasts

Soggy chips, soggy burgers, and flat fizzy drinks, served by a rude and unhygienic teenager....I'm not one for fast food usually, and I know why now, absolutely terrible food!The person serving me coughed numerous times while placing food in bags for people, and was constantly picking his nose. I'm sure he had a cold or something else.The staff were so rude too, they were more interested in trying to chat up the girls in the next line to us.Never again!

Lovely place for a coffee and a chat with friends , cleanest md for miles, staff are friendly and give excellent customer service, quite a few of them are youngsters in their first job and md do very well at coaching them and introducing them to the world if work . Food usually cooked and served well, Why does jenny p even bother to comment if it's not her thing , I would disregard the comment !

17 ingredients in the fries. I asked to see the ingredients, was told we don't have any on premises. Asked to see the manager. Sure enough, a list appeared as if by magic after I informed them it was a legal food law and health and safety requirement to have ingredients on foods for sale to the public.

Macdonalds is not a place I enjoy eating at. Not my idea of a descent meal at the end of the day it's just a burger that cost a lot

It's great place to eat for young and old you can have children's party's there there is toilets to places out side to eat
