Not a restaurant. Arena with Good views from all seats and good level of facilities. However, small seats with short leg room so you squashed from the side and poked in the back for whole event. Seats hard so numb bum after 30 minutes. Limited entrances and exits from car park we were allocated to ,so long queues but fortunately we had taken a picnic to eat whilst waiting. Won't be my first choice for a future event.

The best Indian takeaway in Coventry! Food is always perfect, piping hot, and delivered quickly. Wonderful tender chicken and meals are always the highest quality. I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else! 👍🏻

Such a disappointment! Sad to say we won’t be going back for a repeat breakfast. As the photographs shows, the sausage was burnt, the bacon was covered in black “bits” which didn’t look appetising in the slightest. The beans were very congealed and had turned a very dark colour and the egg was as hard as a bullet. Having a cooked breakfast is a real treat but unfortunately this cooked breakfast was very, very far from being a treat. Finally, to top it all the toast was stone-cold. When a staff member came over to remove plates, we told him the breakfast was dreadful and received a shrug but no words as he waked off. At this point, we just wanted to get out of the place. We won’t be going back for a repeat breakfast!

My recent visit to the Rose and Crown Pub was a trip that offered hints of charm amidst some less-than-stellar service. Tucked away with warm, inviting decor, the pub has that classic English feel that draws you in—wooden beams, soft lighting, and a crackling fireplace creating a perfect backdrop for evening chats. We were excited to dig into the menu, which boasted a promising selection of traditional pub fare. I ordered the fish and chips, and while the presentation was delightful, I found the batter a tad soggy and the chips were sadly a little less crisp than I'd hoped. However, my companion enjoyed the pie, claiming it was flavorful and comforting. What left a bittersweet taste in our mouths, though, was the service. Though our server initially greeted us with a smile, the attention dwindled as the night went on. We found ourselves waiting far too long for our drinks to be refilled and then even longer for our bill. It felt rushed during peak hours, which is understandable, but it's crucial for a pub to balance hustle with warmth. The atmosphere crowded with laughter and the sound of clinking glasses made up for some aspects of service. It's a solid place to gather friends after work, but if you're in search of thoughtful service, be patient or choose a quieter time. In summary, the Rose and Crown has a ton of potential, and while the food is mostly in the right direction and the atmosphere is appealing, I hope they can improve on their service speed and attentiveness to truly shine as a beloved local spot. I’m looking forward to returning in hopes of an even better experience!

This is a fabulous pub, woth really friendly staff. It's on the canal front so we sat and had a pint outside admiring the view. We'll be back.

Ordered a curry, was half way through eating it and I bit into glass. This chipped my front tooth which now I have to go to the dentist for. Rang up sounded like women didn’t believe me and neither did the guy who showed up at the door giving me another curry and wanting the half eaten curry and glass back. Lucky I don’t Sue to get my tooth repaired. Didn’t even eat the curry they delivered the second time in case it had anything in it.

Food was really good. Recommend the chicken tikka masala. Very tasty and enjoyable. Would use again.

Having had numerous takeaways before and been very satisfied they have gone down hill. For the last few we have had there has been no Salad and Poppadoms and only mint dip twice. The latest one was very poor indeed, they got our order wrong and despite contacting them twice received no response which I find very disappointing. Despite an increase in price of approx 20% (which is understandable given the increase in fuel and food) the amount of meat and veg has been greatly decreased.

Food is not good we ordered southern fried chicken just tasted like deep fried chicken no southern fried coating or any think asked for spicy chicken wings and was BBQ wings and IV worked in kitchen for 26 years I can do a better job and make food taste better then wat I had tonight I rate them 1 star

Great burger, fries, and onion rings!

Chef did the chicken breast burger gluten n dairy free also exchanged fries for rice. Bit of mayo n sriracha from condiment area on the rice n burger was amazing, gluten free bun was really good. Thanks Chef also thanks to bar staff for taking time to help get something sorted with the chef.

Food isnt served here bar snacks only. I visit with a friend who is a regular. There are two pool tables and a duke box. Its a shame it isnt well managed or busy it has so much potential.

Had food from here tonight for 4 adults and 3 kids, as always...the food was absolutely beautiful. This is always our takeaway of choice when we fancy a Chinese dinner, and we are a family of foodies, so this speaks volumes. Highly recommend.

Use this place regularly but last few times it’s always late and tonight it just didn’t turn up at all even though I’ve been charged. I’ve tried contacting the restaurant over ten times with no answer! I will be ringing tomorrow or driving to the establishment to get my money back won’t be coming here Again!
