Absolutely terrible service often hours wait take your money and no answer 😠😠

Use this place regularly but last few times it’s always late and tonight it just didn’t turn up at all even though I’ve been charged. I’ve tried contacting the restaurant over ten times with no answer! I will be ringing tomorrow or driving to the establishment to get my money back won’t be coming here Again!

If you want to live don't order

Makes you wait an an hour and half and then cancel. Pathetic.

I would recommend this pizza shop to anyone the food is delicious and they have different varieties also ice cream, the service is on point very friendly and professional. I received my pizza on time and I will definitely order from them again 😋👍

Last time i ordered a large pizza it was very hot when i recieved it.especially i am very happy with the service which i have been provided with.

Called to order delivery, had to repeat order twice. He couldn't add up the cost of the order correctly after two attempts so I said I would cancel and go elsewhere. He then rang me back after 2 mins to try to retake the order!

Food arrived after about 45 mins, but with no sauce on either pizza. So a classic margherita is closer to rubbery cheese, on soggy toast.

Phoned and placed an order, the guy was so rude on the phone. My order never turned up, I tried calling them several times but had no answer.

Would NOT recommend any member of the public to order food here. Food arrived 25 minutes late and barely hot. Called the owner of the store to ask where our order was. He was very rude, saying that he's too busy to talk right now even though we still hadn't received our order. I asked him politely how long it would take for our food to be delivered after waiting for an hour. His response was; "I'm too busy and have 6 order awaiting to be sent out for delivery. Just wait for it". This is NOT how an owner of the store should be talking to a customer PERIOD. The food was blend and had no taste. Wasted £20 on this place. FOR THE MANAGER OF THE DOMELIS STORE: TAKE SOME HOSPITALITY CLASSES AS YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO INTERACT WITH CUSTOMERS. Also sort out your food. It's disgusting. You're robbing customers by selling poor quality food products.

Didn't have the flavour ice cream I wanted but gave me a little chocolate bar to make up for it. Thought that was quite nice.

Order came an hour early which wasn't an issue for us, however, may be for others so bare this in mind. It's a massive pro for some but a con for others. Other than that the food was great quality and the price was amazing! Will definitely order again

Another enjoyable meal. Cooked with the freshest of ingredients, which makes the pizzas purely mouth watering and delivered within the estimated time,.great job!

Delivery time - ordered 18:14 , received 19:45 ( according just eat should be at 19:00 so 45 min later ) Pizza tasty but cold .

Few complications but well worth it

Good food and great service. Food was delivered within 40 minutes and good value for money. The delivery guy was really friendly and he even gave me a free penguin bar of chocolate, I don't no why but found it pretty funny. Would definitely order again

Just moved back to the Midlands after 5 years in Kent, "camped" overnight in the new house with nothing to eat so figured we'd search takeaways. Pizza was great, delivery driver was friendly and we even had a random kitkat taped to our drink so that definitely earnt our repeat custom ;)

Give full fives for this order great service great food came about 10mins early ( bonus ) friendly and polite driver, the only let down was the garlic bread pretty sure it was just from a frozen packed heated up bit of a let down wouldn't order that again but would definitely order from her again thanks :)

Fast service and delivery good food!

Best place I got the pleasure of trying here which makes me come back again and again with friends too. Food is always hot, tasty and fresh. Delivery time is almost always faster then expected, drivers are usually very nice and friendly. Haven't got faced with any mistakes or misfortunes yet. Oh and the extra sweet candy with the order always a very nice surprise. Keep it up guys ! :)

the cheese is tasteless it took long time to get here they couldn't find us but we have never had that problem be four and we have takeaway every week

Food was great, arrived faster than expected, driver was polite and friendly. One of the offers I went for included a can of pepsi, and they had taped a free Twix bar to it. While it may be a small thing, it made me smile and it's little things like that that would encourage me to order from them again.

It was a bit delayed but the overall rate is 9ish because the food was amazing ! Very consistent and the garlic bread was the best thing! The potato wedges were a little disappointing because they were tasteless but my boyfriend was really excited about everything! I will order again here!

Best pizza takeaway ever. Also definitely best customer service. People are nice enough to remember your name, even the very first time you order. They always give you a bonus chocolate and caramel bar for free. Definitely one of my favorite places :)
