McDonald's in Coventry

Overall, this place is great! However, sometimes you have to park up for food when you order through the drive thru, and sometimes there are beggars outside the drive through windows which just paints a bad light on the place. Frequently when you ask for sauces in your order, they sont put them in so you have to inside to get some. I like where the place is located.

Service terrible.. 13 mins wait for a mcflurry and the place wasn't even busy.. Asked for a refund.. They had no idea how to offer a refund and all of a sudden after a long 13min wait mcflurry turned up

Do you like giving everyone cold food instead of cooking fresh which you are supposed to do for delivery. My son had cold chips and nuggets and just eat and yourself think it's acceptable to offer a £2 refund. Gallagher retail park staff sort it out and learn to count and cook either missing straws for 2 drinks or missing bought dips.

The food is so fresh here when compared to the other franchises! Cheap and best food option ever available.

Three times they got my order wrong and only order 1 meal!! Cold food is not what I’m paying for! No napkins given either so if you do have an accident and drop the slop they give out it’s on YOU! Pmsl

from leaving McDonald's until arriving at my house was around 30 mins, when I asked the driver why the delay as he was stationary for over 10 mins he said he just left McDonald's yet I said I could see on the tracker to which he just said okay and walked off. being late is okay as long as my food is not sat in a car for 30 mins. McDonald's delivery used to be a dream years ago but it is now a nightmare with cold food or missing items EVERY TIME

I ordered 2 burgers with 2 fries. And guess what, one burger was missing. And tried to call them like 12-14 times and they didn’t pick up, at least they should pick up call and listen your customers and they don’t. Wastage of money there, horrible service.

from notifications order being delivered it took 15min to arrive. food a bit cold and hot chocolate was mainly water not fit to drink.

all of the food was cold, and the big macs were wrong. We received a plain mac with just cheese, and one normal. We ordered one with extra cheese and pickles and one normal one. mcspicy was correct but as mentioned, cold.

The delivery time kept changing in total I think it was 30mins... but the worst x2 sets of fries cold chicken wrap luke warm really disappointed with Mc Donald's second time I have ordered and food has arrived cold.
