Worst McDonald’s in Cov. New beer get orders right and always forget dips. When you try to ask them about a wrong order they brush you off and are not helpful at all! Frustrating when you pay for a service and it isn’t provided

I'd give less than 1 star if I could. Routinely get orders wrong, missing dips/drinks/burgers - especially on delivery when it becomes an absolute roundabout to get it sorted. Half the time the food looks like it's been trodden on. Didn't mind when maccies was cheap and cheerful, now it's neither. Won't be ordering maccies anytime soon.

order came wrong, chips came right, ordered 3 burgers only got 2, ordered 3 drinks but only got 2 also and tried ringing multiple times but didn’t answer

Sick and tired of the homeless people in the drive thru. McDonalds don’t move them on. Sort it out I don’t want people begging whilst I am sat in traffic!

Worst McDonald’s I’ve even been to told to wait and then 25 minutes later food didn’t come , joke I just left not worth the effort over £10 joke

Every time I go do drive through and order for my family come home to find the order always has something missing today was a burger and straws before was multiple items I will not return here am sick of it

Ridiculous! ordered a meal and was waiting as normal my number appeared on the collect screen yet was never called out and randomly got removed from the collect screen. Asked them about my food and they were all clueless and had no clue where my food was. 40 Minutes later I find out my food was left on the counter stone cold by now and was never called out to me. At least they offered to re heat the food for me.

Terrible. Got food. Realised the extra mcplant burger wasn't in my order. Went back in. Staff member took it off me mumbling something. A few minutes later put a bag on the counter....didn't say a word. Walked off. When he came back a few minutes later I said that's not mine is it. Yes he says. By the time we got home food was all cold.

By far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to on every occasion, but today really topped it. I cannot stress how much you should avoid this place, especially if ordering inside. Usually this place is awful, wrong order, missed items, cold food the usual. However, tonight we ordered at 11pm inside. There was a table of about 6/7 waiting for their food and around 6 orders were placed when we came in, not small numbers but nothing major. There were no members of staff on the counter to take someone’s cash payment. The food took well over half an hour for every single person who ordered, while the drive thru orders kept flowing in and leaving as quickly as they came. Easily 100 cars passed through the drive though with no one inside being served. Others who ordered were starting to get frustrated with the staff constantly ignoring us when we were trying to ask for an update on the food. One family did manage to get the attention of someone after having to raise their voice, the staff when we finally did get someone to engage with us were horrifically rude and no apologies were given for our ridiculous wait. We were told there was one person running the orders, or at least that’s what I thought I heard but the staff were mumbling like teenagers who had just been told off by their parents (these were all people aged 30+). Scott the shift Manager was so rude, arguing with customers who had received boxes with no food due to an app and translation error. There was at least a 15 minute delay between each order coming out, before we all got very frustrated and then they quickly pushed all our orders out. Some people had been waiting over 45 minutes. When the staff were engaging with us, they kept looking at us as if we were being rude when we were simply just trying to find out what was going on and kept being met with backlash, no answers, being deliberately ignored by staff turning away from us when getting sauces from the counter. Every single member of staff was apologising to the drive thru people waiting but there was no apology to ourselves who had been waiting significantly more than the few minutes the drive thru queue had been waiting. I want to express, in particular you could tell the beyond awful attitudes and lack of respect from the staff was inherently passed down through Scott, the shift Manager. His attitude stank and he does not deserve to be in his role if he treats his customers with such distain and disrespect. I would never expect to be treated this way anywhere by anyone and I am beyond horrified with this experience. There would be 0 stars on everything if this was possible.

It was an "okay" place. Could have had a better look.

Ignorant manager. Can't do one job properly, making sure quality food is served. Ordered egg muffin meal in the window and Gave me old returned old burnt egg muffin meal as it had just eat order sticker still attached to the bag and didn't even bother compensating for it as I dr9ve back to them. Pathetic. 2nd mcdonalds in Coventry lost their quality service.

Drive through but had to park up in the car park and wait for delivery

Ordered online, clearly my food was sat for a long time turned up cold and ice cream like water! over 45 mins late so I’m guessing that’s how long the food was sat there for Shocking food and service your to blame as much as just eat who deliver either lack of communication or basically non of you like your jobs……. Rubbish service today

They cancelled my order twice. No one also picked up the phone

The quality of the food is very bad. I have gotten food from this specific mcdonalds before and everytime it has been cold. And this time I think my fries were actually old. I went here only afew minutes ago and I wanted to redeem my winner tickets which I had 3. One for a cheeseburger ,one for a pie and a £5 winner. I went up to the counter after ordering my food and tried redeeming them. And one of them went missing from the counter,even though before hand there were 3 tickets. When I went to ask the manager he ignored me multiple times. I was very polite at the start. Then once I yelled a little, he went up to me and was very very rude. I told him politely about the mix up and he continued to be rude. Then I again,politely,asked if he could check the cameras and he said he was too busy with 'customers', even tho I am one. Once I tried insisting he called me crazy. Then when I asked for his name he wouldn't give it to me and just told me to get out,because I'm crazy. I had my daughter with me so I didn't want to do anything else to not upset her. I do not recommend this specific McDonald's to anyone ,not just because of bad food but also the service and obviously unqualified staff.

The food is almost always cold (never had warm food but I can't speak for others). If customers want to ask additional questions or try call an employee,they ignore you. I've seen many times people wanting to ask something politely and being ignored. Staff not trained to talk to customers.

Relatively quick service, always hot food and friendly staff

Everytime I’ve have ordered from this place in the last 6 months there has been food missing. I’ll order a meal and just get fries and a drink. I’m fed up with this place. It’s such a hassle to get a refund through the McDonald’s app. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

The worst McDonalds I ever visited. I ordered a fish sandwich meal and needed to send it back 3x. Even in the first time I explained to the manager the fish in the sandwich is burnt, dry out and full of oil. It wasn't a freshly made fish. Few minutes later she sent me another fish burger, with an exectly same fish filet. ( I broke the corner of the fish filet in the first time to show her my point, and in the second burger included the broken corner same fish filet). They didnt bother to change the fish filet in my burger. I sent it back again. Few minutes later I recieved my ordered burger in the 3rd time with same fish filet AGAIN. This is not a McDonald's standerd, also poor management!!! A day before I ordered a mayo chicken to my son, they wrapped it in a dirty paper which was on a floor and a dirty shoe "step on" mark was strongly visible on it. Showed to the employee who bring my order to the park bays. Nothing happend. Never ever again will visit this Mcdonald in Coventry.

Team doesn't have the mental capacity to follow simple steps. The meat is greasy and they don't put salt on it. This happens only in the UK, abroad they are able to do it properly

Nice atmosphere, very polite staff. We were a larger group and in the meantime we changed tables to have more space. My son left his bag at the previous table and didn't even notice. The staff made every effort to find the owner of the bag. They didn't have to. It was nice of them.

The venue is too small for the number of people using it.

Worst McDonald in Coventry, every time problems on drive through. Even if u maybe make an order food usually is cold or mixed like u ask for coke with sugar anyway you'll get the one without, fries usually cold, burgers upside down, wraps all over the packaging.

On the Drive Thru you have to double check your order, often there is something missing or you find you have the wrong burger.

79 of us arrived and filled the place. The team here didn't bat an eyelid, kept their cool and served everybody swiftly and with a smile! Great team! Well done. Thank you.

It's been 1 hour and 55 minutes, food just turned up stone cold. No sauces or napkins or straws. No communication whatsoever let alone an apology. Wrong name on the bag. I think they went to Harvey Prices school to recruit the people managing this place

Waiting for 25 minutes for 2 drinks while everyone else got their main meals and also same drink first there excuse was that they was waiting for the milkshake to work ?! Even though they was serving milkshake to other customers ...

Drive thru ??????? It’s not drive thru You need to wait in your car nearly hour to get always wait and park after paid for your order. Should change to Drive-thru-Park & wait. Zero rating.

Ordered through drive through three meals. Had to park and wait then when checking food looked ok apart from fillet of fish was in chicken sandwich box with sticker stating filet of fish no tartar sauce. When hom opened the box wasn't fillet of fish was a plain chicken burger in a fillet of fish batch. My daughter is a pescatarian so dosent eat meat.

Went to drive in I was told they had no food and had to wait in car park for 15. 20 mins wen I got home they missed an item off the order

Whatever you do..... Do not order delivery 8/10 times food is missing and so cold. Too busy chatting to even read a simple order in there. I'm sure they just hire idiots because not even a flipping monkey could get so much wrong all the time.

I ordered my food, got to the window (was at the drive-through) seen my order on the screen and ask the girl who had taken the order, could she add onto my order the beefburger l had ordered. She said it was on but it wasn't, l and she kept saying different food items which l had not ordered. I asked about 4-5 times. In the end, she added it on, took my money, and gave me my change with an attitude. I was not a happy person. And she didn't give me a receipt so l couldn't report the situation. If McDonald's are going to employ people, please ensure they take the order right and don't give customers attitude just for asking for the correct order.

Food was fresh and tasty, Only issue is that its normal really busy so sometime struggle to find a table.

Munir Ahmed the manager is a complete liability and a liar. They got our order wrong in the drive thru as they forgot to add a burger. Then when we call to tell them, he denies that our car and order was not on their system at the time we went. McDonald's has truly fallen in the shtt. Literally Stupid clowns running their business.

They initially told me to wait. When asked after 25 minutes they said they didn't get the order sorry. I had come from 3 miles away. 12-15 employees are running around happily talking to each other even the manager is not doing good customer service

This Mcdonalds appears to have a huge problem with beggars during the evening. I went there around 10PM and the drive-thru had two beggars and there was another one roaming the carpark.

Keep McDonald's standard. As it's a small store can be a bit noise depending on the time you go.

Not happy atall I had missing items again!! but was still charged and because I ordered thru the mcdelivery app I can not get a refund thru my app as was delivered by Uber my order wasn't a big order so don't understand how they can not get it right I will be putting in a complaint as this not the first time it has happened they did this to me before the same restaurant charged me didn't send all items and sent me drinks that weren't drinkable i ordered 2 large chocolates with my meals n got brown murky water I will not be using this restaurant again !!

Went through drive through. The guy on tanoy was lovely, got to getting our food and was told heres your fries but can you pull into carpark an wait for the rest of your order. Not good handing over part of a meal then asking you to wait for god knows how long and having half your meal go cold.

20 minute wait for breakfast. More interested in serving the hoards of ubereats and deliveroo drivers rather than the physical customers in there

Just the worst delivery ever.. everytime they spill the drinks and absolutely never put the sauces in the bags. This happened everytime i’ve ordered, they are the worst and need to fix this soon. What’s even worse is that there’s no way i can contact anyone from mcdonald’s or uber eats about my order… terrible.

Since the refurb it's awful. Less seats, not fast food. Horrible place with chav parents swearing at their little "cherubs" who are busy squirting tomato ketchup everywhere. Ghastly place.

We took our grandchildren, who are 6 years old and 4 years old. He likes 9 chicken nuggets 😋 and crayons 🖍 that he can draw with. My granddaughter likes ice-cream and chips 🍟 so she can dip her chips in the ice-cream. Yum yum 😋

Ordered 2 drinks. Got given 4 ....none of which were right. Took over 5 minutes to get our order whilst 6 SIX staff stood round gesturing and doing nothing. Then we got our drinks my coffee was half a cup. We then had to ask 3 times for a straw a stir stick and sugar. I sturred my coffee with a straw in the end. What a disaster

How can McDonald's run out of Beef burgers. No warning signs for customers just wasting people's time with there below par service. Never again this was your last chance
