McDonald's in Coventry

I dunno what time i was ment to get it but that the fastest we've eva had it. chips were warm witch is very impressive for McDonald's food

Had to put I. Microwave to warm up as was cold

food was not warm and rather rank

i ordered for more than 15 pounds but didn't got my free item with it.

I am not happy… this is happened 3rd time large fries was missing, regular fries, one hot apple pie

yet again food cold batches to hard to eat

he messed up on my drink and he is lucky to get a one star

there dont know how to bring out the right order

DID NOT DELIVER THE FOOD AND SAYS IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED AFTER NEARLY WAITING AN HOUR. £30 Order.

I've had a lot of incidents were my order is missed up, expecially with the shakes. please if it's not available just refund and stop bringing me random things I didn't order. I hope this issue will be attended to as soon as possible.

the only thing that I'm upset about is that there were no gherkins on my quarter pounder cheese burger.

food was ordered at 11:14pm and wasn't delivered until 1:20am. also the milkshake had spilt inside the bag

Drinks had leaked absolutely everywhere, all over the food! Had to reject my order and the driver couldn’t even speak English to be able to confirm if he was going to re order it again?!

Why do we continue to order from here nothing is ever right and always missing items and cold. We ordered delivery for convenience yet pay a high delivery fee for another let down !!

Food was cold and late, no sauces

the driver was a G, sorted everything very efficiently

I phoned the restaurant as the driver had given me a whole bag on someone else's food, but they didn't answer. I waited for a long time for the driver to return and rectify their error, to no avail so the cold food went in the bin. I tried phoning at least 4 times an no one answered.

he was so late, my soda was tepid, burgers cold. certainly not an asset to your company.

Roll was rock hard around edges . Coffee was cold

Not only was the order nearly 1 hour 45 mins late, it was stone cold. Every food item and the coffee was cold. Unpleasant.

Drink had fallen over and completely emptied in the bag.

The driver went to wrong address which took across the city which put on at least 30 minutes so when the food turned up it was stone cold so I had to throw it in the bin and then I was only refunded £7 something on a £33 order absolutely disgraceful!!!!!

I ordered a Caesar wrap medium meal and you gave me a fruit bag instead of chips plus the chips were cold and stale

fries were not only cold but stale? the mayo chicken was missing the cheese burger was cold please do better this will be my last time ordering from here.

The man did not even knock my door with the order and walked off with it I have it on my ring door bell he stole my kids food

Worst macdonalds I have ordered from ordered a few times and they've either not put the burger in leaving my oldest without the main part of her meal or without the fries but unfortunately my kids love a macdonalds treat (when they actually get it that is) we have been getting our youngest the minecraft chicken nugget meal and didn't receive the toy surely that's the whole reason for the meals theme? It was also freezing cold but from past experience that's just to be expected and you get used to it, no sauces for the nuggets you try to complain and get no where because let's be honest you've already paid and that's all they are concerned about, they try to blame the delivery service but I'm pretty sure they don't pack the bags so poor excuse really. Guess I will just have to go to the restaurant myself from now on as it seems putting a full meal in a bag takes more than one person ridiculous.

Time kept creeping up after we'd ordered. Food was barely warm, missing 1 drink, and none of the sauces came with any of the 38 nuggets we ordered.

Absolutely awful , didn’t come and waited for ages for it to say preparing paid £42 for nothing

Ordered delivery but one burger substituted and items missing. Called them and was told it was the courier we had to talk to!! Like do the couriers now pack the bags? Reordered missing items and a couple more things and still they were missing. Tried to call back and now no answer. Absoluting disgusting service in there and will NOT be going back there again.

Arrived stone cold - contaminated chocolate milkshake that tasted like banana - Abysmal all round
